Had them tow a car for my brother and had no problem the car was bought on fb when to pick the car up and it was a piece of garbage they did an excellent job with the towing they let us know that there was a problem with a vehicle when they picked it up and the vehicle is not worth keeping overall they have great manners excellent service and I would recommend them the anybody in North Carolina

This guy is the best in town. He has helped us several times as well as several of our customers out. His service is affordable. He is always upfront and honest. He always does a great job. Can not work on cars!! Broke a part I had to pay for. Didnt put part in properly didnt put the car all the way back together (missing motor mounts, had zip ties everywhere holding plastic cause of broke rivet screws) and changed pricing on me after originally giving an offer. Do not let these guys mess with your car.

As long as hes in business Ill never call another tow company in the area. We got a flat tire with our 9 month old son in the car and werent in a place where we could change it. He was there in 10 minutes to help and was incredibly kind, generous, and friendly. He helped change the tire and had us going again in no time.

We all handle stress in our own way. One of mine is to take out our old golf cart and ride to the store. Relive my childhood for a few short minutes before heading home and getting myself and my family ready to start the week ahead. On this particular trip I was stopped at a stop sign and my golf cart just died. I had no one to call, dark clouds were coming and after an hour of me pondering if I could push it a half mile up hill to home, I gave in and called ProNTow towing. Before they got to me, it started raining. I expected him to pick on me in some form but he didnt. He was very professional. Once he got it hooked up, he gave me a tow back to my house. I learned he, Bryson has a wife and three children. You could tell he was a humble person trying to make a living and take care of his family. This man left his family to come help me and it was raining. And no he did not charge me an arm and a leg to do it!I also really liked he had a flat bed truck to put it on.Thank you ProNTow for getting me back home. If anyone finds themselves stranded, I highly reccomend this Family Owned company.
