I absolutely have to support local first before going to some chain-style business where you feel like a number. Gene was amazing to work with and help in every step of the way. When enterprise was too busy to come and pick me up. Gene personally drove me down and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. I would highly recommend this place 100% on the professionalism and customer service.

Brought my car in to get fixed and $1000 out of pocket for repairs and finally got my car back but it overheated that same night and hasnt ran right since and is now there to be reserved and cant even get told whats going on. Incredibly unprofessional and irritating.

Tomlinsons is amazing! I am a VERY picky and detail – oriented person, and they passed even my high standards with flying colors! I had an accident where another woman and I backed up into each other coming out of a parking lot. I had only had my new car for three months.Gene at Tomlinsons went far and above the call of duty to help me. I was starting a new job a few days after the accident occurred, and I needed a car to get there as we only have one car in my family. Gene made sure my car was ready for me so quickly I couldnt even believe it. Not only were they quick, but they did a truly professional job. As I mentioned, I am very picky and my car literally looked brand new. Gene even got some marks off of the hood of my car that were caused by some kind of acidic substance, and didnt charge me anything extra for that. Honestly, it was such a wonderful experience working with Tomlinsons – especially since it is so hard to find businesses that do a good job and actually care these days. Thanks for all your help, Gene and Tomlinsons! You would be the FIRST place I would recommend to anyone for collision repairs!

When my husband and I originally came here (August 2019), we had a problem with this place. Our issue was with the poor communication and terrible customer experience. But, let me be clear, the body work on our car after a scary freeway accident was excellent. Truly. We simply were not communicated with well and an estimated 2-week process turned into a month and a half ordeal. Since then, I have been reached out to and it sounds like the specific employees and communication concerns at the center of the issue have been addressed. I do want to stress again that the BODY WORK was wonderful and is still holding up well today, 9 months later. Good people own this company, the serious problems that I encountered seem to have been addressed, so I am more than happy to recommend this company.

Im very particular about my truck or cars for that matter. I appreciate Rich for his knowledge and advice. Rich has some great people working for him not only in the shop but the front office such as Larissa, she is very personable and sincerely cares it is obvious. I was told when to bring my vehicle in and when the work would be completed and it all happened included the quality of work just as I was told. I cannot think of another shop I would consider due to my picking attitude about body work and paint on my vehicles. Thanks Rich!!

The service I got was great. I dropped off a part to have it painted and the guy up front sent me back to the painter and the painter said he would most likely have it done that afternoon. Coo dos especially right now. however when I picked up the part I was not so impressed, only one side was painted and the paint finish was not as good as I had expected. Maybe I am being to picky or maybe I did not explain something as well as i should have.

These folks have always been great to work with in a business relationship.

These guys do some awesome work! White can be tough to color match we’ve had some issues in the past but Tomlinson’s did some work on my truck and it looks perfect!

I was involved in a Auto accidentseveral months ago. I took the car to TOMLINSON for repair. There service was great and was kept up to date of there progress. When it was finished it came back in better condition than before and had been detailed in and out making it look as good or better than when I bought it. Great follow up also.

Great people to deal with. They fixed my moms car after an accident. They were friendly and kind and they did very good work. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience bringing our Jeep in! They had to replace the entire bumper, and you cant even tell that work had to be done on it! Really great price too! Hopefully we never have to go back, but if we do, we know well be taken care of!

Proceed with extreme caution! Do your research before taking anything you own to Tomlinson’s Auto Body! After striking a tire on the freeway, minimal damage was sustained to the bumper however the engine shield was obliterated. Should be a simple fix right? We’ll Tomlinson’s successfully over simplified the task and used zip ties to secure the engine shield and considered it repaired...seriously?! Took the car back in a second time to address the faulty repair and all they did was replace the zip tie with a screw. Well the heat shield fell off a couple weeks later while driving along the freeway due to the faulty, unprofessional install. Took the car back a third time thinking there would be some accountability on their behalf and there wasn’t. All they did was insinuate the car had been in another accident. Seriously, the only accident was me taking my car into this establishment.

I am editing my review cause I told them I would change my review from a 1 star if they ever made my problem right. It’s been over a year and nothing. I was asked by my insurance to take my work truck here. I did cause I have seen some work they did on my uncles and cousins trucks. When we took it to them we told them 3 different times the truck can’t stay outside or it would freeze and it could cost over $5000 to fix if it froze. I got the truck back two weeks later cause my insurance told him to wait. There was 8” of snow on the roof, and all my water lines froze. I called extremely mad,(said somethings I shouldn’t have) and their reply was you set us up it was broken before it came in. My insurance said they would split the cost with him since they told him to wait, and he kept it outside. I didn’t see anything from them, and he actually told me that because I gave him a bad review he won’t pay for anything. I truly wish that their integrity was as good as their paint work I’ve seen. I wish they were willing to take ownership of their mistakes.

If you know what to expect-specifically, that the family of the techs run the desk-its great. Quality work in pretty fast time. Just dont expect much contact with the customer service.

They repaired my passenger side mirror and some paint on the door. It looks great, but there was glass on my passenger seat as well as some other random plastic parts that look like maybe something they used during the repair, when I got in the car upon pickup.

Hard to find an honest auto shop. Trustworthy shop. They get things done.

Horrible service from them all around. Was recommended to come here from the insurance company that was paying for our repairs. They said it would be fixed in a few days when we brought the car in..took several weeks. We had to keep calling back to find out when it would be done and they changed the date 5 different times. They never called us to let us know it wouldnt be done on the days they said it would be; we had to call them every time and they kept pushing it back. When we did finally get the car back there was a hair underneath the clear coat of paint near the handle. Also on the driver side rear door there is a clear sticker/decal near the bottom in front of the wheel well that I think protects the paint from rocks etc. The decal has multiple air bubbles in it and looks terrible now. When we called to complain about this they said the bubbles would go away eventually (lol like maaagic)..they havent. I would absolutely never come back here under any circumstance. Its probably not even worth it to have them fix their mistakes because I probably wouldnt get my car back for another 2 weeks since they are so slow. I would give 0 stars but apparently I cant

These guys are the best body shop in the entire state. They are awesome. They care and their work out does any one elses. I have used them for years. The are a preferred body shop withy State Farm. If you need a car Hertz will come there and get you and take you to Orem and hook you up with a good rental.Take your cars here you will love it

I went in for an insurance covered repair and the left my interior plastic and Windows extremely greasy. Poor detailing

I got bids from several places to repair some scratches. They insisted the work would be more than double that of my next highest bid but could only describe the proposed work in generalities.

Honest and fare. Actually an car insurance company, not mine, directed me to Tomlinson and I couldnt have been happier.

We came in for a window regulator, they were very courteous and apologetic that it took longer then they expected. I would definitely recommend them any day!!

Worst auto shop ever. I took my car there based upon a recommendation...wrong move. It took months to fix my car. During that time, they did not return one phone call of mine, I had to continue to call them to get any type of status on my car. Lazy and complacent business.
