My vehicle only recently showed signs of overheating. I took it to Jiffy Lube to diagnose and they detected low coolant levels and some rust in the bottom of the radiator. A recommended radiator flush was suggested and the cost price for the work agreed. They performed the work efficiently and tested out the. engine cooling system. I was satisfied with the work and the price. Before leaving, the staff recommended I return in 2 - 3 days to checkout the system and make any adjustments. Thats what I call professionalism. Way To Go! Jiffy Lube!!

A little disappointed. I asked when I arrived with four rims and tires to be mounted how much they charge for MOUNTING AND BALANCING. The technician said $24.99 so I helped him unload the tires and rims from the bed of my trailer. I had paid a bit for the tires so I was curious how close to symmetrical they were so I looked to see how many weights they had needed to use. Well, there wasnt a single weight on any of the rims. I went in and asked if they had balanced them and the guy said they are trailer tires, they dont need balancing. That is not what I asked for and that is not what they agreed to do. I totally understand that vibration isnt as big of an issue for trailers, but I asked for mounting and balancing, my receipt says that I paid for mounting and lifetime balancing, so dont tell me that trailers dont need it. If I pay you for it and you agree to do it then either do it or come in and tell me that the agreement needs to be modified. Dont just try to let is slip by until I discover that you unilaterally altered the agreement. If they decided that they didnt want to balance my tires they should have discussed their reasoning with me instead of just not doing it. After he asked me what it was on he didnt inform me that he wasnt going to balance and as I mentioned, the quote included balancing and I paid for balancing. Walmart would have mounted them without balancing for $12. I agreed to $25 because the technician said $25 included balancing. Lowered rating from 3 to 2 stars because the owners response seems to me that they dont agree that you should do what you say and say what you do. My rating was mostly about honesty and integrity not the actual service I received.

Literally the best experience! The workers were so nice and even opened the doors for me and were so quick and efficient. The cashier, Ien, was so nice and got me squared away in minutes! Great service from great people👍

This place is awesome. Great people who know what they’re doing. The manager Ben was extremely friendly and got things done quickly. I highly recommend coming here for any of your vehicles needs whether it’s an emisssions test or oil change, he’ll take care of you.

Not sure what happened. but 30 minutes after an emissions test done on my vehicle at the Lindon Jiffy Lube my car started to have problems starting. acts like the timing is off. coincidence???? I now will have to have my car towed to the mechanic to find out what happened to the engine.5 years ago I had an oil change done at a different Jiffy Lube. as it turned out. they broke the oil pressure sensor. eventually it start a major oil leak. luckily the Ford dealership was able to find the issue and correct it. Should have learned my lesson after that experience.

I just love taking our cars to get service and get the safety/emission stickers, they are all very very friendly. The service is great and quick; Ive really never had to wait too long and they explain all the work or service provided. Today I had two small chips in my windows they took care of it very quickly and cleaned my windows.I have been going to the Pleasant Grove Jiffy Lube for several years and never once had any complaints. I recommend them to my neighbors and friends and family.

I really like using Jiffy Lube by the Lindon WalMart. They are not pushy or try to sell you anything extra. They do let you know about different things with your vehicle but dont try to push a sale or repair. I like that I always get coupons in the mail for $20 off an oil change! Definitely an added bonus. They are up front with their prices and no surprises when its time to pay.

Spent $93.88 to have a basic service done. Headed out to Colorado next day and bam... no windshield washer fluid. Totally empty! Yet the invoice shows that they supposedly checked and filled it. It also said they checked the wipers, and they are not working good either. They are being dishonest in their work.

Good experience. They did their job quickly and professionally. I will probably go again next time I forget to change my oil. You should go, fulfill your cars dreams

Ive been a Jiffy Lube customer for years. This experience at the Lindon Jiffy Lune was my first and it was top notch. The American Fork location had an hour wait, and this place was empty. They had me in and out in less than ten minutes and my car looked and felt great when they were done.

After I emissions and renewal, My license plate cover would not come off. The young man assisting me did everything he could toLoosen the screw. He even got his manager and the manager worked very hard to help me with no success. He was very friendly. He lubricated the screw and told me to come back tomorrow and he would help me get it off. I appreciate them bending over backwards to help me.

I was greeted with a smile. My service time was quick and I was on my way! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Great experience at the Lindon location. The woman who first helped me, as well as the other staff, was very kind and honest and saved me money on something that wasnt necessary for me to get at this time. I would recommend this location.

Such a quick and easy experience getting my tags renewed!! The staff was seriously the best. They went above and beyond and answered all my questions.

Pretty slow service, we were greeted quickly but no where to sit. We have been standing for about 30 minutes straight now and a single car has not been pulled in or out. I heard one of the technicians say “hour 45” which would lead me to believe it took them almost 2 hours on 1 car. We have waited now 45 minutes before they came in to tell us they would not honor our emissions re-test. We did not get it tested here originally but we did at another jiffy lube. We were told by one of the technicians we needed to pay another $39. The technician did say he could ask the manager if he would honor it, we were told no. We could have gone to the original jiffy lube to get it honored but with this jiffy lube being so incredibly slow we are now stuck with having to pay to get it done here. Around the 1 hour mark we were able to take a seat. Total time frame 1 hour 45 minutes.

The jiffy lube in Lindon UT did an amazing job. There service was impeccable. They were very accommodating with questions that I had and communicating charges in advance, as well a letting me know I had a small oil leak and where I can go to get it fixed. I will definitely be going there for my oil and transmission change needs. I really appreciated there kindness and hospitality. You guys get5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. Thank you

I went in about 5:00 PM and they close at 6:00 - I was looking for an automatic transmission flush and an oil change. Ben came out and immediately looked at my engine and quoted me a fair price and answered all my questions. He told me it would take about an hour.I moseyed over to Walmart next door, had a bite to eat and about 45 minutes later, went to check on my car. 10 minutes later it was done. Someone else was going to ring me up but Ben said, no, he would take care of me and he did. Before I left, I asked Ben to show me the color of the transmission fluid so I could verify that it was clean and was happy to do so.The personalized attention meant a lot to me. I asked how many cars they do a day and he said about 45 during weekdays and 60 on weekends. With that volume of work, I was super impressed with the great Customer service - Ben obviously takes a lot of price in what he does.Thanks, Ben and Jiffy Lube for a great experience!

So, I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years now. I love in Salt Lake and drive to Lindon because these guys are the very best. My hat is off to Jeremy and Ben. I have never been treated poorly or has any associate there ever tried to sell me something my vehicles did not need. No I take my work vehicles to them as well and receive the same service. Closed at 6. I didnt know that and arrived just before they were to close to. I offered to go and let the techs go home. After 3 attempts to give them an out to not do an oil change i was insisted that they were able to perform the task as i was technically there before close. Fastest oil change Ive ever had. Doubt anything was missed.

Yeah not going back. I especially appreciate you all squeezing in an air filter, on a brand new car with 6,000 miles that definitely didn’t need it. Typically you show the customer the state of the filter, ask for permission, none of that happened and at this particular operation the employees were so aloof, so indifferent and moreover dishonest, it made pursuing any recourse impossible. You’re better off taking your vehicle somewhere else. This was truly a waste of money and I’m mad at myself for thinking my experience would live up to even the simplest of expectations.

The staff was quick and didnt try to upsell me like usual. I dont normally leave reviews, but this time I was pleased by how quick and easy the process was.

They were really nice here and took care of my car quickly, however there was an older gentlemen there who kept asking for my number and even went as far as asking me where I work etc. it was borderline predatory and made me really uncomfortable after I told them 3+ times that I would not give them my number. Whether or not they were joking, I’m there to get my car worked on, not be harassed.In response to the comment from the owner, he was not asking my phone number for anything related to me being a customer there, he asked me if he could come see me at my work and told me he wanted to take me out, he asked multiple times for my number, IT WAS NOT FOR ANYTHING BUSINESS RELATED, thanks for being dismissive of something very uncomfortable. Won’t be back.

Jiffy Lube of Lindon UT were excellent. I explained what was troubling me with vehicle approximately around 8:30am Saturday June12th, 2021. They happily took the keys and I left to go accomplish other tasks I had to get done throughout the day I received a telephone call approximately at 10:30am to come and get my vehicle. My concerns were met with the lucky reality that my vehicle had no overall major issues, the brakes kept making a fairly large squeaking noise upon stopping but JiffyLube confirmed they were perfectly fine. That kind of quick service is always appreciated.

It was 100% worst customer service that I have ever experienced.I will never, EVER go there again.I arrived at 8:15 to get my car serviced and there were only 2 other cars ahead of me, while I was waiting in the waiting room, I kid you not there were 7 other customers that came and got there car serviced and out the door in those 2 hours I wanted!I will spread my dissatisfaction with this jiffy lube on state street!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They explained their findings and recommendations. I was able to use an online coupon. Took about 40 minutes in total. Satisfied with the service. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Service was great. Decided to quickly run across the parking lot to Walmart and when I got back the car was done and an employee saw me loading bags of soil and came over to help and offered to bring the cart back for me! So above and beyond!

Service was fine, I asked if they could replace the bulb in my vehicle and they agreed. However, they determined that it was not the bulb that was faulty, but rather an electrical issue that was going to require service outside of their field of expertise. I took it to an auto shop that charged me $110 off that bat for labor, when they called me shortly after to inform me there was no electrical issue at all. Simply a bulb that needed to be replaced. Very frustrating to say the least. Spending additional time and money when it could have been solved so easily in one place.

I always have such a hit or miss experience at this location- or any jiffy lube for that matter- but today was such a miss and it honestly kind of ruined my day. The whole experience from start to end was 6 hours. I know it was a busy Saturday and I know they did their best so I was patient when it took them an hour to get to my car. Then they let me know the service would take 1-1.5 hours so I went home and waited. I waited for 4.5 hours before I finally checked for a status update and they said, “oh…your car has been ready for hours.” I was pretty put out. Then when I went to pick up my car, they had incorrectly done the state renewal under an incorrect VIN and had to re-do it so I was waiting there for another 30min. I was hoping they’d offer a discount for the inconvenience but they didn’t. Overall it wasn’t a nightmarish experience but I’m pretty unhappy. Oh well.

We, along with many there that day, had a really bad experience. We had a lot to do, and we understand it was a busy Saturday. We were hoping that it would be quick because it was JUST an emissions test, but it took over 2 hours! We were late for getting my son at practice and it soured the rest of our day. No one was in a hurry to get to anything, whether it was to our car, checking in with us, or even telling us sorry for the long wait. Even when we were finished, they werent in a hurry. Bad experience.

After a very frustrating situation, Manager Jeremy made it right, and was very apologetic. Good customer service goes a long way, I wish more businesses understood this! Jeremy deserves a raise!

Possibly the best car service experience I’ve ever had. Staff is very courteous. Store is clean. Their process and technology have greatly improved the customer experience. They clearly explain and show you on a large screen the condition of your car’s components and you can see on the screen what they charge for each recommended service along with a running total. No hard selling, just advice and recommendations. I was very impressed.

Very fast and good to work with. They are the best jiffy lube in the area by far.

Went in for a quick tip off, ended up leaving 35 minutes later. All for them to tell me that they only thing they needed to top off was my washer fluid. There was only one other customer there when I was there, and my car sat outside finished for about 10 minutes while the workers stood around talking until I walked over and asked if it was finished.

I pre-purchased three Signatures Service oil changes only to find on this last service they charged an additional $16.00 for the service offered on the previous two where the only additional charge was sales tax. I am very disappointed in the company’s lack integrity and honesty in honoring the original terms!!!

The staff at jiffy lube in Lindon are great. I go here all the time and Ben goes out of his way to open doors and calls me “sir” and is super polite. I’m a 23 year old man and I’m not really used to people being so polite but it’s nice of him to go out of his way. Thanks for great service!

Customer service is great but if I had to suggest a couple things I would say they should let people stay in their cars during the oil change and they should greet you at your car when you first pull up with a card with oil change prices and services they provide. This will be very helpful for everyone!

The Lindon Jiffy Lube was awesome, other than it is the farther away Jiffy Lube. I normally go to American Fork. However they recently did something to their bays that made it so my car no longer has enough clearance to fit in the bay. Its a stock mustang, I havent lowered it. So they really should re think what they changed.So it was unfortunate to have to go father away. Thats why Im giving 4 stars.Good things about the Lindon location: my car fit in the bay, it was cleaner than AF, and the wait was shorter.If I didnt have to go to two locations it would have been a good visit.

Just left Lindon Juffy Lube, what a joke!! I was promised by Ben The Manager that if my car over heated again that I was to bring it right in. I took it in and was rudely and abusively told you must have a leak we cant fix it. What a joke!!!

Came right when they opened and was in and out pretty quick! They did a great job, even with my junk car lol definitely no problem with coming back here in the future

My brakes needed to be bled one day after work and I called Jiffy Lube to see if they could help me even though it was closing time. They told me to come over, Jeremy and Ben stayed after to help me.
