This location is by far my favorite location I came in with something on my windshield that I could not get off Teneisha was extremely helpful and patient with me as we figured out how to get the film off my windshield. Terrible service. I wish I could give no stars.The heavy set Puerto Rican manager is lazy and doesnt want to do simple things. The male employee with the pony tail has terrible customer service and a nasty attitude. They both need to be replaced or placed in a customer service class ASAP. Ill never go to or shop in this store again. Ill be letting my friends and family know not to support this store. Im spending my money and it is imperative that customers be treated with respect. I shouldnt have to hear the employees complaining or acting like their not happy to be at a job. It is accurate to say that the manager needs to be retrained. Im a boss and have employees and if they behaved like those two theyd be out the door for simply not having customer service and making my customers uncomfortable.

Placed an order over the phone for Mazda b4000 front rotars and brake pads and they sold it not even 15 minutes later as I was on the way there, then sent me to another store that closed earlier then they did and wasn’t able to get my parts till the next day, don’t say I can place an order over the phone and then sell my stuff to the first customer that comes up.

Oh wow. People always thinking about themselves and dont realize they mess it up for those in need. While I was waiting in line, two employees were talking about how they wont be to lend a tool box and oil funnel because someone stole the box and another lady didnt return the funnel.The employee that helped me was nice and funny as well.

I visited today and had a very hard time finding the right bulbs for my low beam due to the manufacturer being dense and providing contradictory information. Lynn, one of the night managers, sort of came to my rescue! He was so helpful and took the time to not only answer questions but show me each step. I will definitely be back just because of him.

This was the worse auto zone I ever been too. I just wanted someone to help me see if I needed coolant because my car wasnt cooling at all. Went in to have the check engine diagnosis. Came back it was a gas cap issue. Jennifer talked me into buying a gas cap. She explained that I could return it if it didnt work. Well I bought it and replaced mine and the check engine light stayed on. I went back in and she said you have to drive it around a bit5 days later still on. I came in and tried to return it. She smelled the gas cap and refused to return it because she claimed it smelled used. Really. you smelled GAS on a GAS CAP?? I mean, seriously... Its not like it was a different person even... it was her. I reminded her of what she had told me and she gave me that awww shucks look. ( I literally drove 25 miles in 5 days).Its $17.00 what a rip off. I left furious, and before I could lose my temper. But BEWARE.

Could not get items wanted because no worker was at the counter. A manager or another worker was on the same side of the counter as myself and other customers but called a worker in the back who may have been busy. Rather than acknowledge our presence and say someone would be there shortly he ignored us. I left and will not return ever. I try to purchase from stores that have a local presence so local people will continue to have employment so as a customer I just fired a few from your store. I went away and got on my smart phone and purchased the item at a lower cost Purchased from Amazon

I just left there. Horrible experience. My brother got his battery checked, it was bad, so he bought another. Then the situation went bad. We walked back in and two people were behind the counter at another register. They looked our way then kept talking. We waited and waited, neither helped us! Finally my brother says hello? The short, African American lady (Im also African american) mocked him saying hellooo and rolled her eyes as she looked our way. Still neither her nor the tall guy with glasses. He just looked on with a slight grin, like it was funny. Then she began to make fun saying Im fine sarcastically and a few more smart comments. Finally a gentleman came from the back and helped, and the guy who sold us the battery. We asked about recycling the old battery and he raised his voice saying its mine, I didnt charge you a core fee. So my brother says you didnt tell me that. Finally we just walked out. Weve been members for many many years. But we are done with autozone. If this is the quality of people they hire, I dont want them touching my vehicles.

Very rude and disrespectful employees over the phone and they say they close at 10 but shut down everything at 9:45, not helpful at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kawaniki(spell check) is a Top notch performer there. Very helpful and caring. The other short, dark skin young lady treats you as a number, not very personable. Her attitude came off as im on the clock and I get paid regardless. I could be wrong just my experience when I was there.

The store does not have good customers service. Went in to get a part. Because got wrong part. The woman stay on phone not with a customer. But with her boyfriend. Would not make a effort to see if a command part was in store. Told me to go somewhere else. Man came stood in line. Got mad put the oil he has back left the store.Went to another store. Which told me a lot of customers come in to the store and complain about the two women that are at the store.

Horrible!!! Coddy Campbell has no business in retail. He gave me the wrong pads and some free Grease. So I returned the wrong pads and it kept $3 in my refund because of the grease that he gave me for free on the house. And tried to convince me that those were the right brake pads. Went to OReillys and got the pads first try right pads!

My cars battery died in the Home Depot parking lot located down the road from this AutoZone location. While waiting for my husband, two Thornton Rd. AutoZone employees happened to drive by and offered their assistance. They went back to their shop to get the tools theyd need and removed my car battery for my husband who was en route bringing the new one. These two employees did this for me during what I believe was their day off. Thornton Road AutoZone has some exceptional people working for them.

This store needs a lesson in customer service.I was in the store nearly 10 minutes before my presence was acknowledged. Two men came in after me, they were greeted and assisted immediately. Afterwards, an employee looked at me and says that someone will be with me shortly. About 5 minutes later, he asked how he could help me. I asked if he would test my car battery and starter. He stated, I dont think we have the tool in the store to test the battery. I asked if he was going to check for the tool. He then says, I know that we dont have it. Theres another store about seven miles away on Veterans. I just held my tongue and left the store.

Today was last day doing business with this Autozone. I do not understand why people want a job that pays but do not want to do the necessary work for the money :). Instead of working go volunteer :). Plenty people in this world that would love to put forth effort to help a business succeed. Over the years I have managed with most of the half effort most people at this store give. Today Wednesday 11/1/17, took the cake. Got there at 7:50 am and door was locked. How in the world do you have hours of operation and a team of more than probably 6 on the payroll and not have the door open at store hours. This is coming from a person that worked retail for years.

Walked in and was ignore though I was 1 of 3 people in store while there were 3 female employees inside. They helped the others but I was never acknowledged. I got the part I needed and went back to a line that was long. The one nice employee came back in the store and helped me immediately. She was nice and friendly. I had called ahead to make sure the part was there and she is the one that had answered the phone. I would avoid this place again but it is near my husbands shop so I hope the next time there are no issues. That one employee is the only reason I did not give them a 1 star rating.

This store has Horrible service. The first man helping me, Callie walked off in the middle and didn’t come back. After standing around for a few minutes I ask the other person, sherry if he was coming back and she told me that he would once he finished whatever he started in the back. She had just finished with a customer and I ask her to finish the transaction and said She would not, he would help me when he came back but she takes the next customer in line does that make any sense here? And she was rude during my return transaction. But I guess I shouldn’t feel too bad because while I was waiting for Callie to return she was rude to two other people too. Maybe this is the AutoZone way!
