This is the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Zabi was beyond helpful getting my family 2 new phones with great deals, meeting a deadline and getting it done. We left and came back and everything was transferred from the old phones to the new. We logged into the accounts at the store and were able to see the charges and that the deals he promised were applied. Not once did I feel pandered to, manipulated or conned. He just took great care of you and this is the difference between his store and all the others I have been to.

Excellent help from Zabi! He brought us all up to date with the phones! Would definitely use this location again! Really listened to what we wanted. Helped understand everything!

Ive been to the Verizon store in Lindenhurst North Wildwood Avenue and gentlemen that was helping me Sabi was excellent he was an excellent excellent person and I have my husband and other people coming into for him to help others thank you so much youre lucky to have a person like him

I’m not one to write a review but the great service we received shouldn’t go unnoticed. My husband and I went there to receive a new upgrade on our iPhones when we met a man I believe his name is Aresh? Who went above and beyond to help us - not only with our iPhone upgrade but to upgrade our plan. We typically go to the west Islip store but the amazing service we got we will always go back and tell others about this location and how amazing the representatives are such as Arsh.

After going to this Verizon location twice once I was helped by Leslie the second time, I was helped by Zabi they were both very pleasant and helpful with the issues that I had. I highly recommend this store for any and all your Verizon needs. Not only was Leslie extremely helpful and concerned about the problem I was having with my phone she was very attractive to me and if I had the guts I would have asked her out. She is just the type of woman that I would love to share my life with💘 Thanks again you guys!! This location is far and above any other Verizon location I have been to.

Customer rep was a little short at first. Didnt really seem interested in helping me. I was about to leave but after a few minutes of me asking questions he was more professional and offered advice. I purchased the phone

We went in with my moms phone who was having a small technical issue receiving pictures via text. We were told it was an outdated phone and the module wasn’t functioning properly and needed a $700+ upgrade. Went to another Verizon store and the problem is fixed. They wanted us to do an unnecessary upgrade at a ridiculously high cost for no reason. Shop elsewhere...they just want a sale

Zabi really helped me out I went into the store for the iPhone mini not only was it in stock he gave me a case for free. He told he would help me out I went into the store 4 times each time he helped me

I’m not from the area but I am from Farmingdale, and had a bad experience at a Verizon closer to me, so I decided to drive a little further and I went to this location, and it was the best decision I ever made. This is my main store and I continue to go here for all my wireless needs. The staff is so nice, I like working with a girl named Leslie, she’s not only sweet but bilingual - so it really helps when trying to explain things to my mother, she’s thorough, fast, and makes sure she addresses all concerns we might have, even if we forget to mention it. We upgraded our phones and she reminded us that our cases won’t fit with the new iPhones and they have changed the headphone ports as well. She taught me some cool tricks using the camera helped us with setting up and transferring all my information from one device to the next. If you’re looking for a good, friendly, wireless provider which actually cares about you & not just sales you should give them a try.

Omg so I have been having problems with a few devices. Went to some other stores and places . Got ripped off at one . I came to the Verizon in Lindenhurst in Wellwood ave( didn’t know they were there) the gentlemen who were there were not onlyPolite but very helpful and informative. Such a pleasant experience. Iv never given out my Verizon pin until I went to this Verizon and the representative asked for my number and my pin to look up my account. Two weeks later I get contacted from asurion who is the company that processes Verizons claims with damaged products saying that a claim has been filed for a device replacement. Clearly its the representative from this store using my information to get a new phone. Yes of course they are very friendly when you walk in...they are glad to steal your information to get free phones hoping that you ignore the confirmation message from asurion.

I switched from tmobile to Verizon, so far its been ok with the service, it was a bit of a rough start but we figured out. I would like to thanks the district manager Jonathan Sanchez for all his help on making sure that I was completely satisfied with Verizon I really appreciate all his time and support that he provided us. And also I want to thank Zavi for helping us in the beginning of the process. It is a pleasure to deal with people that are professional and that care for the customers needs. Walked in today to grab a screen protector and I was immediately greated. Within 5 mins I had a screen protector on my phone and only cost $10. Great service and didn’t try and over charge or up charge me. Will 100% be the store I go to for any of my phone needs.

Overall amazing experience here at this Verizon. Didn’t intend to walk into the store, but was next door at Dunkin Donuts and needed a new screen protector and a charger so figured I would stop in. Walked in and was immediately met by a man named Arsh. Arsh helped me find what I was looking for and even suggested some other goods to pick out, such as a car charger and the possibility of an Apple Watch (which I’ll be sure to come back and buy from him). All and all, had a wonderful experience and this Verizon store in Lindy will be my new go to for all of my phone needs. Thank you Verizon and thank you Arsh!

Dont waste your time, just go to the Verizon Store in Massapequa, 3rd party stores like this are over priced and dont follow most of Verizon guidelines.

I had to replace a lost phone and decided to visit this store to purchase a new device.Beyond pleased with the customer service in Lindenhurst and will never use another store for phone needs. In the past I had always used the Massapequa store on Sunrise Highway and found them to be a hard sell, poor customer service and almost cult like in their sales approaches. In Lindenhurst, Abraham and Muhamad were more than, professional, courteous polite and clear. I highly recommend them for all your phone needs!
