Friendly people but I expected a little more customer care. Went in to get a trailer light bulb replaced and wire repair. I got charged ~$100+. The next day the lights on the trailer went out again. Id figured theyd check it again to see what was missed under warranty. Nope. They would reduce the price to re-check again and fix whatever the problem really was but Id have to pay a fee again (a lesser price). They did mention it will be covered if it was a simple light bulb replacement, but anything bigger than that would cost extra. Even though it broke again a day after they fixed it. A little disappointed, I would have become a life long customer.

These guys have helped me every single time. they are extremely nice, beyond helpful, and go above and beyond in customer service. the only shop I trust. they fixed my taillights. it failed a month latter. turns out it was a different issue but they helped me out and educated me on everything. came back a month latter for my brakes and really enjoyed having them show me what the part was, what it did and was so patient. they are super nice. would not go anywhere else.

We have been using Fleet Services for over a year. We have a carpet cleaning fleet of 10 vehicles and they have serviced and repaired them when its needed. They have always been willing to work with us when there are any issues and the outcome its always positive. Tracey has always given us very accurate information on what its needed and shes very knowledgeable. I wont take my truck anywhere else. Theyre mechanics are super knowledgable. Jake, the mechanic that works on it the most, has always been super fair and honest with me. Theyre definitely better than their competitors in the valley.

Fleet Service worked on truck did efficient work on it. Happy with work on it. As we left the yard I notice all lights were not working. Then every now and again. Now they did not work on lights. We got to trailer to hook up 7 way it had been ripped in 2 and no where to be found. We went to hook up hydralic fittings one of them had drug under truck and not useable anymore. Not sure what happened. The hose and wrecked fitting were stuffed into the rack with all other hoses and wires. Nothing was said to us about this. I called Mon morning and the person answering the phone said they had nothing to do with this. I asked her to talk to the tech that test drove the truck and see what happened to these items. She said she would and I have not heard anything back.

I have been a customer of Fleet Services for over 5 years. Their owner Frank is a terrific person to do business with, and is always honest in what he does. Tracy and Teresa are great in the office at helping push things along and provide updates as you need them. Rob is a one of a kind shop guy that can get the work done.Fleet Services is considered part of the family in my book! They are great with customer service, fair on the billing, and they do everything they can to meet your deadlines.

On Jan 14 2020 I took one of my shuttles to get it fixed because the air compressor was not working,they told me that I needed a new compressor $2450.00 labor included, I decided to wait and called a mechanic friend who fixed the problem with less than $50 dls. It only had a burned fuse.

Fleet Services is amazing! They got my company viehicle in immediately Ben even found a broken valve stem on a inner rear tire that I had forgotten to mention. Great attention to detail super quick service and very friendly staff would recommend 100%!

I was very impressed with this shop! I was traveling and needed the wheel bearings on my travel trailer looked at. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and got me back on the road in no time and I now feel safe traveling on in my rig. Justin was great to deal with, everyone I met was very friendly and respectful, and the technician who performed the work seemed highly qualified and explained everything he was doing. I am grateful for the quick and quality service! And the price was very reasonable. They have a friendly and personal approach that you don’t often see anymore. Nicely run business.

Awesome team of people at fleet services.Not knowing a whole lot about the job they walked me through the process and showed me things to watch out for in the future.They also kept me updated throughout the process I didnt have to call them wondering what was going on. Excellent, flexible, adaptable, local owned commercial garage with broad hours, ample, secure parking, and knowledgeable staff.This is more than a place to have parts changed - it is a full service shop that can handle unorthodox requests. We have custom fabricated service trucks, and Fleet Service has helped us immensely with repairs to our outside the box commercial fleet.They also have an excellent waiting area, with wifi so you can get some work done while you wait.I cant recommend them enough.

We had to get our rig out of town and into another state. We came in early in the morning and the tech Shawn saw some things that could keep us from getting through the port. My bus company loves going to them for our repair needs. Stefani and Justin are super friendly and take care of issues the best they can. Their timing is great too, we dont have to wait long for jobs to be done.

3/30 Update: The owner of Fleet Services read my review and personally called me to apologize and gave me a refund of the cost to repair the trailer the second time. I appreciate an owner caring about his business. Thanks.I needed to find a good local mom and pop type place to get the wiring fixed on my small two place snowmobile trailer with 2 rear lights and 2 side lights. I googled Trailer Repair Shops in Utah County and Fleet Services popped up so I decided to give them a try. They quoted me $225 to replace the wiring and replace the lights. I thought that was a little steep but agreed because I needed my lights working for the weekend. 2 days later I picked up the trailer everything was working great. No Problems. About 5 weeks later the left side lights stopped working completely. I thought no worries, I’ll take it back to them and they’ll make it right as I paid them $225 to get my trailer lights working completely. The next morning after dropping it off, Ross called me and said “The rear light was our fault and we’ll warranty that as it was our fault and we didnt wire it correctly, but the side light we didnt replace the first time we fixed the trailer and that will be $60 to repair”. This blew me away. As I know the cost of the wiring and parts for the initial repair did not exceed $60 dollars. How do you not stand by your work and take care of a customer? I’m a very easy person to get along with and not very demanding, but this was totally unacceptable in my mind. When I told Ross how ridiculous this was he said “I’m sure you can understand we are trying to run a business. We have overhead costs we have to take care of”. I do understand trying to run a business and I do understand the simple concept of keeping a customer is a lot easier and cost effective than gaining a new customer. Ross, you have lost any future business from me and I hope to deter people from using you again as it is more important for you to gouge your customers to cover “overhead” than to run a customer friendly business.
