My boyfriend made an order from here now 50 days ago. No, Im serious, he counted. PJ Warehouse simply wont send out the order to us. Every time he calls, no one gets back to him. He bought these special chairs as a gift for everyone that lives here, and now feels terrible and stressed that we all have to deal with eating standing up. My hope is that they show any sort of customer service and make this right. Not only is this poor for them business wise, but its also just a terrible thing to do to another person. They hear him, they just dont even care to answer. Shame on the people that rudely ignore their customers at this place.

I ordered chairs from Wayfair on 3/24. I only received half of my order from PJ Warehouse. It is now 5/11and I still have not gotten the rest of my items. I’ve spoken with Wayfair and they have tried to contact them. I’ve even called them myself. The first time someone took my information and never got back to me. The second time someone told me the people that handle Wayfair orders won’t be in the warehouse until next week. Today is a Monday. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told he was on the phone. I left my name and number, no returned phone call. I called again and got an answering machine, that was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I have never seen such poor customer service. If I didn’t already have half of my order and didn’t need the other chairs to match, I absolutely would have cancelled it by now, but I don’t have a choice. If you ever buy furniture online, check and see if it comes from PJ Warehouse in Linden, NJ. If it does, STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! There is no telling when you will actually receive your order, or the amount of stress you will you through trying to deal with it. I wish Google allowed zero stars out of five, because one star is way too good for this terrible company.
