The people who work there are nice but the food is ok the last time I ate there I got a breakfasr wrap it tatsted like they used processed food.

Lady took my order she was very nice. Guy made my sandwich. It was terrible. Fell apart and tore through the paper before I got home. (1 min drive). Looked like it was made by somebody with ten thumbs. I wish I took pics. Maybe he didnt like me??

Best bagels in the area, hands down

Really a nice bagel shop, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Bagels are great, egg sandwiches are very tasty. The staff is always very pleasant, ive noticed at times I go for the past year they treat there regulars like gold and everyone that walks in the shop.

The service here has significantly declined over the past month. While the store is spotlessly clean, orders take too long to be made and rung up on the register. They did not make me feel very welcome.

We love the bagels and sandwiches. New owner had some bumps, as any would. All the kinks are worked out. My go to spot for breakfast.

Bagels are great and fresh but egg sandwiches are TERRIBLE. Eggs were dry and tasteless, there was ONE slice of cheese on the entire sandwich, the sausage was dried out and tasted like cardboard. Also, there was one small dab of ketchup on one half of the sandwich.... never again.

This place is probably one of the worst bagel stores in Long Island. It was recently sold to a new owner and the new owner is terrible. The past two times we ordered a bacon egg and cheese they forgot the bacon. WHO FORGETS THR BACON. We also asked for a bagel toasted and we got the bagel It isn’t toasted and is cold. When we brought this problem up to the owners, we got no apology, we got the staff laughing at us and frankly they probably messed with our food with all the giggles going on behind the wall. I would not recommend this spot to anyone and everyone I know will not be going here. Do yourself a favor, go the extra five minutes to get some actual good quality bagels.

High quality bagel at a lower price than most! The owners are family and are always pleasant. Dont let store appearances fool you, this place continues to improve.

The staff is amazing ! They treat youike family. I loved everything I ever ordered and when im unsure i ask and they always let me try.going back tomorrow. My children love the bagels too.

I recently went here and the place was so busy they did not know how to manage the crowd. People were just leaving cash and not caring for the change. Then i found out it was under new management and this explains a lot. The bagels were more dense and they do not have that much of a variety of Cream Cheese anymore and when i asked for specific cream cheeses the girl gave me two toatally different cream cheeses then i asked for. Also she put all 24 bagels in one bag and i asked if i get anything for getting that many bagels and all i got was 2 bagels free. The iced coffee tasted like it was sitting in their for days it was so gross that no amount of creamer or milk or sugar could fix it. I am very upset and do not plan on going here ever again.
