Cant seem to get an order correct even tho it was repeated back to me the way I said it. I asked for a SF cinnamon dolce iced coffee without grande syrup. (With cream. Added ar window). They charged me for a latte not an coffee. I know because my coffee shouldve been like 2 dollars less. I got charged 5 plus dollars for a grande iced coffee and it should been 3.50. I didnt notice the mistake until I was at work which by that time I was halfway done with it.Will not be returning if they cant get their stuff together

Dont do business with companies that hate America. Lots of mom and pops would love and appreciate more customers and also appreciate the opportunity our country gives them to own a small business and succeed.

Poor service dont know diffence between Frappuccino and cappuccino, order repeated twice $5.00 for coffee splashed water, will not return!!!

I mean its Starbucks and its conveniently in the most dreaded place I have to go in order to have things to consume at home so it makes that trip almost decent. Honestly never had bad service and my drinks are always right so go on and pay yourself on the back with these five stars just for you!

This location must have changed staff, I have visited twice in the past week and they had the drinks the other Starbucks are out of and they were fixed to perfection. I hope this continues. The old post is below.I will start by saying Starbucks is in my top two coffee shops but this one is a joke I only stopped here because the stand alone Starbucks down the street was closed. I can say this is my first and last visit here. The service was extremely slow they did not write your name on the cups, this would not be an issue but there was around 10 waiting on their drinks and about the same in line and when the drink was ready they would not speak loud enough for anyone to hear what the drink was I was standing about 4 feet from where the drinks were set and I could not make out what she said. Not counting the time I stood in-line it took 20 from when I ordered the drink to when I got it. I know this because I looked at the time on my receipt it was not a guess also, one of the drinks was no good and it took so long by the time I got back to the car with the drinks the hot drink was only warm. A real disappointment and waste of money. Stay with the stand alone stores you will have a better experience.

The girls that work here are rude & don’t read their orders. I had my drink remade wrong and when i asked them to remake they messed it up even more, out of spite i guess. Do not recommend.

I dont patronage high priced coffee shops. The smaller mom and pop shops like Floyd and Blackies or Morgans Dairy Barn get my money because you get better service, better prices and a much tastier product.

The service was very fast and friendly, however, I ordered a butterscotch latte and could only choke down a sip, was basically like drinking watered down coffee, no flavor, whatsoever. Didnt have time to go in and get a refund or other drink.This would be the 1st time Ive ever gone to a Starbucks that my drinks were anything less than amazing.

Its expensive. The company is too political. But my granddaughter likes a vanilla bean frappe and occasionally I buy her one. Otherwise, I probably wouldnt patron there.

Every time Ive been to this location they have been fast, courteous, and the order is correct. Ive even asked for suggestions before and wasnt let down. Not sure what else you could want.

I had a large Earl Grey Tea from there while I was shopping at Ingles Market place and I loved it. The stand was clean and the staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend this place to people trying to shop and grab a few things or a quick stop drink shop.

The Barista was very friendly and welcoming. They worked fast so I flew through a long line. Nice space to sit and drink the coffee.

It was good but for the price I paid for one I could have gotten 3 at dunkin.

I get a coffee just about everyday. It should not take 20 to 30 minutes.. For a latte, regardless if theres a few people infront of me. The past 4 times I have had to wait over 20 mins. Yall seriously need to work on your drive thru times and get some experienced FASTER hands to help.

This Starbucks is inside the Ingles on East Main St in Boyer City. The staff is always super helpful, especially Amber. I love it. I can pick up dinner and get something to snack on while shopping

I do not buy from this establishment. They do not support police officers so I dont support them. I was in Ingles and they have what I call a kiosk of Starbucks. Believe me when I say I do not buy from them.
