Went into this location for help with transferring service from my old phone to a new one because I was too nervous about messing something up. Arvil was amazing. He walked me through everything, was friendly and knowledgeable and wasnt pushy at all when it came to adding or changing any services. Fantastic customer service on all accounts!

This is definitely the best AT&T store around. I went in needing help transferring info from one one phone to another and Joshi could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I am like a lot of people, worrying that they will lose all their info, contacts and images, but Joshi made the entire process seamless, he knew exactly what to do. I have no doubt that I will need to go back to the store, only because my old brain cant figure some things out on the new phone, but I also know that I will get the answers that I need. I highly recommend Edgar as he was extremely helpful. I was nervous switching from T-Mobile (whom I have been with for 15+ years). He answered all of my questions and provided me with all of my plan options. The most helpful part was the quote breakdown of what my monthly bill would be and he was transparent on the first bill costs, taxes, etc.Luckily, I have AT&T internet so I was able to get two discounts on my plan while getting brand new iPhones at an affordable price. He assisted in getting our new iPhones setup.So far, one of the BEST phone sales that I have experienced. Thank you, Edgar! Honestly the Main sales rep who took care of me was Arvil and management who overlooked the transaction was Nick, both are extremely patient understanding and have had great willingness to work with a needy customer and allow me to do business with AT&T from this day forth. Due to the perfect customer service that was provided when dealing with my inteneter tv and cellphone service. THEY GAVE ME Best streaming options strong connection via cell service and cost reduction which will save me over $1200 annually!! Bill last year $300 monthly with 3 different service providers and now we bundled all with AT&T for less than $ 188 with Arvil findining me the best option and Nick making sure I am handled with extra care and detailed information under account for future reference this has been by far the best experience I have ever received in my professional career.

I upgraded our family phones to iPhone 12s today along with reviewing our existing data plans. Joshi and his supervisor Noemi provided excellent service. I was very impressed with the quality of service and would not hesitate to recommend this ATT store to any of my friends.

I am a new customer and I ran in to an unusual problem when I was trying to set up my new phone. Claudio, one of the in-store representatives, was incredibly helpful during this process. He went out of his way to identify why there was an issue and set about a way to solve the problem. He was willing to stay late with me for a bit at the store and was quick to get back to solving the issue when I returned to the store the next day. He was very patient and reassuring during the process as well. The other associates in the store were very welcoming and helpful also! Great customer service, I know I made the right choice!

Horrific customer service at the Lincolnwood location when trying to replace a nonworking iPhone. And while the issue appears to be a company process issue (must send you a confirmation text in order to complete your order. When your phone is NOT working???? And you have provided a government picture ID???) The lack of apology/empathy added to the defensiveness of the rep and manager has me investigating other options. Thankfully I took care of it online and then dealt with the Skokie store which was professional and efficient.And by the way, I’m a retired ATT employee

Amazing store!! I deal with Edgar every time I go in. I followed him since he was in the mall. Great customer service. I bought 5 different phones with him, my daughters feel comfortable talking to him when they need help with their phones. He also helps me with ways of protecting our phones. We go to him so much, poor guy almost knows my passwords. Very trustworthy.. Keep up the great work Edgar!!

I had to get the sim cards removed/swapped into a new iPhone. Fernando helped me out and was very personable and also explained some possible malfunctions with switching sim cards, which an Apple employee had told was completely safe to do at home. Nope! Glad I went here. :)

Absolute five star experience- told them I had only 45 minutes to switch out new phones and Roberto and Jermaine helped me achieve that. They gave me the price breakdown before I got there so I knew what I was walking into, put a phone away for me until I reached the store, and the kindness with a little humor over the phone gave me great reassurance that my time spent at the store would be efficient. To which I am now, 45 minutes later, writing this review on my brand new phone and walking out of this beautifully ran store with genuine, no sales pitch-y and humor filled employees.

We called AT&T multiple times to complain that we have bad connections and only one bar most of the time. We called so many times and your reps said theyre taking care of it. Its been weeks. Nothing changed. Our neighbors called too. Nothing changed. Your service is beyond bad. Your service reps dont know how to help except to say, “we will report this and help fix it.” Nothing changed. Fix our service. We pay lots of money a month for BS service. Been paying $200 a month For awful Service.

My husband and I had a complicated situation, he was Sprint and I was T-Mobile and we wanted to combine our 2 lines to 1 business/family plan. We tried 1st with T-Mobile. We thought it would be easy since Sprint and T-Mobile have merged, but we were met with a lot of excuses and to come back in a couple months, the IT people are still working out the merger kinks.We saw the ATT&T holiday Apple promo and decided that maybe a whole NEW carrier was the easiest solution. The sales associate Tegan and the store Manager Justin were AMAZING!! They both had a can-do attitude and were able to get our business lines set-up, port our information from T-Mobile and Sprint and exchanging our old phones to the new Apple 12. We even purchased and added 2 Apple watches to the plan.Neither of us have changed carriers in +10 years. So we had LOTS of questions and visited the store 4 times to go over the contract and all the discounts and rebates. The whole process could have been a disaster but Justin was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining the AT&T plan and breaking down the costs.The last trip was to return my husbands 12 Pro Max. He was having issues with the battery, it wasnt keeping a charge and the phone would overheat while charging. Tegan gets 5 stars for seeing us come in and not running away! We explained the situation and he consulted with Justin and we walked out with a new phone that has been working perfectly.Would definitely recommend Tegan and Justin for my future visits.

Iv been coming to this exact same A&T for many years now. There are 2 amazing employees that i only prefer to assist me. AMY and Sergio are such wonderful people. They have warm caring hearts. Entered in to the store, 3 rep were busy, nobody paid any attention. I started walking around, after few minutes of walking, someone from back entered main room, Im guessing it was manager or some sort. Then she asked if I need to be in list, I said yes. After she put my name in a list, elderly couple entered the store, and Eddy, name of rep, appeared and run straight to them. And started helping those people, after few minutes he directed them to another rep, which just became available. Then he just stood on the corner and started using his phone.So I dont know whats Eddys job title is, but that kind of behavior is sucks. Maybe cuz I was in that store day before, and he didnt want to deal with same person, and Eddy if u reading this u couldve told me that to cancel a line, just need to call duuh. Last thing partially my foult. But guys if someone enters store, please acknowledge u saw them.And lastly u should take an example from Verizon store down the street.

Jason was very helpful and patient in assisting us switch our new defected business phone. It took us one week to do so on our own with no luck over the phone but decided to come to the Skokie location on Touhy and Jason was able to successfully and kindly solve our issue. Had a great experience with my family today. We decided to switch over from Verizon to AT&T and were really happy with the deal we got. Sargoon and Jermaine helped us get the best bang for our buck and we left happy with our new phones and were able to also get all our data transferred over from our old phones. The manager was very condescending to me and had an attitude like I was annoying her with my questions and did not want to be there. The other employees seemed to be working harder than she was and PROBABLY wouldve helped me better. Wont be coming back to this location if I ever have problems with my service. In fact, I may not return to AT&T once my contract expires if this is a reflection of how they run their customer service, especially a manager.

Service was extremely fast. Was there for a phone upgrade and was in and out within 30mins. Jason helped me he was extremely friendly very informative and made the process simple and quick.

After five months of not receiving the credits that I was told would start after a couple of billing cycles I went into this store to get some answers. The representative sat down with me to go over the bill. She took out her calculator added it up. Her addiction and mine were identical. The bill just isnt correct. I asked her to print out a copy so we could find the disparity. Now the store was busy, however her reaction to me was totally unacceptable. She must be a commission employee. She looked me straight in the face and said Im not printing it out, just get out. I was very taken back. In just a couple of seconds I was smoking angry. I looked at her and said excuse me. Instead of figuring out where the problem is just get out. Then it got kind of ugly. How dare you tell me to just get out. Both of our calculations are identical I truly expected her to help in resolving the problem. At&t weather in store or over the phone has provided the worst (not) customer service possible. I then took it upon myself to loudly let the other patrons know about my experience. Such an old iconic company just doesnt care to help if theres a problem. Theyre solution is to tell a customer just get out. Well I got out. Ive since switched service providers. If you do a Google search youll find Im not the only person who has experienced billing issues. This company truly doesnt care about taking care of issues. Just pay your bill even if its incorrect and shut up. After reading this review and you decide to use them, I feel for you. You are truly in one hell of a bad scenario. Good luck, you will need it.

Incredible customer service from Ninweh Y! We showed up at 5:30pm on a Sunday (they close at 6) and she made us feel so welcome and was so helpful. We needed to port over 3 lines from another carrier and had wasted so much time with a different store down the street (avoid the store at 5233 W Touhy at all costs). She stayed late, explained everything to us, was proactive with suggestions and ways to help us get everything done. She was efficient, friendly, and I will travel out of my way to come to her for any of my future AT&T needs. THANK YOU NINWEH!

I came in to change my current internet provider because of the outrageous monthly payments and Ninweh helped explain all of the packages that At&t offers thoroughly. I have had such great assistance in understanding and correcting a problem with my previous account and my new account as I recently moved. Sergio was the main person that assisted me along with Jermaine and Brian. Dealing with a live person, rather than on the phone, was a wonderful experience. Delila helped us. I brought my mom to get a phone. Shes 80 years old. Im sorry but, I really have to mention Delila because she couldnt help us with anything! Oh she was polite in a very rude way and condescending as well. We were prepared to buy a new phone but she couldnt when we asked her to find us a user friendly phone for seniors. I have a hard enough time working my phone I know for sure my mother cant. Bottom line, bad rude service from Delila, no help that so ever. We will never return to THIS LOCATION, the whole experience was a waste of our time and zero results except feeling mistreated as customers, especially my senior mom. Bad news! Also she could of cared less we left feeling so disappointed!

Super busy, but very polite. They have a waiting list. I think you can call ahead to reserve a spot, but dont quote me on that. I went in to get the AT&T pre-paid plan on a promotion. Ive spent too many years paying through the roof for unlimited and not getting really great service. I love the AT&T pre-paid. I got a promotion for an additional 8GB a month, but basically Im paying $40 for unlimited talk, text and 8 GB (and with the promotion I got another 8GB). Im a medium user. This has worked awesomely and you cant beat the coverage for the price point. And.., yeah.., the store needs more employees, but welcome to retail in the 21st century (dont take it out on them).

Both times I entered the store, I was presented with a warm greeting and assisted almost immediately. Ninweh is very talented and was able to assist me with all of my problems and proposed solutions to issues I wasn’t even aware I could possibly run into, which I was more than grateful for. She made the process so smooth and seamless. Laura the manager at Lincolnwood has made my experience great! I decided to switch over from T-Mobile to AT&T. From the moment you walk into the store you feel very welcome.
