They severely undercook the bacon to the point where it’s inedible. This is about the 5th time I have received undercooked bacon from this place in the past 2 months. Disgusting

Its amazing how little they care about having a Long line. There is never any sense of urgency no matter what the situation is. They have one speed and one speed only and that is SLOW !

I was so worried reading the reviews after I ordered my egg sandwich, but it was so hot and delicious. The bacon was fully cooked and the bagel was soft and delicious.

Bagels were significantly smaller....... but who needs those big giant bagels anyway lol. Still best bagels but I see the effects of the pandemic everywhere......

My husband and I came to get breakfast, we had breakfast sandwiches with sausage in one and bacon in the other. We also had your hone fries ( potatoes). We love them bialys the most. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.

Some of these bad reviews are mind boggling. This place has great bagels, I just stopped there last Sunday for bagels with my mom and my sister. This place is top notch. The only downside is they don’t have enough seating. Wish they could expand a bit more but overall this place is great!

For years, since I was a child, me and my grandpa every morning during the summers would come here around the corner for breakfast. I get an over easy egg and bacon on a roll, and he always got two mini bagels, one for him and one for himself. When my brother came along, he always got a bagel with butter. And no matter what time of day or what the weather was like any day of the year, their sandwiches and bagels are always perfect. They’re also fast too. Service is great. The workers are nice.Always satisfied. Easy 5 stars. Thank you

Soft and delicious bagels. I bring their mini bagels to my healthcare workers in queens and they love it. Their jalapeno cream cheese and their cinnamon walnut cream cheese is always a hit.

My company orders from them once a week. Everyone knows not to order anything with bacon because we always get it undercooked/raw. We will not be ordering again.

Been a customer here for a while, the food really is good. However.. I went in this afternoon and 2 of the 3 employees/food handlers behind the counter were wearing chin diapers (mask over their mouths but not over their noses). Then a employee/food handler came from the back not even wearing her mask, the mask was under her chin. She put the food down she was holding and THEN put her mask on. I walked right out. If this is acceptable there who knows whats going on in the back where they are actually preparing the foods we eat. No. Will not be back here.

They send raw bacon on egg sandwiches and BLTs. Had to ask Uber eats for a refund… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Since the new owners took over this place has gone down hill. They dont even know there own menu.I will never get anything there except a bagel.I ordered a specialty hero and half of what was suppose to be on it wasnt.If you want a good lunch hero go somewhere else!

This place has some of the Best Bagels on the Island. I know a lot of people love their local bagel store, but these folks never disappoint!!! Most times in the morning if you order a dozen or so bagels, the bag is warm from the fresh bagels baked on premises.Staff is very friendly, but take note, they work fast.... know what you want before you get up to the counter. I have written my order out for them beforehand many times and really speeds the process.You have plenty of time to get your act together before you get on line.... but everyone there is very attentive to making your order right.Long lines are not unusual but they move you through..... i for one find Long Lines reassuring with this many people behind the counter..... means people like what they are serving.They open early and are extremely good at tasty warm bagels with the good chew you want.They also have full Deli Sandwiches for lunch but honestly never tried them. But its Boars Head and if they put the same effort in that they do for the bagels, it has to be good!!!Dont walk, RUN to this place.... even if you have another favorite place, just try these guys out!!!!

The food here is good but I have there several times and there is one girl who consistently has her mask hanging- not covering her mouth or nose! This should not be allowed- I mentioned it-her co worker told her and she still didn’t use her mask correctly. I won’t go back

Food isn’t bad but you can’t customize your order when ordering online so I just didn’t order at all. Also 7 dollars for a turkey bacon, egg and cheese is ridiculous.

You will never get a bad bagel or sandwich from this place. Everything is SO fresh, sometimes staff tends to be on edge, but I get it because its always packed. Theres a reason the line is out the door half the time.

Always busy because the bagels are terrific and the service is fantastic. I got a mini bagel which is plenty big for me with scallion cream cheese - and they are generous with their toppings. Coffee is super and there are cookies and other goodies ( I got a raspberry crumb and it was quite nice).

Best bagels on Long Island. Wallys is good too, but this is the best. Sandwiches too. Breakfast or boars Head cold cut sandwiches.Their cinnamon raisin is my favorite, and sesame and Poppy too. My wife loves the egg bagel. Recently changed owners so I dont know how that will effect things but the egg sandwiches are excellent.

Ive been coming here since I was a little kid and have always loved it. I go out of my way to come here because of how good they are. Its always busy in the morning and you can expect to spend about 10-15 minutes here when its busy. But other than that its definitely worth it!

Excellent bagels and coffee! On the occasion I go to a bagel store, I usually get a bagel with cream cheese. I like scallion cream cheese but it is usually way overpriced. At Wellwood, there was only a $.25 difference, which I considered reasonable. Had a lovely onion bagel with scallion cream cheese. What a treat!

Ordered an egg/everything bagel w/chicken salad and got an egg bagel no everything with chicken paste. Not very appetizing. Took a bite the pace squirted out and landed on my pants I want up throwing the rest of it away. Very disappointing they make good bagels but going to handle on the rest of the stuff.

This store is allowing people in with no masks no gloves. I sat there for 15 min watching people coming and going. The line is backed up all the way to the door, no social distancing at all. Very sad and VERY UN HEALTHY.

Called in to place an order to pick up 3 sandwiches. The gentleman who answered the phone acted as if he didn’t have time to take the order and was being extremely short and rude. I said birthdaycake cream cheese and He responded like He had no idea what I was talking about. (My mistake, the name of the cream cheese is confetti) after taking my order he said there is a minimum of $15 to place an order to PICK UP. Popostrous, where do they do that??? If you didn’t have a stupid minimum for pick up orders I would have came in and paid well over 25 after buying drinks and muffins.

I only gave this place 1 star because I wanted to write how disgusting this place is. A huge ball of hair in my husbands egg sandwich and onion particles in my sons mini bagel with butter. By the reviews from the other people I say go the distance and get a good clean quality bagel from a bagel place then from this trash spot operated by white trash.

Everything is overpriced and ala carte so if you want a $15 sandwich, this is your place! the employees dont even know what sandwiches they sell . Ive ordered sandwiches off the board by name and the same thing by topping both priced totally different and made totally different to boot! The chicken salad is a yellowish white pasty substance which wouldnt pass for cat food.....Oh you want the good chicken salad with the celery and chunks of tender white meat...you better ask twice and check your order before you leave! Its so unfortunate that this dump is the only deli within a reasonable distance to my job.

Placed a pickup order waited approx 15 mins to pick up. I arrive at the bagel store, wait for an additional 20 minutes on line before finally being helped for my pick up order.After finally being assisted by a gentleman who couldnt find my order for 5 minute, he then proceeds to find the woman who placed the order and passes me off to her. She pops her head out from the back and mouths Ill be right out sir, give me 5 minutes.So now Ive been in store for about 30 minutes before received a pick up order while every other walk in in being instantly served and leaving. Ive noticed that the only order sitting on the counter has not moved in sometime I ask hey, is that possibly my order there? To which a counter help replies no that order is for Tommy (my name is Connor), proceed to rattle off the contents of my order, only for it to be revealed as being my order. 2nd counterhelp has not returned to assist me so another several minutes go by before the another counterhelp asks her colleagues did anyone serve the phone order?By now Im obsolutely infuriated and raise my hand to acknowledge that I still have yet to be given my order. After waiting for a total of 45 mins, this establishment is not 1/4 mile from my home, I finally got my order and left never to return. Id rather find a place that may not be as good, but cares about proper customer service
