They say less than a minute before they answer, wrong I was on 20 minutes 1 st time. Then again 10 minutes.

Building a home is challenging as it is and Sunpro made things that much worse. They managed to mess up almost everything and didnt seem to care at all about me or my home.

Have had nothing but amazing help from both Dane and Ben in selling me product and working with my contractor for exactly what he needs. Their delivery driver Ian was not only super efficient and courteous but also took the time to unload our stuff on to our driveway before driving into the backyard instead of tracking mud from the yard back and forth each time. He also took the time to clean up the mud off my driveway and the road. Was super impressed. I would highly recommend contacting them.

Always competitive in pricing. Their sales people, such as Kevin Gill, Shawn Jackson, Paris, Eric McGregor, etc are awesome on the ball guys! Block dept - forget it, youll never get a call back.

Excellent choice for the building materials for my construction project. I was able to get trusses, lumber, hardware and a custom front door for my new house that Im building in Provo.

I have had nothing but great customer service and fair prices from Sunroc Building Materials. I am not sure why the poor reviews on Google, probably just disgruntled former employees I would think. These guys have been around for a long time and its for a reason, they know the business and treat their customers well. As a veteran of the US Army for 5 years I can say they treat veterans just fine and are fair and honest in their business dealings. They deliver on time and will take care of you if you have a problem. I would recommend them whether you are a professional building contractor or a do it yourself builder.

Very helpful and friendly - even for small things

If youre not a millionaire, dont expect any service.I have never worked here, and am reviewing as a customer. I think this company has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I think that management has a flawed business model.Based on my weeks of experience of having to talk to a manager to finally place an order, having the order delivered to the wrong place, and then the delay in getting things corrected, it is obvious that the employees are not treated well. It would have been faster for me to walk to their yard and hand carry one piece of wood one day at a time.These flaws seem to be the result of under staffing, overworking, and underpaying employees. They work hard and want to do a good job. In my opinion, upper Management needs to step it up so that they can be successful at their jobs and accommodate all orders with the excellence I know they want to represent.

If I could give zero stars, I would, because this joke of a company doesnt even deserve 1.If you are looking for building materials, STAY AWAY from this place. Especially if youre a veteran, because these guys will treat you like crap, over charge you for materials you dont need & have ZERO competent drivers, so dont expect your order anytime soon.The management here are the biggest group of incompetent idiots Ive ever seen in a place of business. They hire unqualified, ignorant employees who are more concerned about their next coffee break than doing their jobs.VETERANS & SERVICE MEMBERS: Dont waste your time here! Theyve already demonstrated how much they care about our countrys military by treating a Veteran like garbage. Please take your business to someplace that will appreciate it & treat you with respect.
