I purchased a Pre-owned 2016 Chevrolet Surburban from Thornton dealership along with a warranty. The vehicle had 98,000 miles. The transmission went out less then one- year later. I couldnt take it back to dealership for warranty repair. There is no transmission mechanic. I am without transportation for family and get to work. What happened to customer care in America?

Horrible experience, treated like criminal, and have documented proof the General Manager lied to State department to suppress the decision.
