Quick oil change at a reasonable price. Been going there for at least 15yrs and have always been satisfied.

Always a smooth, easy process at this place. This time I needed a flat fixed and they made it painless.

Always fast and friendly service. My tech Derrick always inform me of any required maintenance thats needed other than my oil change. Im never pressured to buy any product or get any services. I like going here because I dont have to get out my car.

Excellent service. I waited, which I dont generally do, but wanted to get some work done for my job. I barely had my laptop out before they had my car ready. I had a 6500 mile service, oil change, tire rotation, full check on fluids and filters. In and out in less than an hour.

Real quick my wife was given a quote for a tune up on a 2009 Nissan maxima.... they quoted her $700 for a tune up... the dealership charges $400 with all fluids topped off and 60 point inspection.

I rolled up in there with a soft pedal issue. They turned my 2,900 lb rolling death machine back into a scion tc. Those guys are THOROUGH. Ive taken my car to other shops and they didnt do anywhere near the work these guys did to diagnose actually problem in my car, which was causing other problems. Top notch service on thornton rd.

Ive been going to Wal mart for quite some time regarding my car needs but theyre currently closed until further notice. I am very particular where I go for various reasons, but I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the staff at Express Oil Change. Super quick, and reasonably priced. Got to sit in the car and chill with my mini while they serviced my car! Impressed, definitely plan to return!

What a well oiled machine! The staff was prompt and organized. As soon as I pulled into the lot 3 men jumped up to help me. They proceeded to get me in and out as if they were a pit crew. It was a Great experience well exceeding my expectations. I‘ll def be back in the future.

I would definitely go to this place again I went to have an air filter replaced the only thing that really bothered me was they didnt have the windshield wiper blades for the make and model of my car as well as the air filter, they had to go and get it from another location and had it brought over. Although I waited about 45 minutes for everything to be completed the customer service was still on point and they were very kind and very friendly. So I would definitely try this spot out again

They are awesome, Derrick helped me out stopped by and asked if they could check my drain plug cause I had just changed the oil a couple weeks ago and he said not a problem. So I pulled in and he checked and I was down about a quart I said I could pay for it. He came up from under the car let me know probably needed to change the plug gasket other than that it looked great. He topped me off and I was on my way thank you Derrick you were awesome

I just love this place!! Ive been doing business with this establishment ever since I moved into the area! Then it was pretty much just an oil changing business that changed the oil, checked the fluids, tire pressure, general instruments (lights, signals, brake lights,horn), and they did do a small amount of engine repair! They have now upgraded so that now they are pretty much a full service auto repair shop! The staff there are very professional & friendly! Especially the manager, Stacey, and the head mechanic, Tony!! They never mind speaking with you, answering any questions or handling any concerns you may have! A great little place!

Absolutely amazing service. Very friendly, very fast, and very professional. They go above and beyond and don’t charge you for every little thing too. They topped off my coolant and windshield washer fluid for free. I didn’t even know till I read the report after I left and tried to use my windshield washer which had been empty, and it worked. I highly recommend this chain, and especially this location.

Some times we make mistakes, but I took my car for a simple oil change and had to end up getting my engine replaced. I’ve been there several times before and never had any problems but this day I arrived 10 minutes before closing time. The guy that greeted me had no personality was was very dry. Their work this day was not the expectation. I was in disbelief, inconvenienced and furious. Yes they fixed my car but who would ever think this would have happened at a reputable establishment. I’m just saying! Never again! I’ll be going to the dealership from now on! They lost a faithful customer for life!

The men working here were phenomenal! They were very knowledgeable about my car, and we had great conversation while I getting my oil changed. I asked if they do alignments because certain locations do, and one of the workers told me that I could get an alignment for my car in Douglasville. It also helps that they gave me a $5 discount just for being a new customer. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

While I did not have a problem with the wait or the service...the price was a complete ripoff. When I pulled up the guy who did the check-ins while waiting said it would be $40.99. When I finally pull into the garage, the guy servicing the car asked me did they discuss pricing. I told him they said $40.99. He told me that was for conventional oil and that if I wanted the synthetic oil (which is of course what I get) it would be $60.99. Thats crazy! Total came out to about $74 with an alleged $5 discount. The receipt shows $29 synthetic upgrade. I called the dealer...Toyota after I left and they told me it costs $34 to service my car with a synthetic oil change. Unbelievable!

Today was my 1st time here. I was very impressed and will be back. Derrick took care of my car while Ramon took care of my husbands. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Well far from quick but its convenient

Did not have any of the extras for my oil change. Topping of my washer fluid and other fluids, but charged me $75 for change. They only thing they did was put oil in the car. You pay more for those little things, but they didnt .Will not go back to this location. Barrett Pkwy is a great location. This one wad just closer to home vs. Work.

I used to love coming to this location out of convenience and excellent service. Today was anything but! Raymond lacks customer service skills and obviously loves confrontation. Maybe he is having a bad day but he should reconsider who he likes to take it out on.He tells me Im putting the wrong oil in my car. When I explain to him that would be his companies fault because I came in here with my last oil change. He says if your engine blows thats on you. No! Sorry thats on you because your company put wrong oil in last time.

Very unprofessional. Over the phone I was quoted 42.75 for a conventional oil change plus tire balance and rotation. However, that was not the case when I arrived there. The price for a conventional oil change ranges from 46-50 dollars. 37 + dollars for tire balance and rotation. When I went to make a complaint, the manager nonchalantly disregarded my concerns. Poor customer service, or maybe someone made him upset. Either way, I will not consider this company in the future. In addition, I will be contacting the corporate office.

Yup, a ten minute oil change. Its like a drive thru for your car. They walk you through the simple process, they show you the oil level on the dipstick, make a few checks and get you out of there. EZPZ

Poor service! Rude manager by the name of Stacey. Taking advantage of a situation because a teenager brought her car back due to an issue caused by work done here. What the hell does it cost you out of your own pocket to recheck what is brought to your attention??... He wouldnt want someone to do it to his daughter, sister, mother, or niece. Situations like this cause people to stop supporting businesses in the areas in which they live and to go further out where customer service means something.. Here it obviously does not!! Dont take your vehicle here. Go somewhere else
