Great work, but not the greatest communication as to when product at the factory is done. I placed order 3 weeks ago, told it would take 2 weeks.I have small one day windows and 5 weeks of being booked and unable to enter a unit to complete repairs. Afte 3 weeks, I called 3 days straight, and finally got confirmation that product was ready, ... but a day too late for my repair. I now have to wait 5 weeks for my next window.The workmanship is superb, but like I said, communication was poor after order was made, and paid for on the same day. Took a while to find, even though it was supposed to be on Will Call.

Whitewater did the heavy lifting on my last remodel - yards of gleaming quartz in the kitchen, shower surround and glass, tub, tub faucet, and vanity tops in the master bath. Excellent products, timely install. Would definitely use these guys again! Especially LOVE the free-standing soaking tub and faucet. Sleek and contemporary.

Whitewater has done several remodeling projects in the past. They have been the best contractors in the world. Recently (1 yr ago) my wife and I were both undergoing orthopedic procedures and wanted to have grab bars put in the showers and tubs and near toilets. Their installer was excellent. They re-did countertops in our kitchen in the past also which we loved and still love. Thank you, Whitewater.

Have not had a good experience at all! They have been at my house probably 8 times and half those times they have come to fix a mistake they made, or a worthless visit because they ordered the wrong supplies and couldnt do anything. 3 months later I still dont have a shower. The latest is that the wrong glass was ordered by our sales rep. He ordered rain texture glass and I specifically told him I absolutely didnt want rain. I couldnt tell you how many times theyve told me it would be done in 7-10 days...

These guys are awesome! Not only are methods they use to install these works of art long lasting they manufacturer most of their products themselves!The price was way fair,the work was done on time and beautiful! Whitewater did 3 projects for me. Jeremy in sales was very helpful and made sure I understood exactly what was needed for installation. The installers were all friendly and wore masks, which I appreciated. Overall I am happy with the quality of their product, but deducted a star for two issues which could not be fixed after installation. (These could have been fixed if I had noticed and mentioned them prior, so that is partly on me.) The bathroom countertop is absolutely beautiful and I love not having tile grout in the bathroom and shower. I do plan to use this company again. Their prices are reasonable and the product as good as others I have seen.

My experience started off kind of rocky as there was a new person that did not understand the process so I decided to go somewhere else. Hanuar Fernandwz called me to apologize and offered to come measure and see if he could help. I thought it could not get any worse so why not. I was very impressed with his knowledge and communication skills. After several visits to the store we decided what we wanted. Delivery was exactly when promised and I received a call to verify the install times. Installers were friendly and efficient. Pricing was a little higher than we had planned because we wanted the Blue Tide tyvarian inlay, accent wall and floor colors, but it turned out great and we love how bright it is.

I love this product, has the look of tile in our bathroom but not the maintenance of tile. Went in quickly! The one piece Tyvarian Shower Pan is my favorite part, and I dont have to worry about leaks or water sitting under the pan like in traditional tile and cultured marble applications. We couldnt be happier with our results.

I will never have this company do anything for me again!!!! Its unbelievable to me to have an appointment to have an issue fixed they was there mistake to begin with and never even show up call or text to let us know!!! We replaced the sinks and vanity tops in all our bathrooms. Whitewater Kitchen and Bath did a great job on making and installing them. Their technician was careful in bringing them from his truck into the house, to not scratch them; he sealed the joints of the tops and backsplash to the wall carefully.The whole project looks great! We’re very happy with their work & products.Whitewater carries a very large selection of patterns for their cultured counter tops.

We recently did a new master bath and the shower was completely custom. I looked at tiling the floor, but you have to do it perfectly, have proper slope to drain properly, then it has to be the right tile to be nice to stand on...all these complexities were solved by going with Whitewater. They came and installed the custom floor, looks amazing and matches the new tile I used. No worries about leaking, mold buildup, etc. Id HIGHLY recommend Whitewater and will use them again!

Whitewater built a cultured marble and glass full-euro shower for us. We were entirely pleased with the finished shower and have really enjoyed it for over a year. Whitewater could improve communication of the overall timeline and letting homeowners know in advance how many subcontractors the project will involve. We were told one step at a time and had to reschedule some subs because not enough time had passed after the previous step was completed. I would recommend Whitewater and use them again.

These guys were amazing! I slipped in the shower and broke/cracked a piece of marble. After getting bids from other companies which were in the thousands of dollars, they came out, matched the marble and did it for a few hundred. What a relief. They were upfront with pricing, what they would be able to do. No surprises, very honest. I would highly recommend them.

Whitewater was great to work with and installers were available around our timeline. The products are beautiful and really do last because of their quality. We have it in all bathrooms, but my favorite is the white shiplap look. If I have any complaints, its that I asked for corner shelves to be installed, but they werent. I asked the installer and he said he didnt have the materials to do it.

I had them build a customer shower base and I also ordered a new shower door from them. The whole experience spent fine. There was a small problem with the install but they offer additional material to fix it and no cost. All in all a great experience

I used Whitewater for my shower walls. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a solid surface shower. Its super easy to care for and maintain. They were easy to work with as far as making the selection, payment ad getting the job done on time. My only issue was caulking looked sloppy. I called them out again to fix it. They came out but it still wasnt as clean as I would have like. I ended up paying someone else to get it done.

They do what they say theyre going to do, for the price they quoted, and they installed it at the time they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and made our kitchen a beautiful workspace. What more could you want from a company? Whitewater is the best Ive ever worked with.

We used Whitewater when we moved into our custom home in 1995. The (Granite) sinks, ceramic showers with seats (one with a Granite floor), & (Granite) Jacuzzi jetted tub were all taken care of by Whitewater & are all still beautiful and in use today!They still look like new, even after 25-years.We would use Whitewater again!

I have mixed feelings about Whitewater. They installed a shower, surround for our tub, and a new counter top. We also purchased a free standing tub there. They were easy to work with and delivery and install was quick and efficient. No complaints there. The salesman (Jason) was easy to contact and responded quickly. He was great to work with. No complaints there either. However, several months later, Im regretting my purchase. I dont feel like the product I received is made from quality materials. The shower glass surround is much flimsier than our original. The seal on the shower door is coming apart, and we have a deep gouge in the tub. I dont know what caused it, but Im suspecting my bath rack fell off the top of the tub (a drop of about 18 inches). This tells me that the material is soft and makes me nervous for the future of the tub. Tubs should last 20 years or more, but this one hasnt lasted for even one year with minimal use before requiring repair. Im disappointed with that. If I had realized what I was dealing with, I would have purchased somewhere else.

We call Whitewater every time we have a new project in our home. Their product selection is by far some of the very best weve seen! You could say our kitchen was a Whitewater Showroom, as we have used their Countertops, Backsplashes, Sink and Sink Fixtures. The salesman who did our work was very knowledgeable and by the time he finished with our kitchen, it seemed he was part of the family! Very personable.We are currently looking at some of their shower surrounds! So many to choose from, but were narrowing it down to the final answer soon!I would highly recommend them for any Bath or Kitchen project!

Very helpful from the start. They showed up for the measure when they said they would, which is very important for me. The installation was right on time and done very well.

I liked the product, but the install was a disaster. It wasnt installed on-time, initially installed the wrong product, and no one seemed to care. They did reinstall the right tub splash, but it was about a week after the wrong one was installed. No called to apologize for the inconvenience/mistake. I liked the end product, but I wouldnt use them again.

Attempted to just get on the schedule to purchase and install items for two bathroom remodels and couldnt get any of their reps to call me back in a timely manner and put something on the calendar. After three phone calls to just try and get them to sell me something I have to go somewhere else.

Frustrating place to visit! They don’t have samples of a lot of the current items they use. You get to look at pictures online! Nice people that work there but they need to have current products to “show” in their showroom!

Beware this company! I purchase and paid in full for kitchen countertops through this business and they lost my second payment. I sent them proof of my payment via my bank statement and because they had missed the deadline to put a lien on my property, they sent my account to a collection agency!

Run, dont walk from Whitewater (aka Whitewater Whirlpool Bath and Systems Inc) . We are settling things in court next month. Yep, you read that right. A countertop installation = hours dealing with their lawyers (yes, they have lawyers-- what does that tell you about this company?) and court. Details are below.The short version of events is: they no-called/no-showed, lied about having my product in stock, showed up with countertops that were *not* cut properly, lied some more about having my window trim in stock, returned and installed the countertops with a seam where there was not supposed to be one, damaged my brand new kitchen sink during countertop installation, lied again about having my window trim in stock, missed another installation appointment, finally showed up with the window trim-- also *not* cut properly, and damaged my bathroom tile while installing the window trim.They ignored my emails documenting my installation issues (with the photos Im including in this review attached to my emails) and kept sending me bills for the remaining balance-- which I was obviously not going to pay until they resolved all the above problems. I ended up filing in small claims court, which Ive never done before and hope to never do again but I really didnt know how else to resolve this. Their lawyers called and offered to forgive the remaining balance of about ~$1500. I declined because a) This is not enough $ to fix the problems they left me with and b) I dont want a freebie, I want my counters installed the way they were supposed to be. They responded by filing a lien on my home. Good times!To keep things in perspective, these countertops and trim were the final piece in a whole house remodel. This is an old home so there were some challenges but I didnt have problems with any of my other contractors. They were professionals-- they communicated any problems or delays. They also took pride in their work so if there was a mistake they said my bad, let me fix that. I dont expect perfection from tradesmen-- remodeling is more of an art than a science-- but I do expect them to be professional.These guys delayed my project by months. I took time off work for appointments they didnt show up to-- or that they showed up to with a poor product. Theyve delayed the court date as long as possible-- probably to wrack up attorneys fees to countersue me for. And no matter what happens in court, I will never recover all the time they wasted-- for appointments they missed, getting bids and then fixing their work, dealing with court, etc.Moral of the story is this: Whitewater sucks. They know they suck and they dont care. Hopefully now you also know they suck and will look elsewhere.

Be very careful with products installed by Whitewater. We had a custom shower installed. We learned years later that the bottom had not been installed correctly and therefore developed a crack. The crack leaked water and created a couple thousand dollars of damage as water slowly leaked into the floor supports and created lots of mold. As we tore it apart and discovered the cause of the problem we approached Whitewater and they said their warranty period (I think a year or two) had expired. We told them there was no way to discover the bad workmanship until years later and it was obvious that the shower floor had not been installed correctly - leading to cracks. We even had pictures to prove it. They said it was beyond the warranty period and could not help with the repairs but instead offered a slight discount on a new shower.

No longer builds Sona tubs or backs up any of their old gobs. Very poor in my book, especially since I had gave them a lot of work.
