Very friendly staff overall and quick to complete repairs! Abiel help me with the insurance process and was very responsive to all my questions and letting me know what was going on with my vehicle which I appreciated quite a bit. Work done by Ramon looks excellent and you can’t tell there was any damage to my car at all.Work was done on time and we were well informed throughout the entire process. Very pleased with the quality of service.The level of customer service and attention to detail was top notch.If anything happens to my car again, knock on wood, I’ll be bringing it to them definitely!!

Used Service King to repair some collision damage and this was the best service I have received from any repair. Daily updates made sure I was fully up to speed on the repair. I received the vehicle back on time fully fixed and immaculately cleaned. They even repaired a seatbelt buckle that was not related to the repair. I highly recommend Service King! Best experience hands down! Five Stars!

I am not one to write a review, but the excellent, quick and efficient service is worth writing about. They made a situation that felt scary to me and made me feel at ease. Always letting me know where they were at on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in on Monday and by Wednesday they were complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Yes my vehicle was brought in for bumper repair. Its a new 2020 Silverado with only approximately 1000 miles at the time. This Service King is very cheap on repair and only sprayed a base coat and clear coat and now the bumper is not holding up to road conditions and is chipping and cracking very easily. I called around to Crest Chevrolet and they advised that had I brought it to them, it would have been restored to factory condition with 3 coats plus clear coat which would tolerate better wear and tear. Ive only put a few miles on my vehicle since Service King completed the repair and now I already need to have my bumper re-painted. Ill do the smart thing and take it to a more reputable company next go round. The manager I spoke to at this place was unsympathetic and its all about the bottom line to these guys.

Worked with Ricky with Service King during the repair process, I would suggest working with someone other than Ricky at this location or possibly use a different location. Very difficult to deal with and the entire process was at no cost to me. Ricky made it a much more challenging and difficult process than what it needed to be. I have worked with several other Service Kings and never had this type experience.

I recently used Service King off 380, just west of 423, with Shawn as my representative. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and Shawn kept me notified of the progression of repairs! It was a fast process getting scheduled, checked in, and checked out! Shawn answered all my questions, giving me better understanding of the repairs process! Should I ever need more work done to my vehicle, I will definitely be back to this service center! As well as recommend to others!

Besides the little bit of miscommunication with them thinking my car was a total loss Id say Im happy with their service. They did a great job on repairing my car, looks amazing. Not going to complain about how long it took to fix because I got to drive around in a nice 2020 Nissan Rogue for a month!!

Helpful service

I was having difficulty with my insurance giving me a rental car while my car was getting fixed. Shawn was so amazing and said he could handle it for me. He was so helpful and nice! It was a breath of fresh air knowing someone who truly cares would be taking care of me! Thanks again for everything! Hopefully it doesn’t happen, but whenever we need our car fixed we are definitely coming back to this service king! They were all fantastic!

NEVER use this shop! Everytime I reached out to get an ETA for completing my car they told me it would be an additional 2-3 days from I was told beforehand. I had to rent a vehicle to commute to work during this costing a fortune. It seemed there was incompetence in every aspect of their operation from start to finish and they tried blaming everyone else for the tardiness of their promise. Not uncommon for the area though. Ive lived there for 7 years now and its only getting worse everywhere from a customer point of view.

When the car was almost ready, I got a call, not rushed to say when I could pick it up and asked, not told, if that sounded okay to me. He was kind and humorous and helpful along with the staff in telling me how to exit on to the busy highway safely when leaving. The average person wouldnt care. Thanks Mr. Lowe for being you ! Not the best place. They took my car apart to check the damage then didnt put it back together right. Didnt tell me that things had broken when they removed them, just gave me back the car without the items.

I had a great experience with this company. Mark, at the McKinney location, was very helpful, professional and friendly. I received updates on almost every step of the process.

Mark was very friendly, courteous, professional, and he looked over my trouble area on my car and gave me an estimate within minutes! It was a painless experience and I’m so glad I took my car here to get my estimate. The receptionist was pleasant, facility was clean with snacks to nibble on and I will definitely return if these services are needed in the future!

Mark went above and beyond with my daughters truck. They did an amazing job on the repair. Truck was done in far less time then expected. I would not hesitate to take any vehicle here for repair..

They had my truck for a month. First off for minor front end work. They kept pushing for my insurance company to keep paying more money for things that were not broke.then after I got my truck back all my gas was gone the ran over a big bolt inside the shop and I have low profile tires. And now there is electrical problems inside my truck but they wont admit to it. They want my insurance company to pay for a diagnosis. Never go here 👎👎👎👎👎

After having a person run a stop sign. My car was towed to Rons Towing. Would not recommend the towing company. The manager at service king went right to work trying to get my car over to them to get it in the works of getting my car fixed.The only thing that would be good for this location, in my opinion, is to have a key drop box so the towing companies would be able to drop off vehicles after accidents.

Due to an unfortunate accident, I brought my Mitsubishi into Service King. I cannot be more pleased with the customer service and quality of technician craftsmanship. Mr. Marchant was absolutely spectacular in keeping me in the know every step of the way. Thanks Service King!

TERRIBLE!!!I experienced the worst customer service in my entire life. Bad service advisor, clueless of what customer relation is, and bad attitude. Will nerver go there again nor recommend someone even in my dream!

I was told Tuesday of last week my car would be ready then i was told Thursday then Friday now it is Monday of the next week and i can’t even get an update on my car dude to the person not being there. It feels like no one can ever give me an answer or tell me what’s going on besides the fact the paint guy is having personal issues. I’ve been out of a job seeing as i need my car to work and i told them this and still nothing.(edit) now it’s Wednesday it should be ready

Horrible. Had hail damage called my AllState, they gave me an appointment at this Service King. Continuously they I was told from all state that this Service King is in my network. My appointment was at 2:30 I waited until 2:57 before someone came out and to talk me. Then kept telling me that i didnt have an appointment even though the last at the reception desk kept saying i did. I Called Allstate back and they asked me to go back in and talk to whoever was helping me. The man stayed in his office and was aware i was waiting there. Once he finally strolled out and saw me he turned right around and went back into his office. I was never helped.

I came here to get my car fixed and I think is was the manger or something short guy with glasses and I’m here with my family and this guy was not nice or helpful he was yelling at us call us names treated us like we were terrible people and says I can’t believe your trying get that car fi I would never bring your car here the people don’t car about you they will rip you a new one
