Wanted to pick up a Nintendo Switch Lite and a couple of games. I bought the Blurple Switch lite reminds me allot of the GameCube and GBA. Got lucky as GameStop had a sale going on where you buy 2 New $30 games and the 3rd one used would be discounted and it was. I purchased Burnout and Bioshock got lucky finding a used copy if Mario Odyssey and got it for less than $38 dollars. Also Renewed My membership and added insurance to the switch (Highly Advice Warranty) and games. I came to this location compared to the closest one to me due to the fact that this location had 80% of what I was looking to purchase. The lady who took care of me was awesome my whole time there. Thank you for your service Sadly I dont remember her name.

This location is on the smaller side so dont expect there to be a large selection. And no they dont have the PS5. The location isnt convenient its kinda out of the way in the corner with a small sign so you wont see it at first, or at least I didnt. Though overall compared to other gamestops Ive been to over the years the people here had great customer service. The only issue is the location.

Went 3 seperate times to the store after getting a used xbox one controller. each time we went we were giving an unusable controller and had to go back to the store 3 times. we finally just went and gave up because they obviously dont fix their used controllers. terrible service

Ive been here twice and both experiences were great. They are super helpful and friendly. Nico is great at what he does. The phone was ringing off the hook, he was the only one there and he kept his cool and was very helpful.

We leave out of here happy every time. They never judge my five year old son when he buys violent game like last of us 2 😉. That’s service! Thanks guys please don’t close!!!!

If your kids have any type of gaming system GameStop will meet your needs. I like that they have not only new release games but also previously used games and accessories at a fraction of the cost. Ive always had friendly as well as knowledgeable staff able to answer my questions and offer up much needed assistance.

Interacted with Store Leader Jacklyn.She greeted me and asked if I needed help. I brought in all of my old games and wanted to trade them in. She spent about 20-30 minutes with me trading-in all of the eligible games and had a smile on the entire time. She answered all of my questions as well as help other customers when she could. Overall a pleasant experience.Ill be sure to return to this specific GameStop for my gaming needs!

I got treated horribly here and Im a guy with a lot of patience that actually brush stuff up after something wrong happens in my life but this one girl that works there she kept offering me memberships and stuff after I told her that was the headset I was holding in my hands. Please if you need to buy something for your gaming needs buy it online but I wont recommend buying it at GameStop.

I got my PlayStation 4 there and some games and extra cables do real helpful in helping me find games nice people

This is one of the better Gamestop that Ive been to. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. It has a great selection of pre-owned games. The staff is always willing to help with a smile on their face, which you dont get everywhere. The only downfall is the lack of room they have to move around in. The space is small, which makes it difficult to walk around in and worse if you have a stroller. Other then that its a great store.

This is the Gamestop I will always go to. This place has always treated me equally, regardless that Im a woman. They dont stare at my chest and will talk directly with me, not through me via my husband. The staff here are always phenomenal and go above and beyond to help me find what Im looking for, even when I wanted to switch my DS to a newer model. This place is the best!

Horrible place they love to rip you off

I had one of the most feared moments a parent can have in this store. It was not only utterly disgusting but HIGHLY traumatizing for me and my 2year old! After spending over $550 in the store yesterday and while walking out my sister and I (before leaving the store) noticed my daughter had a tiny .89 toy in her hand so we grabbed her before even leaving and she decided to run around the store with it. This is a 2year old who has just discovered the wonderful benefits of a pocket so she stuffed it in there (This has NEVER EVER happened to us while out in a store. The most weve seen her do is stuff her snacks or toys into her pockets when we are leaving home to go out). We immediately took it out and started to explain to her why thats wrong, that she has waay too many toys and we will not be buying it for her. Before even asking us whether we purchased the toy and to view our receipt the guy at the door ALEX stated to my 2 year old and I that you are wrong and being a theif, Im going to have to call the police to arrest all of you. At this point while he stated this we are still IN the store and he already had the toy in his hand. I was speechless and deeply hurt! There was a woman outside along with many others giving us strange looks. This country already over criminalizes many people. The mere fact that this happend to us while we are simply teaching our ever learning toddler is A HUGE MISCARIAGE OF JUSTICE, embarrassing and life threating (the police are trigger friendly with moms n a toddler that look like us). NEVER shopping here again. Contemplating returning my over $550 purchase!PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A 1-3 YEAR OLD WHO IS JUST LEARNING ABOUT THEIR POCKETS AND LIKES TOYS DO NOT DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS STORE ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.

I purchased a 3ds for my daughter preowned. It worked for 10 minutes and stop workng. Questions how much they check their product before selling a used product. I will never purchased preowned game system from gamestop.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this place. The staff dont know how to organize the place, their products, or the customers! Each time I go, I have to be told to stand somewhere else if I am waiting to check out. Also I have pre-ordered multiple items to be told they do not have it in stock, or my pre-order never processed.

Dumb workers who do not know the history of xbox or xbox live. Straigt up mules working at the counter especially the one by the name John/ Joe. I asked him if they had 1--month xbox live membership cards and he aaid they never had them. They did exist but they removed them from the shelves, and replaced the 1 month card with a 6 month card.

Employee was very nice and helpful in helping me buy a new game.
