Wish I could rate 0 stars. Worst merchant experience ever. Went in to pick up 2 orders. In the first one he didnt have 1 of the flavors for a 3 scoop. He stated for me to cancel as he was throwing a fit and yelling at me. He also threw the ice cream which was in the bowl back in with the ice cream container(cross contamination). I politely said I waited while he fulfilled another customers order and he started getting irate with me. Me staying calm said ok then you lost my morning business every day and many more from everyone on Facebook! I will go public with this and I will be calling corporate! Such a disappointment for a grown man to yell at a lady that is only do her job just like he is.

This is the ice cream the crew felt comfortable sending my out with! Never took a bit lol crazy.....

I have ordered 4x from this b.r. thru uber eats. All 4x my order has wrong. Uber eats said they gave me too many refunds an wont give me my money back for the 5th time it was wrong.

It was better Ice cream than the little shops.

The new Mangonada is the MOST DELICIOUS DRINK Ive EVER HAD!! SERIOUSLY!. It had real, fresh Mangos..it is thick and creamy with the splash of the chili flavored spice. It is Insane good!!

Ice cream cakes are horribly fake for the high price you pay. I just went there to pick one up from the small selection they have, settled on the chocolate chip/ chocolate cake that was $30.We got it home and realized how horrible the icing was and how awful the ice cream actually tasted. Not sure how they make their cakes but once upon a time they used to be amazing.Stick to getting their pints or the scoops, dont get the overpriced cheap fake tasting cakes they sell. At least try DQ instead.We threw this in the trash after a few bites. Waste of $30.

Bad visit today. Placed order then waited, grandaughter had avocado toast, daughter had a bagel. They got their drinks Im waiting for coffee find out guy hadnt even put order for it in. Got that ok fixed hadnt even put in order for bagel waited 20 minutes toast was cold so kind of bad. I know they have hands full, but really. My daughter speaks plain and loud dont know how that happened

I patiently waited for them to take my order, only to be ignored for 15 minutes while they took orders for customers that arrived after I came in. The employees continued to neglect my presence and only acknowledge my existence by giving me a dirty look as I headed out the door empty handed.

The job was done quickly and neatly. The pistachio almond ice-cream was delicious!

Went a couple hours ago to this location. Couldn’t wait to take our three-year-old granddaughter for her first milkshake. What better choice????I don’t know who in the world hired someone that does not know how to make not only one milkshake but does not know how to make for milkshakes!!!$24 For 4 milkshakes that tasted like cold milk. I almost took all four of them back 😡 that’s how livid I was and am.Will never go back here!!!!

I have a DD/BR in my city, but I drive to this location because the staff is Outstanding!! They are friendly, always helpful, & they make u feel like you’re part of the place!!The Donuts are a great combo for your Ice Cream! Then you add the aroma of the coffee & the rest of all the baked goods!?!! My senses are in heaven!!! Check them out...at a distance & at properly arranged times🥴.

I will not be ordering from this location again, at least in the evening. I’ve been craving a two scoop Sunday for over a month, by the time I order for my family of three through Uber Eats, it’s $35.00 with tip for two Sundays and a Quart, so you may see my reluctance.I finally broke down and placed the order on Saturday, 1/30/2021. When my no whip two scoop Sunday smothered in caramel and marshmallow arrived, it was melted with whip cream and no toppings. I am so disappointed that it is now sitting in my freezer, I will not eat it due to my disgust at how something like this happens. I do know this, for $35.00, I could have taken an Uber to Meijer, bought a 1/2 gallon of whatever ice cream I wanted, plus the toppings and paid for the ride back. I would have to pay extra for the Uber tip but that’s the cost when you can no longer rely on employees doing their jobs.

Great service ! I definitely love this place . They’re always fast and immediate and tend to hook up their regular customers (: I love spending my money here for sure. Delicious tasting milkshakes and choices of ice cream to choose from. There donuts are equally delicious. Hope this helped !

Opened 24/7 so whenever I feel like ice cream or something for breakfast, its there. I just wish theyd leave every flavor of ice cream out for the night. Guess they wanna turn off a display freezer and safe electricity. Strange.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a shake which took 20 minutes to make apparently and while I was patiently waiting, the MANAGER tells the employee who was taking care of my order to go on yelp and write an anonymous good review for their location. Not only is this inappropriate in front of a customer, it is deceitful to any future patrons who wish to have a better experience than mine at Baskin Robbins. I will not be returning.

I just ordered there from Door dash and they gave me the wrong shake I asked for a MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SHAKE THEY GAVE ME COOKIES AND CREAM AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE!

This particular B&R is my favorite place to come to. The staff is amazing and the service is always top notch. Bobby will see me come in and after 6 years of coming to this place he makes my coffee exactly the way I like it. This will always be my go to place.

After dropping a colleague off i visited this place with another colleague. It was late and was suprised that it was still open. The staff was a poc and greeted us warmly. My colleague did not appear to be poc and was not as warm back to the staff. Seemed to be a lack of social awareness coming out of his mouth. I felt uncomfortable being in the middle of the exchange. So i just spoke with the staff of our order. Thank you to the staff who helped us. And apologizes to the staff for having a rude interaction. Pistachio Cone was great btw.

My breakfast sandwhich was nice and hot with prompt service and minimum waiting time. Store was clean from what i could see.

I avoid this ice cream parlor at all costs.Ill drive to dox road for baskin Robbins before i stop in this one.They dont have a public restroom even though they have seating on the inside. They leave the bottom of your cone empty, only putting scoops on the top.Small scoops, stale cones, rude owners.

Called a few days ago to make sure bubble ice cream was available. Young lady on the phone told me it was available. I live about 20 minutes away, so today before I left I called again to make sure they still have. This time a gentleman was on the phone, and assured me that they have. Upon our arrival, the same-voiced gentlemen said that they do not have and threatened to force us out when I asked him to make sure. Terrible service as he was ridiculously unwilling to check the back for me.
