Went to get my annual Eye Exam today and was taken good care of by Jennifer and Dr. G. Both individuals presented great enthusiasm and care. They were very reassuring and made sure I was satisfied and encouraged to ask questions. I had a lovely experience as usual here and I completely adore Dr. G and her good energy. Im excited to come back again next year or sooner 💗

I visited LensCrafters today and had the most pleasant experience. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is impeccably clean and well organized. I tried on several frames that I noticed were being set aside. Once I inquired the reason, I was informed that each frame is individually cleaned after each time it is tried on. And not until it has been cleaned is it returned to the display. I was very impressed by the extra precautions being taken. The selection of frames was awesome I’ve very happy with what I selected. Tatiana was great, very cheerful and funny. This store has definitely gained me as a long time customer. I can’t wait until my glasses are ready.

I will only come and see Dr. G!The staff is amazing, I have not been there in a year since my last exam, and they remembered me and greeted me like we were long-lost friends. They are efficient, professional and caring. Cannot say finer things about the crew at this location.

Great experience last Saturday. The staff was nice and took me like 30 mins to find the pair and make the order. With premium lenses and the frame that I loved it was 350$ which was great compared to other places!I would totally recommend! The girls that worked last Saturday were so friendly and nice!

Everything was great when I had eye exam and pick frame, just waited for couple weeks to pick up my expensive new prescription glasses, however on the day that I supposed to pick them up, staff told me that there was a damage on the frame, but I could pick them up and use them temporary. She (manager) said she will order a new one, but not able to tell me when new frame will be arrived, she will call me. She did not do anything, except apologize. I asked for discount because it was wasting my time and expenses. It was their mistakes, but she refused. Next day I pick them up, there was almost one inch long chip kind of damage she was talking about and the two pieces part of frame that supposed to stick together firmly cracked. This is an absolutely terrible mistake they made. Nothing else, but apology. It was my last time going to this store ever.

I may pay a little more for glasses but the service more than makes up for the price. They will fix any problem with glasses whether I bought them there or not is amazing. Ghazals is the best.

I went in for an eye exam and the service was beyond excellent! From the minute I walked into the store I was greeted by Titiani with a joyful voice asking how can I be helped? I advised her I was here for an appointment and she immediately checked me in and took me to the back room. She was patient and explained all of the process! Dr. G was amazing, she took her time doing my eye exam and answered all the questions I had! I would highly recommend going to this lens crafters! I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided to me!

I have been going to this specific LensCrafters (in Lincolnwood Town Center) since grade school when I was informed I needed further testing and possibly needed glasses. They’ve been taking care of me for 20-ish years and I’ve never been disappointed. Titiani especially has been essential in my comfort of coming back year after year. She has always remembered me and my family and continues to be one of the best parts of this location. I will continue to utilize LensCrafters and their excellent employees and doctors for the foreseeable future.

Despite it being a little busy, I was in and out relatively fast. 10 maybe 15 minutes, Titianis was great help. Finding and selecting a great pair of frames, cant wait to pick them up.

Refused to give full prescription with PD number. Also won’t take public insurance.Edit:You refuse to hold a ruler between my pupils unless I buy from you. You do realize that’s ridiculous, right? It’s no different than measuring which strength of lenses I need.

My glasses accidentally broke and this was the nearest Lenscrafters to me. I walked in and met a very respectful sales associate named Jafet. He provided me with an amazing experience and went so far as to break down the science to me about the biology of eyes and what types of frames would be perfect for me. I ended up getting a pair of Ray Bans and I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely come through again if my glasses were to break again 😂

Wish I could be more positive, but after almost a month I STILL don’t have my glasses and more annoying, they won’t answer the phone and repeated requests to call me left on voice mail have been ignored. Very disappointed as I’ve had good luck there for many years.

Ghazala was kind enough to help me find the frame model number to fix my broken frame. Once my new frame came in I brought it in to the store and she installed my old lens in the new frames.Then she was very professional in installation and made sure that the they well on my face.Thank you, Ghazala. I would have chosen 0 stars if that was possible.I booked my appointment online with a specific DR. after doing some research. When I went there I was checked in as usual and had y pre-exam test with the an associate. When I was sent to the DR. office I noticed that it was not the DR. that I had the appointment with and after mentioning it to the DR. he basically acted like he didnt hear what I said. I said it is fine and I can have the exam with him, again no mention of anything he continued the exam. The DR. denied my request for fitting a new contact lens brand that I requested to try and told me I need to change my monthly contacts to daily without enough explanation and in a very rude manner when I asked for the reason. I requested to have prescription for both monthly and daily contacts but I was denied by You shouldnt tell me how to do my job. After all I asked the front desk for my medical record and not billing this visit on insurance, they didnt give me my medical records and they billed my insurance as well. Stay away from this place if you dont want to waste your time.

Lab is Taking longer than usual because of COVID-19. There eye glasses folks not Covid-19 tests. Steer clear and take your hard earned money else where. This store is a joke.

Love Lincolnwood’s Lens Crafters! I’ve been going to this location for years only because of Titiani and Dr. Gianfriddo. Titiani has a true gift in making everyone feel welcomed. She also always has a smile on her face (even with a mask on). Dr. G is always so so kind and really looks out for all of her patients.
