My favorite neighborhood gem. The coffee is delicious. Also, the breakfast sandwich and desserts are tasty. Love the staff and the ambiance. Great alternative place to work away from home. Also, I have attended hosted events featuring artists at this location, too.

This location opened in October of 2020 so everything is clean and new in the restaurant. The house coffee was smooth and the everything bagel was decent. I will definitely be back for coffee but will try something different from the food menu. This location has plenty of seating and is perfect for remote working.

Gorgeous café, I like it more than Starbucks! The Passion Fruit Tea was so smooth and they have a unique variety of menu items as well as a nice atmosphere inside.

Visited 8/24 around 11:30am. To the lady and gentleman working at this time y’all rock!!!! Soon as i walked in I was greeted. Very clean location.i ordered a large Mocha ice dragon minus expresso. blended to perfection. I ordered a large. my drink didn’t all fit into one cup. so the gentleman gave me 2. (i thought that was so kind) also ordering a sweet tea for my friend and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I didn’t break the bank which is always great. I live about 30 mins away but when i visit little elm and want a sweet treat i’ll come here. Restrooms were clean too. S/O to the management here and staff.

Ive gone here a few times, and the coffee and food was pretty good. Thai tea, not so much; super watered down. One time I went it was spotless, one time it was super dirty so maybe it was just a short staffed day or something. And also, seems like you have to sign in with Facebook and post a check in to use their wifi, so Ill continue to use Starbucks as a study spot for now.

Nice place to hangout and work or chill. Nice selection of quality, tasty drinks. In the fall, they have a nice PSL called The Great Pumpkin. Good tea drinks (hot and cold) like the Hong Kong Milk Tea and Thai tea. More space and tables than the nearby Starbys. The water is definitely sweeter over here! Not literally, just metaphorically. I think their water tastes normal. Anywho, check this place out!

My new favorite place to visit! I finally visited this place after experiencing the worst rolling outages in Texas due to extreme cold weather. When most places were closed this place was opened. The atmosphere was cozy, the tiramasu treat was yummy, and my hot matcha green tea was so good! I really like the atmosphere, good tea, and nice interior. This is a good place to study or chill with friends. The tea and my tiramasu treat were both tasty and worthwhile. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit!

We came from out of town to visit family and came across this place across the street from their subdivision. It’s great! So many delicious pastries, great service, good coffee. And the atmosphere is very upscale yet relaxed. Folks were chatting or on their laptops. It’s everything you love about the cafe experience. It also feels great to support a a small business. The next time we’re in town, we’ll make this a must stop location.

Tasty variety of treats and I love the fruit teas as well. I stopped in while my car was being serviced at Discount Tire and ordered some coffee and later, a slice of Lol Chocolate Cake😋. No photos, Im afraid since it was last weekend and the cake slice has been long gone😄 Sweetwaters is definitely a keeper.

Love the vibe and atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions. Coffee is good and better than Starbucks. We come here as often as we can.

Finally a real place for coffee and tea. Seriously taste and customer service are so much better than that main chain with the green and white logo.

How SWEET it is to be at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea Panther Creek :DOh man, this place has it going on! I popped in for a bagel sandwich, iced tea, and a place to work OTHER than my house, and I was blown away. Let me start with the service - a warm, friendly welcome and amazing service from the gentleman behind the counter - who turned out to be the owner! You can tell he takes pride in his amazing business - its clean, the music is just the right volume, and the entire experience was great.The bagel sandwich was quite possibly the best one Ive ever had, and dont be fooled, Ive had my fair share of bagel sandwiches in my day. The bacon was thick and crispy, no thin, greasy bacon here! The bagel itself was incredible as well - soft and fluffy, melt in your mouth perfection. It was served at the perfect temperature and the ratio of cheese to egg to bacon to bagel was on point!I got an iced tea - the black imperial I believe - and it was really good too. They have a large selection of teas, coffee drinks, food, dessert, you name it. There are plenty of tables spaced out so you can work or meet a friend. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem next time you need a caffeine fix or to venture out of your house :)

Honestly really surprised at how great it was! Atmosphere was great. Staff great. Cakes are amazing. The tea was high quality. All around great place to study, work, or hang with your friends and family.

I’m a city girl that loves coffee and coffee shops. I’m visiting with my family in Little Elm, TX -a suburb- and was surprised and thankful to find this gem! It’s quiet with a great menu and an even better staff. I highly recommend you visit if you’re in the area.

A new and wonderful coffee shop just minutes from home. Great customer service and atmosphere! The place was spotless and beautiful. My first visit was today and I’m very impressed with the drink and food selections. Will definitely be a regular here.

Let me start with the coffee tastes great. Ive had the majority of their hot coffees over the last year or so and have been satisfied. I am deducting stars because the consistency is awful. Some days I get my preferred drink (always ordered through the app for pick up) and its 90% coffee and 10% foam as Id expect. Other days and far too often, I get my drink 75% coffee and 25% foam. Either way the coffee is great, but my order is more than 7$ and the inconsistency in how much of my drink I receive is very annoying when Im picking up on the go like I do.

Starbucks who?? Best coffee in town. Also if you have a sweet tooth they have some 🔥 cheesecake. There icercream coffee shake is better than advertised.

Clean, friendly place serving up yummy goodies and delicious coffee! Beautiful artwork on the walls, comfortable seating. A couple of tables available outside. Great environment for hanging out too! Check out the table in the back that can be reserved for game night or other events. Highly recommended!!

We love this coffee shop! We do all of our interviews with potential staff here and love to stop by for a refreshing drink on a hot day! We love how supportive the owners are of the community, of local artists, local businesses and dogs!

The pretzel roll was delicious and the pumpkin spice latte was awesome.

My grandma and I went in here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. She hasn’t been out much lately these days so taking her here really made her happy. The ambiance was so comforting and relaxing my grandma and I really loved how it was set up. And to make things even better, the staff was absolutely amazing. An employee by the name of Will helped us out and he was so sweet my grandma kept saying afterwards how much she appreciated his kindness. I can tell that he is a wonderful employee along with the others as well. The food and coffee was amazing as well, my grandma is a big coffee drinker and kept boasting about how wonderful it was. This was such a memorable experience and we will definitely be visiting again!

I will update my previous review, love the coffee shop and the people are wonderful. We did go a second time for the cold brew. Gosh, guess it is not for me. I will get a regular coffee next time. I certainly appreciate the effort. ❤Initial review....1 star for now. Me and my daughter were excited to stop in for a birthday coffee. We ordered a cold brew....it was not a cold brew. It was a ice coffee for $3.4ish. We love the flavor of cold brew, darn. We will give them another try but, we will taste it while we are there

Incredibly positive first impression! Arrived for the soft opening and it was plenty busy. Lots of helpful staff to inform customers and keep the flow going. Its hard work but you all are doing great!Drinks were fantastic. It was hot today so we ordered a dirty cold brew and a Mocha Ice Dragon. The former had a nice hint of sweetness, the latter was full-on decadent.Overall, really happy to have a neighborhood coffee shop on this side of 423. Looking forward to a return trip and try their pasteries.

Great service and I love the selection here. Had a huge disappointment with my Matcha Latte though. The vanilla they used for it tasted really awful so the whole thing tasted like cough syrup. I will have to see if theres a different way I can have it or find a different drink here.

Now I’m not a person who normally likes tea nor do I like coffee but I sure did love this place. From the nice smell to the comfortable atmosphere, it was perfect. But the cherry on top though was the staff, super sweet and friendly. Especially Will, who reminded me of my own grandson. He was especially kind and heartwarming. Will be returning soon.

The only place weve found so far (aside of Thai Restaurants) that makes good Thai-tea. Were obsessed!

Thanks for opening such a cool coffee/sweet shop in our area. We had the pleasure of visiting and all enjoyed the delish drinks. Sweets were plenty to choose from with great seating and soft music in the background. Refreshing to see such a nice place open for us locals.

So I reluctantly went with my wife to get a coffee for her, I prefer tea. The gracious clerk behind the counter convinced me to get an Imperial Tea. So I did, and it was marvelous! Great place to talk and or study!

Friendly staff, and was very impressed with the facility and atmosphere and variety available. I always want to support the local little guy over the bohemian Starbucks giants. However, The main knock I have is they don’t serve their coffee hot enough. It was very lukewarm, almost not even drinkable. My neighbor told me she has gone their twice and has experienced the same thing, so I know it wasn’t just a one-off situation. If they can fix that, I’ll go there more often.

If you’re looking for a great cup of tea and delicious cake, this is the place! We tried a variety of their cakes, including the red velvet, chocolate, pumpkin bread and banana loaf and they were all excellent!! Definitely recommend Sweetwaters for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Really great place, much bigger than I was expecting. Lots of different snacks, including bacon egg and cheese biscuits all day!! That alone will have me coming back. Great coffee, clean, And the staff are new but very positive and enthusiastic.

Visiting my family and relieved to find an alternative to Starbucks. Yes, it’s a chain but, it’s one worth trying. Kaycee was a pleasure to talk with - about the coffee and life. Looks like a great team all working together to make a good cup of coffee (delicious Americano for me) and a good experience for everyone.

Choice of coffee was great, very warm and hospitable welcome + fine pastries you wont find anywhere else. Worth the stop!
