Awesome company.. didnt even buy our pump from them and they found me replacement parts..called the company we bought the pump from and the owner swore at my wife and got all mad saying you people want everything for nothing..MT pools is the best.

Great service great products

I have used M -T pools for my pool and spa for a few years. Ive been a good paying customer, same day on all parts and supplies purchased. This year, I had my pool cleaned by them, I was quoted $185 to uncover the pool, hook up the pump and $70 more if they added chemicals which they didn’t, then $80 for every visit after. After the 3rd visit I called to found out what my total and was, I was never given an amount but was told, well they have been there 3 time so far plus the 185 for uncovering your pool so your over 400 dollars, and I was asked if I wanted them to come back again and I told the girl yes, as long as I don’t go over $500 I have a budgeted. The first time the cleaners came over, I asked them how much it cost to do what they just done and I was told, We dont know what the cost is, we just tell to office what we did and how long it took. .Well I never got a bill until my amount was over $786 dollars then less them 1 week another for a total of $ 885.78. I went into the store last Friday and talked to the girls about what happened, ask if the owner would take into account that I told them $500 was what I budgeted, so today after work I went in and I was told. THATS THE PRICE AND NO DISCOUNT, ON THEIR MISTAKE. So they have lost a customer, and I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.
