Just like any Home Depot (or similar store) if you come at the wrong time of day it can be really difficult to find knowledgeable and available staff to help with questions and choosing the right product. That being said, this is probably the best Home Depot I’ve been to in the last few years. They have a pretty large indoor/outdoor garden section and SO many barbecue grills.

I bought new appliances and paid to have my old ones removed and new ones installed. I was told in person at the store when I purchased the appliances that all of those services would be covered with the extra I was paying. The delivery man arrived today and pulled out my old appliances and installed my fridge and stove but then proceeded to say he couldn’t install the dishwasher because we hadn’t paid for the service. Since removing the old dishwasher water started leaking all over my kitchen and living room and he left live wires along with a flooded kitchen and food rotting out on the table and my new dishwasher on my front lawn. My wife just got out of the hospital from having a c-section and along with the new baby we have two other young kids and are now without appliances as we can’t flip the breaker because of the live wires. I called and spoke to the “manager” and he argued with me instead of helping in any way and said we didn’t pay the extra $100 to have that done even though it was made very clear to me we had. After spending $4,000+ on a product and a service I am disgusted with this customer service having worked many years in customer service myself.

I enjoy having a Home Depot close to me. For my needs for my home or yard, Gardening and pretty much anything from boards to nails or screws I shop at the Depot

They were so helpful in looking up lawnmowers and even checking other stores stock without being asked when they didn’t have what we wanted. As we went to leave they only had self check out and my very sassy husband said “Gee I just want an actually person to help us” to which a very quick witted employee named Lilly responded “I can be an actually person!” And checked us out through self check out. My husband was half kidding but she made us laugh and we were so impressed at her quick response to such silly request that we didn’t even know she had heard.

All the plumbing staff went home at 8:00.ACE has a better selection of hardware... and better prices on many building supplies.

They always have what I need that other hardware stores dont carry. In this case a shear pin for my snow blower. Also, clean and friendly

Returns and purchases went smoothly and they had everything I needed.

Really liked how personable employees were here at this station. John and Bob specifically, were kind and forward to let us know which lines to join for purchase and were quick to give a smile. Very personal interactions, glad to have come here :)

I love Home Depot. The only complaint that I have is every time I find someone to help me as they are helping me another employee comes up and asks them a question and then they get sidetracked and they stop assisting me and they assist the other employee and then they forget to come back to me or I have to stand there and wait while they are helping somebody else even though they started with me first. If it wasnt for that I would give them five stars.

Employees were really helpful. They didnt have everything I needed in stocks but I chalk that up to the supply chain issues going on right now.

They have a great price on big hammer drills, electric or battery, and they have a great selection of drill bits for them, that is where I picked up mine, I couldnt find it at that other place: )

I strongly suggest buying new appliances from Lowes. We purchased a new fridge and stove from home Depot,, The fridge was delivered with a dent in it My wife didnt notice till the next day. I called home Depot for a replacement and sat on hold for 3 hours talking to three different people starting completely over with my story,, it became obvious they were hoping Id give up and hang up. Finally got a delivery date for the following Tuesday with a fridge. And guess what ....they never showed, and I havent heard from them..Thanks home Depot!!! for the dented $1,800 fridge👍👍 just something I have to live with for being your customer.

Violet was the best! Totally went out of her way to help us. My daughter is learning about money and she helped her purchase a lollipop, and we all had a blast at checkout! Thanks, great store as always!

If you can find anyone to help you in this ghost town this store can be great. But heaven help you if you cant find what your looking for and need some assistance. This seems to be par for the course at all home Depots nowadays

Classic Home Depot. Everyone is so helpful with anything you could possibly need. And they love to give our dog treats :)

They have always treated us well here. Has every experience been perfect? Not at all. But there seems to be a culture of trying to fix problems and working toward a good resolution. To me that shows good leadership. Compared to local competitors, this is refreshing and keeps us coming back. Good plants in the garden center.

This is a review of an employee named Wendell. I’ve been to this Home Depot many times and usually the service is what you would expect (meh), but Wendell is different; he made sure I was taken care of even when the item I needed (a swamp cooler) was hard to get. Wendell made it happen and didn’t complain—thank you for doing your job!

Great place and decent employees. I think all in all a great place for all our needs. I would have given 5 stars but a hardware store remodeled their bathrooms and then put two different color of hardware in all the stalls. Fail...

If you grew up with a handy dad, then you know the smell. There is just something awesome about Home Depot. I appreciate the Lindon HD especially. The staff have always been really knowledgeable and the store, even on a crazy Saturday is well organized and clean.

Home Depot usually has everything I need for DIY duties. Staff should be helpful. They are coached to do so.

Matt was very rude and disrespectful a couple days ago when I visited this location to buy plants for my garden. I rarely ever write reviews but the amount of disrespect I received from Matt was just unacceptable. He was short tempered and very difficult to get along with. He claimed to be a supervisor, which I hope is not true. Someone who clearly has anger issues should not be put in such a position. As a matter of fact, a close friend I talked to about the situation with also said that they had a negative experience with Matt, claiming he also had anger issues.

This is a great place to get extremely inexpensive plants and various sizes of terra-cotta pots. They also have tons of cute decorative pots! Basically, if you’re looking for any indoor plants or pots, check Home Depot first and then go to the fancy nurseries. I’ve had many plants from Home Depot outlast and thrive more than the ones I’ve purchased from the expensive nurseries, so it’s always worth my times to pop in and see what they have here first.

Well I dont like that the pro section personnel couldnt nor wouldnt try to assist me to find prices on some washers from their bulk stock. They insisted that I go to the self check for assistance. Being not a pro contractor(hack). Would be the only excuse I could see them having. But

My wife is a woodworker. She has her own Woodshop and she goes to Home Depot quite often. Whenever she goes by herself the employees there always just walk right by her and dont pay any attention and never asked if she needs any help or has any questions with anyting. Whenever I am there with her we always get asked three or four times if we need help or have any questions. I also have spoken with several of my friends and co-workers who have had similar experiences at this Home Depot.

Purchased a snow blower that was missing a gas cap but it was agreed that they would order new gas cap for me, when I took my truck to pick up the snow blower a few days later they told me I would have to contact manufacturer and get it myself after I paid in full for the blower, still waiting for them to make this right.

Gotta love the pick up lockers. Place an order, show up about an hour later, walk straight to the entrance and grab your stuff. Easy as can be.

Larrin is an angel.We had some issues with our online order and she was so helpful with getting it taken care of.

The staff is usually very nice. I have gotten amazing advice from the garden section to help me revive my lawn after the previous owner decided to turn the entire backyard into a dandelion garden. Also a great place to take your puppy.

Bought paint supplies and everyone was very courteous and kind. The store was also clean which is a big plus.

Been going here for years, staff are usually amazing, well, I would give these people 5 stars but I went in at the customer pick up line, was the only person there and two employees stood there ignoring me for five minutes until i said something. I dont like being THAT customer and be rude, but this was very unprofessional and the guy that did helped me wasnt very good also. He then handed me the bag with out any professionalism. Hopefully those two learn not to treat customers like there invisible.

I went in for a raven zz house plant. They had 5 in stock available but when I went in to purchase a couple I was informed the numbers were off and they actually had 0.Poorly managed garden shop. A lot of plants were dying and ugly. Neglected. No love, no care and untrustworthy. I dont care to shop at this location.

My husband and I were just in to get some stain for a wood table that he is making. A little intimidated and not sure which direction to go, a very kind worker approached us, named Brian, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We picked out four stains to sample and he found a scrap piece of wood and tested all four for us. Found the right pre stain and sealant and sampled those for us too. I have never had this great of customer service in my 30 years of being on this earth. I was so impressed with Brian. He spent at least 20 minutes with us and never made us feel like he had better things to do. Was every thorough and gave us super helpful tips to do the best staining we can. I wish ever store in the world has a Brian!

Would recommend them over any Lowes. Although they do display tool and appliance items that have to be special ordered though and wont sell you the display model.

I had such terrible service at Lowes (that I live right next to) and couldnt get someone that help for over 30 minutes. I drove over to Home Depot and was greeted by multiple employees who offered help. Ill definitely come here from now on!

I like Home Depot but Id encourage those in management to train employees to acknowledge a customer when they arrive. I had two employees in the paint department walk past me multiple times ignoring me completely. All I needed was for them to say, thanks for coming in, Im finishing up with a customer but will be with you asap. Thanks for your patience. instead I felt invisible.

I love home depot. I go there several times a week.I do have one suggestion. Can you please limit dogs to service animals. I dont like walking next to pit bulls and rottweilers. Im uncomfortable with it. I actually love dogs but on my terms.I would say it is very rare to be in the store and not see at least one person with their dog.The other day I was in there. A guy had his dog in the cart. The dog had diarrhea. He was pooping through the cart all over the floor. The owner didnt notice. The poop was spread over a hundred feet. The owner was walking in it.I just dont see why dogs need to be in the store.

My wife and I recently tried to get a quote on an AC / Furnace replacement and were sent to Absolute Air. They wanted to charge us thousands more for their own system, not the one I was quoting from HD. Are they out of stock? Is the contractor not fulfilling their contract with HD? What is happening? Dx

Very poor customer service. I always avoid coming here because of poor service but come when Lowes doesnt have exactly what Im looking for. Couldnt find a tool the app said was in stock. An associate couldnt find after looking for like 30 seconds so he called the associate in the hardware/tool area but he never showed up after waiting for about 10 minutes. I Googled where else I could get the tool and its $10 more elsewhere, but at least I know theyll help me out elsewhere.

I was looking for an M12 Milwaukee soldering iron. The website said they had 3 in stock but the store clerk and I could only find the display model. Not my usual experience with the Provo Home Depot.

Pro services is a joke here. No one ever at desk nor do they pick up the phone. I was late to both jobs due to the lack of communication and professionalism.

A handy-adults hobby store

Very helpful employees directed us to our desired location within the store. The kitchen decorating sales displays are actually quite well done and illustrative. I highly recommend taking a look at them.

Service is usually hard to find available. Just had a lady in the lawn and garden department tell me there was no such thing for Moss control for lawns and fungicide is not the same for Moss. Very disappointed so I Googled it took it to the help desk or the customer service desk and a lady jumped right in and help me find what I was looking for. She had a clerk direct me to right where it was located.

The staff was very helpful and I had experience at this location. I work on projects across the state and have shopped at most of the Home Depots in Utah and this is a great location with a good staff.

I wasn’t sure of either name or location if items I was looking for and the associate listened to my description and took me directly to the items. I am impressed because all they had to go on was my vague description and they still were successful.

I ordered some in stock items to be delivered to my house. I received an email saying that I would have the items delivered on the 8th of March between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.. That was a Saturday. It never showed up and I was never contacted with any news about my delivery. I called the helpline which put me in touch with the assistant manager who gave me the email of the person I should contact I forwarded my email with the delivery date and time that never happened, and I was never contacted back by the person and so I called their helpline again and they informed me that my delivery date would be between the 17th and the 20th which ends up being almost entire month from the time that I placed my order.Follow up. I called the store and waited for 5 minutes on hold for the manager to try to figure out what is going on with my order and just got hung up on. I called back and was on hold for another five minutes and no one ever answered. Very poor service

Customer service at this Home Depot location is excellent. Even later into the evenings you still get experienced employees. Makes a big difference when youre working on projects after regular business hours. Also appreciate how open the store layout is, other places Ive been to have crowded and cramped aisles jammed with merchandise. At this location everything is well laid out, spacious, and accessible. Kudos to management and staff.

Buyers be warned! I bought $500 worth of Husky shelving and the shelves do not come with hardware, even though the floor model does. For some reason Lowe’s Husky shelving does include hardware, so go there for products that include hardware.

We just bought a home and are going on....I believe 5 or 6 trips to this Home Depot. We have found almost everything we have needed here. We got some great can lights for our home!We got some great help from Martin on some items for our front door. He was very helpful and made us laugh a lot. Thanks!

Home depot has everything we need for getting the garden going in the spring, from sprinkler parts to tools. The staff members help us find things quickly.

Ordered lumber and it was planned to deliver on a May 7th. There was no communication provided from pro desk saying that the order was moved to a different store, and it will be delayed for a week.All this miscommunication and creating lot of delays to the planned project. High frustrated.

I came in a few minutes before closing and the staff was super helpful and not resentful at all that I was there right before closing. I was able to find all the things I was looking for and get out quickly.

The guy who harasses you about your furnace needs to go. I don’t come go to HD to be harassed every time. The guy is rude and doesn’t take no for an answer. Please stay in your 6x6 section and bring back the popcorn for the kiddos.

Who doesnt love Home Depot. Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, herbs and veggie plants, wood, piping, and garden furniture all under the same roof.

Super helpful service! These guys are some of the beat service I see. Had to buy a bunch of stuff and haul it into our truck. Almost immediately some employees came out to help us load it. It went super quick and Im very happy with it. 😁

Layout is a little different that other stores, but this location has. Very convenient access to freeway.

Theyre good for the general stuff, more mainstream products. If youre looking for more specific stuff you got to go to a different store. If youre looking for industrial plastic wrap, good luck.

Normally have good visits to Home Depot but lately they seem to have less cashiers and more self checkout than in the past and sometimes a real person is needed but not around. Also today what I went for was out of stock so Ill need to go to another location.

Not quite as big as the AF location, so sometimes I have go to AF when something is not stocked at Lindon. Sorry, I am too impatient to order online and wait for it to come in. But Lindon location is well-managed and has 99% of what I need only 5 minutes away from North Orem.

I almost dont want to post this because I dont want to share the secret of this Home Depot, but we started our day at the American Fork location, and after they didnt have half of the items we needed in stock we ended up here. This store was way better stocked, way better customer service, and way less people at it than the AF store. I think this will become our new go-to even though the other store is closer to our house!

Sometimes get shortages in certain items for electrical. Like 15A Leviton flat switches, completely out. Had to go to the Lowes in Orem to get those 9 switches that i needed for a job. Friendly help, for sure.
