I came in looking for a storage unit and I have no experience in doing this. The gentlemen Dwayne was very helpful and courteous. He gave me all the necessary information for renting a unit, unfortunately they don’t have the size unit I need available. He did tell me I can go to Farmingdale or Amityville and provided me with the information to get in contact with them.

The facility is definitely suitable and perfect for standard storage needs. However, this locations excels in customer service. They are kind and helpful which makes a process that could very well be bland and difficult, be more pleasant and up-lifting.

Staff is lazy woman is too into her phone than helping open bathroom or assisting customers. Plus lights are not all on making hallways dark needed to use my flashlight to get stuff from my unit.

This place is GREAT! After being displaced from my apartment suddenly due to a flood caused by the landlords, I showed up at Life Storage teary eyed, and in a bind. SUSAN WAS SO KIND & INFORMATIVE! She listened to my situation, was compassionate, walked me through each step of the process ensuring I that this process was made easy in what was an already difficult day for me. Each time I arrived after, she always had a smile and asked how I was doing. As a peson in corporate america myself, she is truly an asset to the Life Storage company.The place is SO CLEAN! Honestly, I was impressed at how clean it is. The temperature control is great, and helps ensure me that my stuff will be in good condition. There are always carts available, the lighting is plentiful and the hours are great. I suggest Life Storage in Lindenhurst if you are looking for storage solutions.

Tai was especially helpful in the checking out process. Hours are convenient and so was the location. The building as a whole was kept extremely clean. Will rent here again if needed in the future.

I can tell you that Susan who helped me was amazing. She was well informed and passed it on to me. I sat and watch while she spoke to customers that came in and she was do professional. I have to say I heard her on the phone with a coworker from another life storage and she walked her thru whatever problem they had. I was very impressed. I was helped by Tai who gave me her full attention, was helpful, answered all questions, and was patient and friendly while showing me a couple of units. Prices are best around and facility was clean and had extras like carts, boxes, tape, etc. Move-in was super-easy. Highly recommended!

They made it easy to stick with them out of all other storage facilities in the area. I love and appreciate them and their service. It was easy to make a decision to stick with Life Storage.

What is a storage room? It holds your life and personal possessions during a transional time in your life. Of all the rooms I have rented, I have never encountered a more caring and quality controled facility. I have been here almost 12 years with multiple rooms and wouldnt consider being anywhere else. Under the caring eyes of manager Susan and her assistant Chris, the place is run like a well oiled machine. the building and bathroom are also spotless and clean.
