I really wanted to love this place as my wife and I tried it out. We dont speak Spanish, and walking in we felt very overwhelmed. Especially since 95% of the multiple menus covering the walls are in Spanish. Theres so much variety of Im sure great treats and snacks but I shouldnt have to use a translator online to figure out everything. Id be in there forever. Also they seemed very disorganized. Theres no direction for newcomers, especially those who dont speak or read Spanish. After all was said and done I got a mango shake and my wife got a churro split which was 14 dollars and some change. This place is extremely overpriced.

The food and snacks were delicious. Clean establishment. 3 stars because even tho they were busy and i understand working through a rush, organization lacked and so did communication. Maybe an extra employees or 2 would help since the employees taking the order are also preparing the orders

This is the Starbucks of ice cream. All though they have good service. They are highly over priced. $13 for a snow cone and a sundae

Im not sure if they were under staffed or they just were all new workers but it took Forever to order and get our food. Mind you all it was was corn and shakes mainly. One corn was half cold. The lady behind the counter seemed very rude and took at least 4 orders before my group (of only 3) when we were there way before them. Food was good tho.

Ive tried coming here twice now with no luck. States they open at noon today, drove out from canton. Not open at 12:00. So we wait. At 12:14pm they post a sign on the door that they wont open until 4pm. No message on their voice-mail stating this. Poor service

The elotes was good but it took forever. They were very slow and allowed a lady to cut the line twice to order another thing after she already received and consumed her order.

At first it looks like theres an overwhelming choice but alot of the items werent available and the two girls working were very informative and polite but they clearly were overwhelmed by customers but what we did order was great

Best snack around town, delicious 100% recommended, they have a lot of varieties.

Live the variety they serve and they keep adding many more goodies to enjoy

Customer service was horrible the lady who took my order had an attitude or just plain didnt want to be there. I noticed the other two workers didnt have the same attitude like hers. Ill rethink twice about going there again or just drive all the way down to southwest.

I went here with my fiancé a few days ago. We ordered the fries with hot dogs, chips, ice cream, & a drink. My fiancé’s first language is Spanish. He told her the order in Spanish & she still messed it up. The lady had us waiting for twenty + minutes while getting carry out orders after ours. I ordered the fries with everything on it besides the hot dogs. She gave me plain fries. I needed to go to work so we left to take me & my fiancé decided he would come back to get his friends. It was a twenty minute commute to my job & back for him. When he got back the lady didn’t even boil the hot dogs yet & then proceeded to laugh about it. She didn’t apologize for messing the order up or not having his fries ready. On top of that, we paid for chips we never received.

Alot of things to choose from. Friendly staff.

Great treats! I come for fresas con crema whenever Michioacana is closed on Vernor in southwest detroit. Thats my fav treat from there which is strawberries n mexican sweet cream over the top with pecans n coconut n granola/raisins...but they a bit stingy with toppings. I pay for extra usually.

Love the corn in the cup and the natural flavor waters, the hamburgers are delicious when they have them !!

They need prices on the menu. Seems like they make the prices up as they go

Suuuper expeennsive, Id rather go to mexican town and go to LA Mangonadas.Its too expensive here and the quality of it is pretty mediocre.

EDIT!!!They now have new owners who are much nicer and the food is reallly good. I like going there now.I used to go there a lot to get Elotes.They have good food but they have HORRIBLE customer service. The girls are very RUDE and are very impatient. Thry talk about their customers and give dirty looks to me ALL THE TIME I GO. i really wish La Catrina did not burn down and i wish Mangonadas did not close down. They had MUCH better food and MUCH better customer service.

The two younger girls were rude and had no patience. Someone recommended this place and I was so disappointed. Im originally from Chicago and I wanted to try this place out and I drove half an hour for bad customer service and spilled drinks.

I like the food here but they are not consistent with their food or their hours of business. I was here the other day ordered Chicago style hot dog and an elote. It tasted awful and the hot dog smelled bad.

No prices, no go

The place has really gone down since the last time I visited, the service is horrid, and slow. The music is really the most annoying part. I would much rather listen to no music, then hear explicit rap the entire time. Workers are swearing behind the counter and in general its honestly very unprofessional.

I came here and the Salchi Pulpos were delicious. The service was very helpful.
