The best experience I’ve had at any automotive shop. I had a nail in my tire and went in for a repair. They inspect the tire and repair the tire (If safely repairable) at no charge. There’s no price you can put on transparency and honest business. I’ve been to places where they will automatically tell you that your tire is not repairable to try and sell you a tire. On top of that; the team was fast, friendly, and courteous. Hats off to ownership for an excellent experience! Thank you Bernard for your help. I know where I’m going when I need new tires.

Called today about 45 mins before closing time at 6 pm. Noticed a nail, arrived as a walk-in, got in and Irving who greeted me and gave me direction to drive to the bay. He took care of the nail and patched it up. He showed me the nail. I drove off relief knowing it is patched up before they closed. I have been going to the Little Elm location for years. Absolute trash. Would recommend any other discount tire location in the area, NOT THIS ONE.I got new tires from them, they forgot to balance them, so I had to go back a 2nd time for another (2 hour session.) Keep in mind this should have all been done the first time when I got my new tires from them. After having my car for less than 2days, the Balancing Strip on my car was peeling off from the inner rim, so I had to back AGAIN.Now that I’ve just picked up my car from my 3RD VISIT, I am hearing a popping noise from my car that I’ve NEVER heard before. I bring my car back into them instantly to see what is happening or causing that noise, and they tell me I’m pretty much SOL.This is garbage service. Something obviously happened in their shop on their behalf that is now causing a larger issue on my vehicle than I could have anticipated. No one is going to resolve this issue but me since they didn’t even care to acknowledge the full situation of what has happened.

Pulled up a little after closing time with a flat tire and they immediately came out with tools to help me put on a spare even though they were getting ready to go home. Im extremely glad for their help and I would have struggled a lot if i had to do it on my own.

Arrived at 7:30 before they opened at 8. I was the first in line and the first one out without an appointment! Had my tire replaced in less than 15 minutes! This store is ran very smoothly and love how friendly all the guys are!

I arrived at the store at around 9:40AM. The associate asked for my name and verified the vehicle. My front tire was checked and it had a nail in it. I was told to wait in my truck and someone would be with me to direct me to a stall for repair. I waited patiently because they seemed to have a lot of cars waiting for service. I waited until 11:33AM and no one had approached me. I was parked in the first parking space in front of the entrance, so I should have not been overlooked. At noon I went in to ask how much longer it would be. I was asked which vehicle and said the one parked in the first space, just outside. The associate checked the computer and read off a name, in a questioning manner, that was not my name. He then looked through the tickets that were competed inside, then looked at the tickets that were pending in the garage area. The associate returned inside again, looked at the computer workstation, and returned to the garage bays. When he returned, he said that someone came looking for me but couldnt find me. I, once again told him, I was parked just outside the door and no one came to my truck. He went to the garage again and returned and said that there must have some miscommunication. I was told to go to a service bay and when I pulled in the tire tech started removing a rear tire instead of the front tire that need repair. I told him that he was removing the wrong tire and he just glanced at me and lowered the rear and moved to the correct front tire. I finally got to exit the business at about 12:20PM with no apology. A third tech, who guided me out of the bay did say thank you as I left. I was admittedly rude and said nothing. If said anything it would not have been pleasant. I understand that flat fixing is a free service that they offer to anyone, but I am a previous customer with my vehicle info already on file. Very helpful and quick! I actually had to go two days in a row because a pothole ate my wheel and they did not have the correct one. But they had it sent over from another store and called me that same day to let me know I could come in any time that same day or set an appointment to get it put on!

Spending $700 on rims you would think they would take the time to read the details to make sure they dont miss anything. Here my story:I dropped my wifes Range Rover off ( 1 week old - just got it) to get rims placed on the car. When doing so, I specifically told the sales associate to place the current rims on the side, that I would be putting them in the back of MY car. After, the sales associate acknowledged me, he said I would get a notification when my car would be ready.When we arrived to pick up the car we noticed they decided to shove the old rims in the backseat of my wifes car (mind you the car has WHITE interior). To me this shows carelessness and purely a lack of respect. The workers at discount tire are young adults that rush to get cars in and out. Its evident that the lack of supervision and the lack of training exist at this location. Even when instructions are specially stated on the work order; they miss them. I am currently waiting for customer care to call me to try and resolve this.I can tell you weve already decided that we will not be going to discount tire again for either vehicle. We want someone to treat our car like its their own; to show respect -- this place does not, and that is why they are getting 1 star.

Needed 2 tires in a hurry and these guys came through. Someone in our household has underlying conditions, so we have all been on strict lockdown at my house. When I explained that I didnt want to come in the shop these guys came out in frigid weather to take my credit card payment and check me in. They were really great! I have been going to this Discount Tire for over 3 years now. I just purchased a new Truck, upgraded my wheels & tires, this past Saturday. These guys are always so careful with installation and always do everything right. I have never had to go back for re balance or any issues. Also the managers are always available and constantly, in the shop to oversee operations and also assist. I have been to many Discount Tire shops in my years, I drive the extra miles as this is not my closed shop to my home, just to have these guys service my truck! So easy, they diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, fixed it in 2 hours, (had to get the parts). Picked it up and was out the door in 15 minutes. They did a great job. Very pleased.

Today I just needed a little air because when the dealer rotated my tires at my oil change last week they didnt adjust the pressure. Solid and fast work on my jeep.Only complaint is the fact that one of the workers was doing it by himself while I watched a handful of guys standing around talking and not helping. I’ve worked in a environment like this before and it’s not right. Hopefully next visit will be a 5 star

They keep me on hold twice for more than 5 minutes. The first time the guy was talking to someone else at the same time when picked up my call and hung up. The second time, someone pick up the call and put me on hold that I had to call again a third time. I will NOT recommend this location.

I have been their customer always across states, there is a wide variety of options and they are SMEs ( Subject Matter Experts). I am rating them as 3 star as they are still good and consistent but I am writing this review so that it helps others on my experience.1. Lessons Learnt even though if you go to the website and it says Feel Free to Walk-in and they do have a separate queue for Walk-in, make sure u have spare time to wait or probably leave your car. The Appointment is always given priority and that might bit frustrate you as just to have my Car picked it took more than an hour. So make an appointment Problem Solved2. Professionals but might need to be more Customer Oriented. One of the Wheel Cap was missing from my Car, although the guy recommended replacing all the tires but he never did recommend replacing the wheel cap, I mean if I can spend on replacing 4 wheels then doesnt it make sense to at least recommend to change the wheel cap as well . I do understand its no big deal, but it didnt come to my mind and neither the SMEs :) .3. The existing wheel cap was not placed properly, and it was 3, but after 2 rides its now 2 wheel caps, looks like one got dropped somewhere on the road. I have been using these tires for almost more than 5 years.Anyways in short I wont blame discount tires it just the location and the probably my timings and whom I dealt with. So Lessons Learnt no matter how much you trust a brand do your homework and never over trust any brands.

Today I had an experience of extraordinary service. My son popped two tires on the way to work in Dallas. I had the truck towed to the Discount Tire in Little Elm so I can get them fixed. On the way home from work at almost 7 PM I could not see the truck where I had it towed. I saw a person inside, he came to the door and told me the tires were already fixed. I was shook! Saved me big money since I bought the tires there! Three new tires and no waiting in line! Wow they blew me away! Best service ever.

Got me in right at 5:58 PM and theyre closed at 6 PM. Road hazard took care of my run flat tire. These guys are fast! Love it!!

Prioritize new sales over exciting customer. Why even offer tire rotations And other services if i the customer have to wait two hours to get it done. If I said I needed new tires I’m first in line. Again like many discount tire locations there lacks Strong management skills to run a successful branch.

Purchased a new set of tiers from Discount Tire less than a year ago for one of our fleet trucks and got a nail in one of them recently. Took it to this location to have it repaired and it started to leak again shortly thereafter. Took back to have it repaired again and they did not want to touch it, called back to talk with a manager and they said he was busy and would call us right back. After a little while the same employee called back and said now that the tire was un-repairable due to another hole that just showed up close the the old hole that they repaired last time and we would need to buy a new tire. Due to the tire looking like it was cut from the inside by one of there employees we just left and will be purchasing a new tire from another company.

Had an appointment scheduled at 12:15 pm for a nail in my tire. After waiting more than an hour they finally got to it. Noticed that they took several walk ins over me even though they verbally told me I was next many times. Horrible service.

Needed 3 tires because I replaced one recently. Found the matching ones for better than I paid for the first, and they put my first on the service plan with the new 3 so Im fully covered. Sat down to get comfortable and wait, and they were done, like that. These guys are courteous, professional and fast.

I’ve used discount tire for many years and probably purchased 10 sets of various tires. This location does not uphold anywhere near the level of honest professional service that the other locations have always displayed. Had 2 tires that were previously taken off my car and needed them put back on. Tanner quoted me $120 to simply mount and balance 2 tires. I explained this was more than double what I’ve ever paid to get tires installed and he said it was because they are risking damaging my wheels when installing tires and they have to charge enough to offset any damage they may cause and be responsible for. Obviously they damage lots of wheels because this is the first one in 20 years of buying tires that I’ve ever been proactively charged for damage they fear they may cause. I left and down the street to Integrity Car Care and got them installed for $40 total. Rip off and dishonest employees who don’t want to work.

Very disappointed in Discount Tire. they were more interested in trying to sell me a tire than just fixing the screw I had in the center of the tread of my truck. Their excuse was that in the past someone had fixed my tire using a plug, that is true however I was in the middle of nowhere and a farmer help me with the flat tire by putting a plug in it for me and then help me hear it up. I was told plugs or unacceptable for tire repairs and therefore if I wanted them to help me I would have to buy an entirely new tire which only had about ten thousand miles on it.

Once again, Discount Tire has earned their reputation by going above and beyond.

Where to start. The last several times I have been there they have been poor. 1. Bought new tires and they put them on and they lost 2 of my center caps. There response was if I bought more they would reimburse.. how about you lost em you do the work to get new ones. 2. Had nail in tire, they said that it was two nails in same hole and they would not fix it because there were two. Had it repaired somewhere else. 3. Go in for a rotation, guys looks around tire finds a piece of rubber missing from tread. Measures that spot and says not enough tread and wont rotate them. Tires are not close to low tread mark. I keep going back because they are close, but it wont happen again. WORST TIRE EXPERINCES HAPPEN HERE

Arrived first in line before opening stood at the door for a balance and rotation on a set of tires I purchased from the same store a little over a year ago. Made me third in line for pulling in my vehicle into the bay and said it would take 45 minutes for a rotation. The patron behind me received a whole set of tires and was out the door before me... they have no concept of customer experience and timeliness. Will not be back even for a tire rotation... this place sucks

Fast getting me in and out on a super hot day...went ofer my warranty information again for me and everyone was very informative and kind plus quick with everyone there...oh and JOSE IS AMAZING

I made an appt ahead of time as I dont care to wait that long. Discount got me in maybe 10 minutes after my appt time which was fine. They were very quick and had me in and out in like 20 minutes. Really great service for getting 4 new tires put on. All the staff were really nice as well. The only thing I didnt care for was the lack of respect for handicap parking. I personally use those spots and I have a tag for them as well. However customers as well as some of the employees were parking in those slider as they are right next to the door. Only myself and 1 other vehicle has tags to legally park in them. So while I was there 4 other vehicles were packed in the handicap without any yeah or plate stating they can. They were parked 3 for customer to pick up, and 1 came in to order a tire and thought it was ok to park there. Sadly NONE of the employees made it clear that it was not ok to park there without a tag or plate. So for this in only giving 4 stars. I think they need to show more respect for handicap parking

They were quick, friendly and effective! I was helped by Sunny who maintained a friendly conversation while we found the tires I needed and discussed price. It did take about 45 min - 1 hour to complete, but this was the exact estimate they gave me so I wasnt surprised by the wait at all!

Wont repair tire. Wants to sell tire. Use what ever excuse they need to sell. Tire is a month old has a small 1/8 hole in the center. No reason it cant be repaired

Visiting from Arizona, noticed a screw in a tire. Went to Little Elm Discount Tire. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he pulled the screw, sprayed it for a leak and said we were good to go. Tiny screw and no leak. Thanks again to this gentleman and his company for taking care of me. We always use Discount Tire at home and will let them know as well how great the service was in Texas.

I’m an essential worker, was trying to get new tires to get to work safely. I got off work little early today and tried to get here before 18:00 from downtown Dallas but couldn’t made it until 18:06 still in full uniform but they turn me down. Now I have to find other place will open late or won’t turn down an essential worker that need new tires.

I was getting a flat in the pouring rain. I made it to Discount Tires just before closing time. They were able to replace my tire and send me on to my art class. So grateful!

Had a flat fixed at no charge. They also let us know that the tire had a lot of miles still on it. We would of purchased a set of 4 if it tread indicated. Put the donut tire back like new.Reset the On Star that the dealer didn’t do when rotated tires last month. Great service!

Guys were great! Went in to get my tires aired up. Found out back drivers side had 2 nails in it. Because I buy my tires here and had a warranty, they replaced the tire for a new tire for $15. 50. Happy happy!

Kelvin Booker is the guy that scheduled my appointment yesterday. He told me that it would take 45 mins before they can take me on so I took off and come back before 45 mins and he said I could have been back in 30 minutes. Why would he said next appt in 45 mins and expect me to comeback in 30.Anyway when I comeback, he said I just skipped your appointment because I am late :) so now I have to be at the bottom of the line.I have been at this location many times for all of my cars and tires services.He could have told me that we put you next in line since I didn’t cancel my appointment and was got back before my appointment time.I would NEVER comeback to this location or rather Discount Tire again especially if they don’t value my service.

Micheal was very kind and was able to get me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour with four new Michelin’s on my car! We’ve been using this location for over 10 years, and they always treat us with respect and offer us the best deal they have available.

I came in 2 days ago to get a tire looked at for a repair. The advisor saw the placement of the nail near the sidewall and proceeded to make me wait 2 hours for my car to be pulled in just for them to tell me they need to order a tire cause its non repairable. Even though he could have just seen that with his own eyes when he walked out to my car. I even suggested it may be non repairable. I give him my number to call which was not on the account and he makes a note to call me. The next day the tire comes and they call the wrong number and no appointment was set up. I come in today and there is a 2 hour wait again for 1 tire. There excuse is they have too many appointments....why even take walk ins?

Tires. They do it better than anybody by keeping it simple. Weekends are busy. Be prepared for a wait. Weekdays will go faster for you if your in a hurry. Might be time to remodel the wait area at the little elm store

Wonderful customer service. Purchased 4 new tires in the last 30 days. Service rep didnt try to oversell the tires I needed (as my long time service firm did) but rather got me great value for a very good price. But what REALLY impressed me was having problems with 2 tires (not their fault) and both issued resolved at no charge. You have earned our tire business now for years.

2 hours of wait to find out they don’t have the tires they sold me!!!!Also broke one of the studs after supposedly fixing a leak!Appointments there means nothing also!That’s good enough for me to go elsewhere.
