Was served by this short girl with glasses, she was extremely nice and the ice cream was amazing too!

Girls making the ice cream need to watch how they speak in front customers! Complaining they don’t like making a certain flavor! Hello it’s your job! Also they need to wear gloves touching my waffles with disgusting fingers!

I was just there some dark girl with glasses did my oder she was very skimpy with Ice cream and toppings she acted like she did not want to be there I usually get good portions for the biggest size in there which is got to have it but not this time paid 16 dollars and change for that and come very disappointed.👎

GiGi just waited on me and she was an absolute delight. She was very helpful and patient with me as I was trying to figure out my co workers order. These girls are working very hard during these trying times. Please dont forget to tip in appreciation.

Cold Stone is my favorite place for ice cream and milkshakes. The place was clean, spacious, and associates were friendly. I just wished they increased the portion; I ordered medium size, but I didnt get enough ice cream.

Great options when they are actually available. The signature cookie dough is always sold out. This is my second time taking a trip this week. I love dough for it but can’t understand how they’re out.

It is now 2:16pm and I am waiting to be served. I have been here since 1:49pm in which I went out two different times to my car as the attendant said he would be right with me, apparently doing online orders or pickups and also the planet smoothie location. There are only a handful of people that have been served, so clearly not enough people...poor guy doing everything by himself but I think it’s kind of crazy to wait nearly 30 minutes for an ice cream when there are no lines.

Wonderfully varied flavor choices. Sometimes it is a very hard decision when choosing the flavors as there is so many. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a nice treat ice cream on a hot day or a dessert.

Ice cream is amazing, everything is done right there in front of you. And their smoothies are beyond great! This is my go to for smoothies with their energy boosts and protein! Staff is great! Strongly recommend going here.

Although quality of ice cream is never a question, staff is extremely slow, if you are to get a smoothie and ice cream you are there for a while,although well staffed, employees need additional training,especially when more than 1 employee decides to serve 1 family with multiple people,instead of helping the next person in line waiting.I will not visit this cold stone again nor recommend it.

After a workout I treat Myself to a protein smoothie, and Cold Stone Creamery in Linden offers many flavor choices for your taste ✌😎

The first sign to leave should have been the fact that the place smelled like wet dog, but i wanted ice cream so i just carried on. Nobody was nice and they messed up my ice cream:( 0/10 would not recommend

Ice cream was fine but got cake from here and got sick after. do not recommend buying a cake.

Its a playpen here.... Walked into the store with like five hostesses just playing around without acknowledging we were there. Had to leave out of annoyance.

Decent prices and smoothies, when they make it right, which is around 75% of the time. Takes forever to make one so be prepared to wait a while.

The working conditions are horrible I was coming out of the gym one night and I saw the staff still there and it was 11:45, some of the staff is very rude and take long to get to you and help you. The floors and bathrooms are sometimes very dirty and dont even look like they have been cleaned. I wont be returning there any time soon.
