My wife and I had our vehicle recently involved in a small accident unfortunately, but thankfully we were able to get our car right in to Fix Auto . They were so great to work with, just down to earth, nice people that made the whole process pleasant and painless from the beginning (to help offset the stress of the auto accident). They worked great with coordinating everything efficiently with our insurance company and got our car repaired and back to us as soon as possible in pristine condition. We work for a local insurance agency and would absolutely trust them to take great care of any of our clients. We would gladly refer Fix Auto to any one we know and also would not hesitate to use them personally if the need ever arose again.

My 2 week old, BRAND NEW Mercedes-Benz was injured in some road construction on the front bumper. I was required to take my vehicle to a certified auto body shop. The Draper Mercedes-Benz dealership recommended Fix Auto in Lindon.When I went to go pick up my brand new car, it was dirty, there was an oil stain on the passenger floor mat, there were scratches on BOTH plastic door panels, the key fob was scratched and someone had gone for a joy ride in my BRAND NEW CAR 58 MILES! I’m furious that the owner hasn’t addressed any of these issues, even though I emailed him and have photos & video to prove ALL of my claims. I have already reported Fix Auto to Mercedes-Benz and filed a complaint with Customer Service, notified the Service Manager at the Draper Mercedes-Benz Dealership and also Google Reviews. I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I went through! The owner Eric can’t be trusted!!! Fix Auto in Lindon ISN’T upto Mercedes-Benz standards!

I got in an accident in my wife’s Mercedes-Benz GLE. The dealer suggested we go through Fix Auto Lindon and I’m glad they did! They made the whole process smooth and as easy as possible. They set up the tow from the impound yard and I didn’t have to pay any extra costs for the towing and storage they had that all taken care of through our insurance. They explained to me the repair process and finished my car as promised, and I couldn’t tell the vehicle was in an accident after they were done! Definitely will use these guys for all my paint and body needs!

They handled everything perfectly. They kept me informed along the way. Their work is top notch quality. My car was clean and ready to go on the designated date and the agreed upon time. They agreed to do some extra work and gave me a good price for that work. I’m a highly pickey person and they met all my expectations.

I had my Mercedes Benz Sprinter van repaired from a minor rear end. I found Lindon Collision from the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Draper. . Lindon collision had completed the repair in about a week. When I got my van back from Lindon Collision. I noticed that the van exterior was not clean and had black smudges around the repair. The repair looked fine l could still see a slight imperfection in the back service door. The paint looked good and the new tow bar and Plastic bumper cover looked good. Thought I would just pay the bill and try not to be too picky. So I paid the bill and got in the van a noticed that there was not a mat cover on the floor of my vehicle.I had a mess to clean. When I got home, I had repair dust all throughout my van. I had to completely detail the inside of the van. I have had body work done on other vehicles in the past at body shops in salt lake and always got my vehicle cleaned and some one from the shop to walk around the vehicle when I arrive to pick it up. I would most likely not recommend this shop to anyone!

I went to several businesses to get estimates, I met with the owner of this shop. I felt he was very genuous and did not try to oversell things like other shops I would highly recommend I would highly recommend them.

As an insurance agent I have more opportunities to interact with Body Repair Shops than the average person. Lindon Collision Center has always done a fantastic job taking care of me and my clients. I called the shop and spoke with Kassidee while looking for some obscure Mercedes parts (the panel clip on a sprinter van) and she went out of her way to check with her techs and see if they had any. They had the piece I needed, but I needed 15 (because I am clumsy), and they didnt have enough. She referred me to a parts guy at a dealership that was very helpful. Even though there wasnt any profit in her venture, she treated me like I was a customer and was really kind to go so far out of her way.

I had an issue with my glove box in my boat that needed fixing before our family Lake Powell trip. It was a job that needed to be customized as there are no longer factory parts for this boat. I spoke with Eric the owner and he was able to help me out and repair our glove box.To be honest I wasn’t sure how quality the repair would be as it requires some creativity in fixing. The repair exceeded my expectation and feels really solid. I appreciate Eric’s responsiveness and willingness to help me out on short notice. I would do business with this shop again.

Slid on black ice into a tree and had to get my entire passenger side back door replaced. They gave me a quote that was 1500 less and another 1000 less than other places I went to. They worked with my insurance flawlessly. They ran into a few unforeseen problems and did NOT jack up the price. They worked fast and got my car done in 10 days. Ive waited a month for my car to be fixed before. They helped me with my rental company. Lindon Collision has been great to work with! Allstate tried to pressure me into going to one of their preferred shops. When I came to see Eric, he told me they are not affiliated or contracted with any insurance company, which means they have their customers best interests at heart. Thats definitely a different vibe than I got from Cascade. One thing the insurance company wont tell you: You have the right to pick any shop you want. So go see Eric at Lindon Collision. Theyre the only certified Mercedes Benz repair shop in Utah County. The same care and detail they put into those cars, they put into yours too. The repair was completed quickly and looks awesome. They even sent text message updates along the way. Highly recommend to anyone needing a repair.

We’ve had our Mercedes worked on twice at Lindon Collision (Utah is an interesting place). The first time was when a loose piece of metal on the freeway was lifted by a truck and it tore into our hood, smashed the windshield and dented the roof. The repair they performed was perfect. No one could see any difference in the paint and the replaced the parts with correct, genuine MB parts. Recently we were hit by another driver and the damage was going to possibly total out the car. Kassidee and Eric really went to bat for us and worked with our insurance to help get the estimate where it needed to be. We even paid to have some other paint areas fixed. They did amazing work. We’re super happy. Not that we want and more car damage, but if it happens we’ll be back again.

The receptionist Jessica would call us every few days and give us an update on how the process was going, and the painter Justin made our car look better than it did when we first bought it brand new! Wow, these guys (and gal) were awesome! After an accident I went to Lindon Collision on a recommendation from my mechanic and was very impressed. They were very thorough, fast, and nice. A week after picking up my truck I noticed a possible issue. I took it back for them to look at and Eric took the truck back without a question and gave me his company car for the weekend because no large rentals were readily available -- I continue to be impressed by there professionalism and service. I wont go anywhere else now.

They did an AMAZING job! This lady hit my car door with hers and dented and scratched my BRAND new car. They worked so quickly on it and did an amazing job! They scheduled a rental car for me and kept me informed throughout the process. You cant even tell there was every any damage in my door and the paint matches perfectly! The staff is friendly and the work is done right. They also cleaned my and it came out looking better than when I brought it in. The inside was detailed, my tires were all shiny and the exterior was flawless. I had such a good experience there, even after such a crappy experience. It is never fun to bring you car to an auto body shop, but I thought these guys did an excellent job and surpassed all of my expectations.

Great place! I had a unique, and difficult situation with my car, Kasidee, the estimator, helped me and provided a below average estimate for my repairs. They worked quickly and I am very pleased with the results. They even charged me less than my original quote because they saw ways to cut the cost down a bit - knowing I was on a tight budget! Weve been here multiple times over the past couple of years. They are consistently AWESOME. Every time, theyve given us great quotes, been very fast, good with communication and done very, very good work. The only downside is that we cant go here for all of our car problems.

This is an outstanding company. They were very helpful with the bodywork my car needed and clearly explained the options available to me. They were very clear and gave a high, mid, and low-cost repair option for each one of my vehicles issues. No pressure at all, either.Their bid was $700 less than Maaco, and they stuck to it (no surprise charges)! The work was finished more than a day early and looks fantastic. I hope I dont need any bodywork done in the future, but if I do, Im definitely going back.By the way, their parking lot is full of Mercedes-Benz and Audi vehicles. I found that strangely reassuring, since if theyre good enough to work on those cars they must know what theyre doing.

I had about $4000.00 of damage to my 2003 BMW M5 due to a collision with a truck tire tread on the freeway. This is a special car with only 40,000 miles on it and it was in great shape before the incident, so I was not going to take it just anywhere for the repairs. Lindon Collision Center had done an excellent job on another car a few years ago, so it was on the list of businesses I would consider for the repairs. I visited 3 other shops first, but was most impressed with LCC. They were familiar with M5s and made it obvious that they would take whatever steps were necessary to do the repairs correctly.The repairs were done in a reasonable time (parts for this car can be hard to come by so it took a little longer) and the end results were excellent. I would have no hesitation in referring this business to a friend or taking another vehicle of my own there for repairs. They will take good care of you!

Very Disappointing. I met with Eric a month ago to discuss getting minor body work done and frame tweaked. I scheduled dates a month in advance to minimize the time they would need to have my truck. When I brought the truck in to have it worked on no one could find any paperwork, Jessica took 3 days to even call me back at which time she still didnt have a price or solid answer on how long theyd need my truck. Mean while my truck was sitting in their lot. If you tell me youll need my truck for 3 days and I schedule a spot a month in advance please make that happen. At this point Im picking up my truck 3 days later and nothings even been done on it. Thx guys.

They knew what they were doing. They meet their promises. They came through and did the right job.

I came in right before closing time and they stayed open and finished what they were helping me with. I quickly took my car here and asked them for an estimate. It took them a very fast 25 minutes, and were able to review the damage with me. Very friendly people. I went over the damage myself at home and totaled it up just like they did and it was the same price. Come HERE instead of Orem Collision Repair. It took LCC 25 minutes to tell me my car was totaled. Orem Collision Repair told me it would take an entire day to identify the damage. And when I came back to get my car the next day, they hadnt started the estimate that I NEEDED for the insurance company.
