Had to transfer my prescription to CVS because that is what my insurance required, otherwise I wouldnt have been here.I had my script sent there on Friday, got an automated call that it was ready within two hours. I didnt immediately need it, so I waited until Sunday to pick it up.Store wasnt busy, pharmacist (think her name was Fatme) asks name and birthdate and cant find the script. Asks my info again, searches the bins again, muttering something I cant hear {think it was something about her co-workers not doing their job). She goes back into the pharmacy and starts to fill the script. But says nothing to me whats going on.Comes back out with the bag. Doesnt ask if I have any questions, then tries to rush me through the checkout process while Im trying to read the disclosures about the script on the checkout readout.
My husband wanted to purchase his 3 items in the pharmacy but was very RUDELY told by Kevin that he needed to wait because they were about to close and he wasn’t picking up a prescription.They even asked him why he didn’t got to the front store to purchase his items, one of which came from the pharmacy area. The pharmacist then yelled in the background “yeah that’s what he said, you need to wait” This is NOT cvs pharmacy standards. You are supposed to greet and service EVERY customer in a kind and efficient manner no matter what. And if you can’t service that customer at the moment, you promptly acknowledge them and let them know you’ll be right with them. You Do NOT bombard them with questions and make them feel uncomfortable purchasing their items.
The pharmacist here is (Rafi, I think) is so helpful and patient. He’s straightforward with directions and questions as well. Very knowledge and considerate, I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a good pharmacist in the area.
Was ripped off here, twice!! Picked up a script and was charged triple for what I should have paid, didnt say anything at first because I thought they would give me a hard time about it, but I did say something the second time and they gave me a hard time and still wouldnt do anything. This is unacceptable!!!!

Scrip has been there since the 27th finally I called and was able to talk to someone and they just never pushed it thru... he wants to blame the holiday... Im pregnant and need my bp meds! excuses kill people!

The staff in the pharmacy is very rude,I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this CVS.came in to my new pharmacy today,Ford Road pharmacy today,CVS put them on hold for an hour refuses to transfer my medication to my new pharmacy, which is illegal,I called CVS headquarters, still they wont transfer my refill prescriptions.This is why their stores are closing.Dont do business with Cvs Pharmacy, this is not a racial issue. Its just because there mad I found me a new nice friendly pharmacy
Love this pharmacy, they always go out of their way to help.
Store is great, the pharmacy sucks, used to be able to get my scripts filled every month with no issue, it was not a normal one but they always had it ordered for me and when new staff took over they dont seem to know how to order special items

Was just there and the cashier Lydia was very nice and helpful.
Pharmacist tells me Im not her patient, I might want to go to the original cvs I had my Rx (their computers are linked) and she was in a hurry to hang up, maybe shes in need of assistance, I dont know, I do know that she acted very unprofessional.
