These people are so disrespectful. When you are late with your bill, they are nasty. Even if someone doesn’t pay on time or pay at all if you don’t have the right to speak to me in any form of disrespect. My bill is current, come to my surprise everything in the unit (climate control) is destroyed with mold. These people had the nerve to say, well let you dispose whatever in the dumpster for free but we usually charge… please go somewhere else and store your items. Uhaul is a good company. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Went with a friend of mine to go and check out Simply Self Storage in Lindenhurst because he was moving into a smaller apartment, we visited the Lindenhurst location and the person behind the counter I think her name was Lisa was very accommodating and knowledgeable and gave us all the details we needed price ranges for units and hours of operation

The facility is great for storage. But the exceptional service I receive from Lisa (staff) is extraordinary. I left a box by accident in the parking lot and mistakenly drove away. Lisa went out of her way to contact me asking if it was my box and she took it inside and held it for me. She is absolutely wonderful!!!

What was an outstanding facility has gone downhill in the last few months. Several security issues and well as becoming very dirty. It’s a shame!

This is the place you want to rent for storage space. Location is super clean and the rates are better then the competitors. Location manager Christina is great at answering your questions and super helpful. All the units are climate controlled which is cheaper then other places that arent climate controlled. The location is new and everything you experience is crisp and fresh. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know looking for storage.

So disappointed, this place lock the door at 22 hrs I have to pay and extra day of u-haul to get back to this place to put all my stuff away, and when you rent the storage room they dont even mention they close at 22.

Have to be honest it was the worst day I have had in a long time we had to put our whole house in storage and have to wait 3 months for our new house to be ready. So I went in there wirh a chip on my shoulder but have to say kathie was awesome she had me laughing and honestly she made my experience that I was dreading very easy and simple. Then a few days later I needed another unit this time I dealt with lisa again so helpful and we were talking about homes and how sometimes things happenn for a reason and she was right. First and foremost they’re military friendly. Liza was amazing explaining and walking me through the paperwork. This is a beautiful space with extremely clean climate controlled storage spaces. This is a brand new space jump in while you can the rates are great! Christina is wonderful the store manager at this location. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The Lindenhurst facility is new and spotless. It has adequate security, good rates and a convenient location just off the parkway. The facility is also temperature controlled. I had a pleasant experience when booking the storage unit. Lisa the facility manager is great. Shes friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. Lisa obviously takes pride in her job and it shows. Based on all the above, I feel good about storing items at this facility and highly recommend the Lindenhurst location.

This is such a great storage place. The property manager is excellent. It is a secure, clean and well-run operation. I recommend it without reservation. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to go!

Made a reservation on August 8th. The email clearly says the reservation is through August 22nd. Get a confirmation email that we have unit C404. Show up on August 20th to sign the contract. They gave our unit away and try to upsell us a smaller unit for $40 more a month. Then the property manager pretends to hit a bunch of buttons on her computer and call other people all to end up saying she cant do anything. Not only that but she had a full on conversation on the phone in the middle of trying to work out the situation. They say if you dont make an appointment they just give your unit away. Nowhere does it say this is policy online or in any email communication from the company. Customer service is atrocious. So in a day and age where you get 75 unknown number calls be sure to answer every one of them or youre in for a headache with this company. I would go with a more reputable company for your storage needs.

Neat security features, but its really inconvenient to enter a 6 digit number following by a *# especially if you have to enter it 4 times. Good idea for opening the gate, and getting into the building but very annoying for the elevator, and exit gate. Its not that Im lazy. But who the hell wants to enter *123456# 4 times?! But overall storage is good well kept since its new youre Diamonds are safe here!

The help and attention of the manager (Christine) were amazing and the practicality of the place and how the service was make it an amazing please. Not to mention they had a good offer and sale going on with the 7.5 ft x 10ft storage.

They were very helpful determining which size unit was right for us. They let us make the decision without pressure to go for the bigger size. The facility is very clean.

They have the best prices I could find for RV storage on Long Island. The staff is incredible and I strongly recommend checking Simply Self Storage out!

Lisa was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had a unit reserved with a confirmation number and she proceeded to inform us that our reservation was cancelled through no fault of our own. She did not try to accommodate us but instead offered us a storage unit half the size and double the price of the one we initially reserved. Do not go here unless you’re looking for a headache and a waste of time.
