Brought my truck in because it had some kind of electrical drain that was killing the battery. They charged me over $300 to unplug my after market brake light and close my extra cab door hard because apparently it just wasn’t closed all the way. That’s all they did. When I brought my truck home it was dead the next day. I opened the hood and found that they forgot to hook the alternator back up 🤦‍♀️

Good customer service

I was referred to Tye by some friends at work. I paid him to replace and repair my sluggish driver side window. I paid $380 (which is more than I expected for a window regulator on a ford expedition). I paid knowing that had the referral to back it up. The next day after using the window I reported to owner Tye that the window didnt work right. It went up and came back down and made crackling noises. He said to call him back. I called him back 5 times and finally he told me I needed another part to fix it. He came out with an error reader and said the window wasnt learning the programming right and hed call the dealer and hed call me back. He never did. I had to call him. He doesnt stand by his work. Would not/will not use his service again. Dishonest.

Ive known Tye for over 12 years and trusted him. I ended up having the transmission fail on my Chevy 8 months ago and took it to TC Automotive to have them replace it. Immediately after the replacement the truck shifted sluggish with a jolt when you stopped. I complained many times while it was still under warranty to Tye that I hated the way it drove. He adjusted it once then never really responded after that until the warranty ran out. I finally got so tired of the horrible clunking and slow shifting I took it to the dealership where they informed me there was still metal shavings in the Transmission fluid and it needed replaced. I immediately called Tye. He responded saying the transmission was fine and he didnt have time to help me. Im so very disappointed in Tye. I will never use him again and maybe you shouldnt either.
