When remodeling our house, we wanted a good quality jetted tub that would last. The price wasn’t the cheapest, but the quality is well worth a few more bucks. They were quick and response and n completion timeframes. Additionally, their customer service is top of the line! Our tun had a small ding in it and when I called, they had someone out the next day and took care of it. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I am a plumbing contractor and I have a lot of options and decided to purchase one of their freestanding tubs with the wave flow and heater. We were very impressed with the tub and not only does it look great it is very comfortable too. I will highly recommend this tub to my customers.

I went here with my wife to pick out a bathtub for our bathroom, and I have to say the experience was pleasant. We got to see all their models and the showroom and walk out back to see how the tubs are made as well as in their warehouse what kind of stock they had. We ended up having a custom tub made with all the options that we wanted within our budget and it was delivered on time! I cant really ask for more thanks guys!

It was finally time to get a tub worthy of a master bathroom. I wanted jets for sure, but after being referred to Tubzz, I discovered I could have even more wonderful luxurious features. I talked to three different salesmen along the way. Each was very friendly, patient, and helpful. During my first visit, I was allowed to sit in different tubs including one in the warehouse. They even hooked up a tub so I could feel how each feature worked. On my second visit I was also pleased with my interaction with a different salesman and I received additional helpful information to help me make a decision. Jake, the third salesman, absolutely wowed me with his customer service. I called to order the tub, but found it wouldn’t fit all the spa items I’d chosen. He quickly informed me and told me what tub to get that was the same shape and wide enough to fit everything. I had several questions and he was quick to respond to texts even in the evening. I felt like a valued and important customer. Later, I was told by the place doing my surround that I should get a flange on the tub. When I contacted Jake to ask to add it and find out the cost, he told me he knew I’d want it so he put it on for free! I’d had some stressful things happen while preparing for the tub update and Jake’s wonderful customer service was such a relief! I’d highly recommend Tubzz for their custom tubs and their customer service. I don’t have my tub yet, but I’ll give an update after I have my spa day at my home!Update: Ronnie came to show me how to use the tub and gave me free cleaner. He came in the evening which was great for me. I was even more wowed by the customer service.Sadly one of my tub buttons had a problem and I contacted them three times and the first two times I was told things to try...none of which worked. They finally came, but the service guys didn’t seem to know what the problem was or how to fix it. They surprised me and, frankly, worried me at their trouble shooting methods. Thankfully Ronnie came back and fixed the real issue. Perhaps he could do some trainings with the other service guys.

Great customer service! I had to get a part for my husband yesterday and got there a few minutes after closing. The gentleman still helped me and got me my piece which saved us with my husbands business. Definitely would recommend!

We went with Tubzz because they had the tub with the features that we wanted, theyre local, and they seemed great to work with. So we special ordered the tub.Que the nightmare...when it came it wasnt even the right manufacturer, that could have been dealt with but the shape was wrong too. When we called they said that was the tub we ordered so there was nothing they could do for us. We had called the manufacture for the tub to check dimensions and they directed us to Tubzz. We knew what we were ordering. Obviously there was a mix up somewhere which is beyond our comprehension. That said, it happens, the sad thing is they stuck us with it adding they would be willing to give us a small discount on the replacement tub we now needed. We were rather put-off that they seemed more interested in selling us, yet another tub, than figuring out a solution with us.We spent 1,000s more than expected re-working the bathroom in order to make our Tubzz tub work. The whole experience left a very sour taste in our mouth in regards to how we were treated once there was a problem. Theyll definitely be eager to get your order, just hope you dont encounter any problems along the way.
