Good costumer service. I had a nail in my tire and took it here to get a plug put in and they did it for FREE !! MADE my day from bad to awesome thanks for the good deed!

I always go to Waycaster! They have always had great tires and great prices. Their customer service is always excellent. Andy is always on top of things and the nicest guy ever! And Troy is always a favorite! Hes always so pleasant and always a smiling face to deal with!

We had bought two used tires and after we left we heard a loud scraping noise when we got home we looked at the tires one of the wheels only ONE lug nut that was tightened the rest were only finger tight. Needless to say we will not be going back there. Nice people, their work just didnt impress us.

This place would have potential if not for the so called manager who does nothing but play on his phone, pecks at the computer and sits in the chair only to jump up when someone walks in and act like he is busy while the guys in the back are busting tail...this character is comical at best....He sure has the owner fooled...he wouldnt know hard work if it jumped up and bit him in the nose.

There not together at all..reply ::: I don’t know what friend u talking about cause The friends I have don’t choose or recommend places like this to do business ...I should have read some of ur reviews first . And by the way just because u don’t recognize a name doesn’t mean they have not been there or was not a customer there no matter if it was present or past AND My REVIEW DID NOT SAY ONE WAY OR THE OTHER if I was a potential customer or if I was a customer of present or past .. what it did say is I DONT RECOMMEND this place because YALL are not together at ALL.see the way u responded to a review just shows how you really are .If I could give a no star I would do that just for u simply trying to call someone a lier . As well as u have in some of your responses on some other reviews even from a while back ... it is funny how if there good it’s oh ty but if it’s a bad review it’s the customer fault or their liers or something... anyway have a great day !!!by the way stop charging so much for wore out used tires . And food for thought..... I came in on this beautiful Sunday morning to finish up some work for our much appreciated customers. I was here for 10-15 minutes when a white van comes flying into our lot, drives around the side of our building and backs up to our stack of tires. Two people get out and start rummaging through our used tires. Now, I know what your thinking. So what! Well this may sound petty but we have many tires back there and we spend a lot of time keeping the tires stacked, organized and neat. We do our best to keep a neat business. I watched them load 5 tires after throwing 10-20 on the ground and rolling away. They did not see me watching them. They were too concerned with being fast!! They ran around like tire bandits. Since they did not see me watching them they also did not see me take their keys from the ignition. Once they loaded all their newly acquired tires they headed for the front seats of the van and found me standing by the door. They slowed down then. I asked what they were doing. They said they were taking tires, true. I asked what they were going to with them. They said their boss man paid them to go around to all the tire shops on Sunday and take tires to sell. I asked what they sold them for. They said $4.00 each plus mounting and balancing. My thoughts are these.....The tires we take off customer vehicles are not safe. They are old, worn and should not be on a vehicle and used on our roads. Second, if you are a tire bandit and feel the need to put faulty tires on your customers vehicle to make a living you must not appreciate your customers very much. Last but not least, if you are a tire bandit knowing youre being sneaky and dishonest wouldnt you try to be smart about it and leave no trace of your visit !? They make a huge mess every time. To close out my soapbox speech this beautiful Sunday morning I will say this. Our business values each and every person who comes through our doors. We would never sell you an old worn out, nasty dangerous tire. Those tires they steal will end up causing someone injury and property damage. On a lighter note, since I still had their keys they felt that it was fair to give me $20.00 ($4.00 each) for the tires they loaded in their van. I will use this money to buy some more Hot Wheels for our young (and old) Hot Wheels fans that stop into our business. Be careful with these guys! They are dangerous....cheap tires are not always safe tires !!

Was a cheap place to get slightly used tires but the owner has gotten away from his 15 20 25 for a good single tire but last time I checked it was 35 for a another businesses trash. I mean i will still use them again but I look over everythig i would buy.

Horrible experience with the quality tire they sell. The tires are absolutely wore out and should not be legally sold. I am telling you in no way do buisness with this redneck joint, actually I am sorry to insult rednecks over this place!

These guys are the best around. I drive from Statesville to do bizNess with them. Very honest trustworthy people. They would never ho-do you for a buck. Infact they helped me figure out my rim was bent instead of running me up on tires. They will never sell u a tire they wouldnt put on there own vehicle. I mean A+++

This place broke my rim on my truck then wouldnt replace it dont take your vehicle up there they dont have insurance and they are crooks

DONT ever buy your tires here they are not good and they want even pass in spection the worst place in the world.
