When showing interest in a car, they’re very quick to reach out. I called multiple times to get a simple purchase order drafted up for my credit Union. I was told over the course of 10 hours “I’ll get you the information needed!” But never received it.Unless you plan on using them for financing the car, I guess expect to have to beg them to take your money.

This place of business is a joke.. I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Dodge Durango.. I drove 2 hours and 13 minutes to take a look at this vehicle just to find out when I got there it wasnt even there... Poor communication... Definitely would not recommend this dealership

Dealership had a nice stock of the vehicles I was looking for. Purchased my Acadia and for the most part went smooth. Communication was terrible afterwards regarding my key and questions I had for the finance person who I left 2 messages but never got back to me.

Rakan was very nice and helpful. I originally had called and spoke to a Karen in BDC regarding a car I wanted to see and was under the impression that the car would be ready when I arrived and I was going to meet with her at my appointment she scheduled. It wasn’t and she didn’t even work at the location. That was very misleading and she shouldn’t have done that. I was also on a time limit as well. Rakan quickly had the car brought over to me and I was able to look at it and test drive it. Vito the manager greeted me after my test drive and told me a little bit more about the car. They were both very nice and I would recommend this dealership.

Vedo was very helpful employee when I was there buying a car. He gave me great details to the pros and cons of the cars I was considering and made me feel he was giving me the best advice to settle on a car. Great customer service and very pleased customer.

I know this location is new, even though they moved from the Lincolnwood mall area. I would think that customer service should be valued more important than a quick sale just to gain from commissions. All of my purchases are based off the reviews and I do take into consideration how a customer is treated. You would think Zeigler Cadillac would be on top of things with such a “ Prestige” name, it seems like their salesman’s and management need to trained on the value of customer needs when they are brought to the table rather than getting a quick signature getting the customer out of the door so they can move on to their next victim. Sad to say but, I’ll rather drive 20 more miles to a dealership that is not out just to get your money.

My walk-in was a great experience overall. I was treated very well and the salesman was very patient with me. The reason Im rating 3 stars is:- Apparently they werent aware of the car history. Luck me I bought a full report from Carfax before visiting them. That particular car has 3 damages reported and none of the staff members that I spoke about it were aware of that.- I suggested then having the car inspected by an certified professional, but they denied the inspection.

Just recently bought a car at this dealership this past week. If many people don’t know, it is pretty tough to buy a brand new car with how limited cars currently are because of the pandemic. This dealership is 1 of few that has an abundance. But that’s just 1 part of what made this place standout. My salesman Connor and the sales manager JP went above and beyond to make sure I could reach the price that is affordable for me. I respect that because before I went there I stopped at 2 other dealerships that jacked up 5k to 10k on top of the original msrp. They weren’t looking to benefit there pockets instead try and help mine. By getting the right price and making sure I’m making a smart decision with the purchase. Love the new car I have and plan on doing business at this dealership in the future.

I strongly recommend to avoid this dealership. They are bunch of charlatans and crooks. They advertise low prices to lure you to the dealership and then request much higher prices. I was interested in a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 that was advertised for $23,563. I called and talked to their online representative Angela. We discussed the price and she verified that the car is available and the price is as advertised. My wife and I drove 70 miles from Indiana to the dealership to purchase the car. When I arrived another salesman, John, was assigned to show us the car and close the deal. When I asked for the closing cost out-the-door, he brought us a sheet of paper with $36,000 purchase price. I indicated to him that the advertised price on their website that was agreed by Angela. He told me if you want the car the lowest price will be $33,000. I was insulted and wife and I walked out of the dealership. We wasted half day and drove 140 miles round trip.

I came into Zeigler dealership after finding a vehicle in their inventory that I was interested in. Conner, the sales guy rushed me through the process of taking the car for a test drive and when we pulled back into the dealership, he immediately wanted to talk numbers. It was getting dark and told him this was a big investment for me, and I had to look over the vehicle. He proceeded to rush me inside, which just made me more upset. After going back and forth we reached a number that made sense. The vehicle was washed, but some of the scratches he promised would come off easy, didnt. Conner then tells me to come in the following week to have the scratches removed. The next morning, when I finally got to check out the vehicle in the daylight and not being rushed, I noticed that a molding was loose. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Conner. He told me that when I brought the vehicle in to remove the scratches, they would take care of the molding. The day I arrived to have the service that Conner said they would take care of, he kept disappearing on me. When I spoke to the service manager Arturo, he told me that the dealership should replace it and Conner should order me one. I never heard back from Conner, so I called him. When I called him, he proceeds to tell me, I would have to pay for the part and service labor. Needless to say, I was upset with this. To make matters worse, two weeks into owning the vehicle, my maintenance light comes on. I check it out and it tells me, my oil has 15% life left. Conner, made it clear that the vehicle was inspected and all fluids were changed prior to putting the vehicle up for sale. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND THIS DELAERSHIP TO ANYONE.Rush to get you to buy a car, then leave you on a deserted island when issues come up. I called Conner once again today and he told me, hed have one of the managers call me back soon. Not surprised, I still have not received a call.Travel a bit further to get treated with respect. This place needs help.Updated - 8-17-21After going back and forth, I was connected with JP. He ordered me the new molding and had my maintenance oil light reset. While this satisfies me, It was still ridiculous what I went through to get an inexpensive molding. However, JP took care of the issue an all is well now. Thanks JP.

Super happy with the service! Buy from here! We came in with a set price in mind and when they brought all the paperwork it wasn’t matching it. We were ready to leave and walk out the door to go somewhere else. The manager Kyle managed to better our price range and was willing to do anything to help us. The sales rep is amazing as well. I found a beautiful truck there. The price seemed great. I reached out and started making arrangements to buy. As I live several hours away, this needed to be arranged remotely. They were pretty hostile that I would not purchase thousands in additional warranties. Then informed me that they had a $1895 fee for reconditioning. The representative tried telling me that all lots do this. As if iv never bought a car before.I agreed to the fee anyway. However they refused to send a purchase quote itemizing the cost and fees. They said its against their policy. When I declined the purchase they called me back and harassed me about someone else will buy it.Would you trust dealing with them?

Drove an hour here to buy a car listed for 31,000$. Car has a nice dent on the side and a hit on rear bumper. They told us we can’t negotiate internet pricing. Left us sitting for 30 minutes and went to work with other customer as they came back to tell us if we take the car there is a 5000$ add on charge. So a car 31000$ will be over 40,000$ out the door. How illegal. Will never be back.

I have been servicing my SRX at Ziegler Lincolnwood for 4 years. The service personnel there were very nice, accommodating, professional and flexible. But now it seems they have new people there. I took my car for servicing on Friday at 3:30pm and spoke to Mr. Gonzalez there. He said service section is already closed. He was very rude and impolite and refused to take the car for regular service. He refused to give an appointment for a week. He has no professionalism. I always go there around 4pm and was easily accommodated but Mr. Gonzalez flat out refused service or discussion for an appointment.

My experience here was phenomenal! I’m at a loss of words with how comfortable and enjoyable it was in this environment. Berenice was amazing in every which way asking me every question that was essentially a question of concerns and what not and everything was very well and excited! Love it here and wish the best for her!

John and Kyle are the guys to see. John spent a good amount of time getting things right and never seemed pushy. I’ve worked with Kyle before and decided to work with his team again.

I would be skeptical of the other reviews left because in the process of buying my car I was extremely pressured to leave a review. After we agreed on a deal for the car I purchased, the sales person told me that I needed to leave a review before leaving the dealership. I told them I didnt want to leave a review at the moment, but promised I would leave a review before I left. The salesperson told me that the manager said I needed to leave the review on Google in front of them before I left the office and finished the paperwork to finance my car. The person took my phone and went to Google and put on the screen where to put in the review. I said I was not comfortable leaving the review in front of her, asked for my phone back, and the person said okay and left the office. Shortly after another salesperson came in the office and insisted that I leave a review. I informed him that I did not feel comfortable leaving a review and we had the whole conversation again and he finally said okay. So I left to go to the cashier to pay for the vehicle and ANOTHER sales person came to insist I leave a review. The whole process was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wonder how many of the other reviews left were coerced and left by people who felt like the could not leave the office until they left a review with the salesperson sitting right in front of them….. The car buying process in general was annoying and left me feeling taken advantage of, which I suppose you can expect when buying a car. However, feeling coerced into leaving a review and not being able to leave for a long time while people beg you to leave a review is extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. But I am keeping my promise and leaving a review.

Bernie was a joy work with! She was responsive, kind and generally just a pleasure to deal with after having had so many Negative experiences with car salespeople. She was very patient, took her time and was able to answer all my questions. She has an amazing positive attitude. I would highly recommend using her.The dealership definitely has some kinks to work out. I would not have purchased from here other than for how great it was to work with Bernie. Not sure if that’s because of the new location or the high demand but they need to refine the intake process for new customers.

Awful Experience. The representative was rude and not helpful with explaining the charges. They charge for doing a diagnostic for every problem you ask for them to look at. They can’t do a diagnostic for the whole vehicle and give one charge. It’s a rip-off.I will not return there again. I will seek other dealerships.

The sales person Nicholas was very nice and help us get a good price. The only thing that I didn’t like none of my brake light didn’t work and both the marker light on both sides. Drove home at night without brake lights. They didn’t expect all my vehicles before selling it to me.

I was interested in a couple of cars so I called and was told both cars were in so I scheduled a test drive. I show up, spend 15 minutes getting all of my information processed, and am told that the cars are not on-site as they are being serviced/cleaned. Im told Ill receive a call when theyre back at the dealership so I wait a week. One week passes by and I notice the listings for the cars are gone so I call the dealership to follow up and Im told both cars have sold.

Great customer service. Barak was very kind and helpful. Informed me on the process, and explained my options in a through manner. Can’t wait to come in next week and buy a car from him!

I purchased a vehicle from Ziegler (NEVER AGAIN). I am writing this review since JD from the “management team” has taken a whole week to respond to my issue.I also complained to JD about the lack of customer service and it seems he has since only found a few people to add fake 5 star reviews on here and coincidentally no one has called/texted/emailed me back.Anyways, my specific issue was-they sold me a car with one key but there are two others paired in the system. I just need The two keys (that I do not have nor have ever had) simply wiped from the vehicle’s computer. But it seems that once Ziegler has your money, they’re done with you.I’ll be happy to update this review once I get contact from JD or the salesman Nick M. Who I’ve been texting for 3+ weeks with no response.**UPDATE**I was contacted by the sales rep that sold me the car and he says that I was never given an admin key for the vehicle I purchased with them. Basically I have a skeleton key…I think? I’m still puzzled because I paid for a “reconditioning” fee and it seems like they didn’t recondition anything before selling.Also, it’s JP and not JD and he’s reached out asking me to call him, but being at work I just don’t have the time to talk and have asked for a message with what he needed…..to be continued

My purchase started off great, after putting down $5000 of saved money, I just knew I was getting my dream car, after waiting an entire week to take possession of the car for 2 new tires, I knew the experience was going down hill. My salesman Vedo was great and there’s only so much he can do, once I got the car home 20miles away, the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree, warning lights shut vehicle off lights ect. After continuous calls to the dealership for help went unanswered I began paying out of pocket for endless repairs and I’m still not done !!!! Horrible people to do me like this…maybe being black caused my misfortune

I really don’t recommend this dealer I went to check a 2018 Toyota Camry and the salesman told me that the car was clean no accident he said auto check was clean I said do you have the CARFAX he said is the same thing that the car had NO accident so we drove the car but it has some spots that were repainted it didn’t look right. So I run a CARFAX really quick and my surprise that it had an accident MODERATED so I of course I told the sales men and he denied their crooks I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER
