The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I had purchased tires and by the time I got home the tire weights had fell off the same day. Mike was very confrontational and said I drove to hard and thats why they fell off.... Keep in mind they fell off in my garage and not in the road... When I stated they fell off in the garage, his response was that my wheel was probably dirty......This all happened within an hour of them placing the tires on the car. Believe the negative reviews on this site. They are the truth. Not to mention that tires I brought came in later than what was promised. Another excuse the owner used was it was the vendors fault. Its always some other persons fault when dealing with this company.

We got tires from here, already had my own rims. They put the tires on the rims chipped my paint on 2 of my rims. Tried to cover it up with black paint. So I was pissed, the owner order another rim it took everrrrrr.... Then were I went to pick up my new rim was was damaged or took over 2 hours just to change out my rim& tire. Be service.... I try to support black owned business

Do not EVER do business with Mike Thompson. He told my son Im not your brother, youre white. He has spent 4K on wheels over 2 years with this company and instead of helping him when he walked in, he was told to wait for the white employee who was busy taking a call. He was told Monday to come back Wednesday and then told Wednesday to come back Thursday. Instead of telling my son that they could not get to his car, they had him stand around the lobby for 20 minutes waiting on the only white employee to help him out

Over the last few years I have taken my F150, my wife’s Camry and most recently our 4Runner to Tire Kingz in Lithia Springs. 20” wheels with M/T and leveling kit put on the F150 and I couldn’t be happier. 4 brand new tires placed on the Camry and the price was right! On our last visit the 4Runner had a nail in the tire and one of the guys that works there handled it quickly (removed wheel, patched it, remounted it and had us on our way). I am and have been extremely happy with the service and I will continue to support this business and I will continue to refer my family and friends to Tire Kingz. (Period)

Needed to replace my tires. They gave me a new set of tires, balanced, and rotated them, changed my oil, and replaced my brakes to make sure I was good. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is A-1. When I had a problem with one of my tires, they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I recommend them for all of your car care needs.

This place has poor customer service and takes advantage of female customers. They had my daughters car for 9 hours just to change a tire and fix a supposed bend in her rim. The price they quoted her changed 3 different times. We were informed her rim had to be sent down the street for repair but the so called owner Mike refused to tell us what shop or person did the rim work. We also asked for the tire that was originally on her car and was informed supposedly they didnt have it and their tire man had just come. Ive never been to a shop that doesnt ask you about your own tire before they get rid of it and where they openly refuse to give valid information regarding services performed on your vehicle. Mike has zero professionalism to be a so called owner.

Called and spoke with Alex two days before I came in for a rear break job.When I arrived at 9 am I was told that the break tech wouldnt be in until 930 am.. It is now 12 noon, and I have seen customers come and go. They order the wrong break for the vehicle. When I stated that I was not trying to spend the whole day with them, staff member Mike stated that we arent Robots and that I should have done them myself..He was very rude and unprofessional. He needs to be sent for some customer service classes..

Tried to get some work done and it was a complete fail. First off, I called 3 times to schedule an appointment and was told to call back later because they didnt know what the schedule looked like. I dont even know what that means. The 3rd time the desk clerk took my info and said theyd call back to schedule an appt once the schedule was made. Never heard back from her.Gave it one more try and just drove over there. I asked if they could help me with a lift/suspension issue. The manager told me no. He didnt ask what type of vehicle it was, he didnt look at the vehicle and he didnt try to get an understanding of the issue. He just said he couldnt do it and didnt know what air suspension was.I wouldnt let them plug a tire for me if I got a flat right in front of this place. The customer service is horrible.

Told me theyd order the tires and have them next day and call me. They didnt call. I came in 2 days later to cancel and guy said he was standing there when I was called... well, you got the tires? Looks... nope... so what would you have called me for? Theyre wholesale tires double priced for sale to public. Just order tires online from anywhere else, shipping is generally free and any tire shop will mount and balance $10 each. Get 4 new for half the price.

I had a fantastic experience here. I went in for a tire quote and didnt have the time to get in before heading out of town for about 2 months. They still honored my quote!! They were very pleasant and kind and even offered to unbolt this small piece under my car for free. Then gave the the option to come back later to have it done, as time did not permit taking advantage of the offer in that moment. Ive referred a few friends and they too were pleased. I think this just might become my go to spot, but I need them to give me free tire rotations on a full set like Disc Tire. 😁 Thats the only element that puts them in 2nd place. Was talking to a guy on the phone weeks back about getting my truck leveled and 33s put on and maybe wheels . I got some tires options but had a specific tire I had in mind and wanted all my options and he said he would call me back. Never did still haven’t heard from them and now here I am with my truck leveled and 33s on because I went to another shop that would take care of me. There prices are to high on tires and wheels I got tires way cheaper then what the quoted me.

I have driven past this place for years and never would seek service for fear of small town unprofessional service. I finally decided to give them a shot, and boy!..not only did they make me sorry, they confirmed my gut fear of bad service and unprofessional behaviorWent in to have a flat tire repaired, and then I hired them to rotate the tires. Long story short, the technician stripped the special Nissan factory designed lock nut socket that is used to unlock one of the nuts holding tire rim. They waived the fee for rotating the tires and repairing the flat tire. They also informed me they would call me within four days because they had to purchase the new socket. They never called, I waited one additional week, no call. I went in to the establishment and asked about our missing socket for the car. I (a paying customer) had to wait to speak with the girl behind the desk, because she was busy ordering food for herself and presumably other employees. Wow.It was only at that time they informed me they were unable to retrieve the socket and that I needed to bring my car to Nissan to allow the technician to find the correct socket. So our family members had to take time out of OUR schedule, drive to Nissan service department on Thorton road to identify the socket that fits my wheel, and then pay $26!!!! Really???!! I returned to the business and presented the receipt for reimbursement, they told me they did not have the $26 on hand and the manager was coming back from the bank (huge coincidence right?) at that time. All I needed to do was wait 5 to 10 minutes. At this point I was quite frustrated with all of the loss of time and inconvenience from these non-professionals. I just chose to eat the $26 and let everybody know about the service I received.After I previewed previous negative reviews about this companies’ dealings with customers...something does not pass the smell test when I saw a full column in the 5 star review section. I too have a small business and I would never speak / write textual rebuttals to past customer complaints similar to what I have seen here. Enter at your own risk, because I will never patronize this business again!!

I went in to have my lug nuts loosened. I got wheels and tires in July, and I wanted to change my brakes. I havent been able to break the lugs with my lug wrench, even with a 24 breaker bar. Defeated, I came to the shop. They were busy, as always, but they still worked me in for my simple request. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. I made sure to tip the guy who did the work, because I really didnt wanna wait all day if possible. I made no appointment, but they still hooked me up fast, so I had to show my appreciation.

Had 33s on 22s and a 2 level kit put on my ford f-150. Was extremely happy with how it turned out. The staff and owner were very professional and willing to stay well after they were closed to finish my truck.

EXCELLENT serivce from start to finish. I received tires and got my brakes changed here. Everyone there really took care of me. I will say that they are very busy, however, they still found a way to try to accommodate and service everyone that walked thru their door. Was looking for used tires. They were very nice on the phone and seemingly had what I was looking for. I thought price was a little high but as long as tires were good I was fine. Went in to look at them and found a pretty large and inexcusable gash in the edge of one of the tires. You could lift material up and see the steel belts at the bottom of the gash. I did my homework and knew what to look for in used tires, but didnt expect to find something like this. It should have been obvious to them therefore I am fairly sure they knew about it. He rolled out a tire with half the tread on it and I didnt feel good about it at that point. I post 2 stars on this review because if youre in the used tire business selling products that are safety related you have to be more careful about the product you are selling. I realize business is tough but this cannot happen.

I cannot say enough positive comments about this company. I had a issue with one bad tire out of my set and Mike the owner worked two hours after closing to try and sort it out for me. He also stood by his word. There are not many people who stick to their word but you can trust Mike will. Mike’s wife and brother also work at the shop and are equally amazing. Thank you for an all around great experience.

Extremely unorganized place. I have called this business several times in regards to a leveling kit. Each and every time I called this place inquiring about information, scheduling, and so forth it was hold on let me call you back they didnt have the courtesy of taking my information down and following up with call backs in regards to my request or anything. They finally called me back and scheduled an appointment for me at 9am on a Saturday morning. I arrived just to be told that they are unable to fit me in as they dont have the parts and people called out and they had business from the day before that leaked into that days business. That is all fine and dandy as it is business and I understand but common courtesy they should have rang me the day before as this appointment was scheduled on a Thursday and notified me before I commuted from Jonesboro to get this done.On top of this all this was the owner who told me this. I can see if it was a certainty that this was going to be made right but all I got was come back during the week and we will try and fit you in. Terrible!

Prices 3 too high and the tire dont look new

You couldnt pay me to step foot back in this shop.Its after closing time, gottcha! But the doors are unlocked, someone at the counter a few guys working on a vehicle outside and the 24hr roadside service truck just pulled in. I walk in and explain that my girlfriend just blew a tire (which I had in my trunk) and I needed a used 205/55/16. The girl at the counter looks over to a guy in the corner with his feet kicked up and says used 205/55/16... His response yep, we got one...we will get to it tomorrow.I could get a tire at 1 of 500 tire shops in Atlanta TOMORROW! Im in your shop right here right now asking for a service that you provide and you turn me away with a flat tire in the trunk. I will find a shop Tomorrow that sees the value in a customer walking through the door with cash in hand ready to make a purchase.Update:. Took my car to Goldmine same day (also after closing time). Charged me a little after hours fee which I was happy to pay for same day service. Tipped my tech the rest of the $100 that I had in my pocket for staying 10min to mount and balance a tire and was then able to get my girlfriend back on the road.Tire Kings:. Successful small business owners (like myself) know that 90% of the battle is just getting customers to walk through your door and fiinal 10% is on your sales/service team to complete the sale or service request. Some businesses spend 10s of thousands of dollars on advertising just to get people to open their door. You didnt LOSE my business to your competition you GAVE IT AWAY and will never get it back. So when its time for tires in my Jeep or Pontiac... I would drive past your shop in the pouring rain with 4 flat tires in order to give my business to your competition.

I went inside to inquire about the people price of a set of tires on my truck and a guy was asking the clerks to look up my size in the computer. But then another male customer was already engaging with the clerks about his rims for his vehicle. So instead of continuing dealing with the question I had, he got into the male customer business about the rims for his vehicle and then quoted me a high price for a set of new tires of $1200. I asked him if he had any used tires and he said that he wouldnt obtain any until that following week but then suggested that I finance a set of tires. I was shocked that you can finance tires and rims as you do a car but I told him that I would be paying for my tires straight out without financing and left this shop. 🤔👿

I agree that the 5star reviews are FAKE. They have to be after my experience there. The tires sold to me wore out within 10k miles. These were supposed to be premium tires with a 40k warranty. The alignment done was incorrect and they broke 2 lug bolts that I had to pay to replace!!! How about fix what you damaged on my truck!!! Stay away from this place. Their off brand tires are cheap and poor quality. I asked for Michelin and they talked me into this off brand they said is comparable to Michelin. The mechanics at Costco laughed when I said that to them. Second set of new tires withhin a year! Thanks for ripping me off Tire Kingz!! Stay away. You’ve been warned

This place got one over on me....mostly my fault. Was told initially a set of rims were available and would fit my vehicle. When I arrived they were not a fit. I was then told the guy was about to go pick up some would take about an hour. Left, came back, no rims (should have just left). 2 hours later the guy finally went to pick them up. This is where I made mistakes. I was happy with the style and was briefly shown one of them. I did ask about the condition of the other rims and tires since they were used and was told they were in good shape with good tires. Just be sure to not make the mistake I did and not inspect the rims and tires. They didn’t install my tpms sensors and these rims and tires were complete garbage. I went to another shop to have tpms put back in (because I didn’t want to deal with this place again) and the guy showed me where every rim had bends, defects and warps. As I said I should have inspected them which was my mistake. I saw the flags and ignored them for some reason. Don’t do that with this place. I would never do business with them again. Over priced for one and this product should never have been installed on a vehicle.I would also suggest scrolling through the reviews. The 5 star ones don’t look legitimate. And if you would like to see first hand the type of service these guys run, read the responses from “the owner” on the reviews......wow.

Unpleasant experience. Tech was unable to get my alignment done properly. Management apologized and refunded my money. Advised if I had alignment done elsewhere, bring the receipt and they could compensate me, no problem. BE ADVISED! Techs are INSTRUCTED TO TURN YOUR FLOOR MATS OVER WHEN ENTERING THE VEHICLE, Allowing for.oils and grease to be on the solid side of your mats, but when they turn them back over, grease, oils and dirt and in direct contact with your carpet! My tech didnt flip my mats or protect. Them or the seats in anyway, no Im waiting to see if they are going to pay for my carpets and seats to be cleaned ( they were clean and stain free when I took it in!) Stay tuned......

Well it wouldve been a five star until I got on the interstate and hit 75mph and my whole car started shaking.I came back and they told me it was probably the air pressure because I had requested lower air pressure but theyd rebalance anyway.I stepped outside to check for myself and they mounted the two rear tires backwards... tires have arrows on them that tell you which direction to go.This isnt rocket science

Mike and his mechanics DO NOT stand behind there work. 7 weeks after spending 2250 dollars with them my brake lines are leaking and one is broken. Mike refuses to correct the faulty work done. See you in court.
