This store was very helpful in pandemic. Pickup is always easy. Its in good location. Gas price is competitive most of the time

.... bought a cake from Kroger @ Little Elm. This Cake was supposed to be a Coconut Cake, but it was rather a Vanilla Cake covered with shredded coconut. It was full of sugar with Vanilla flavor in it, and without any nutrition information slip / sticker on it. I wish if there is a no star option ...

I find produce that normally I don’t find in some other stores like Walmart. The staff is great, specially that guy with glasses from the self checkout, he is always helping and is very polite.4 stars because the restrooms are terrible, you better wait to get to your home than go at the store.

Be careful with expiration dates. I have returned baby back ribs that had a smell. I had a can of cashews that tasted stale they were out dated. I recently purchased some beef jerky taste stale. Yes I can return but whats up Kroger with the out dated and ruined food?

Clean, organized, well stocked groceries! Mostly friendly staff. Bring a quarter or a key for a cart.

This is the worst Kroger pickup service. Average wait time is 1hr. This is not the first, second or third time I had to wait for 1hr or more to pick up grocery. The store does not pick up call when during an item check. The manager is never available. If you can avoid this location please do.

Tonight I was looking for some steaks to grill tomorrow and I came across some disputable displays of meat. Many pieces of meat/steaks were brown and worn looking. It was not what I was used to from Kroger’s.I have to figure out how to insert pictures into this post or a later post.

This location has gotten progressively worse over the years. Ive seen expired food, produce that is going bad, a seafood station that you can smell at the store entrance and just plain dirty. Im now shopping at The Colony or 380 location.

Little Elm Kroger is the worst Kroger. I avoid it when I can. Always out of add items, shelves are not stocked well, employees are rude about 60% of the time, store is dark-they dont turn the lights on early enough. At night they close one of the exits which is fine...but the employees see you walking to the closed exit ...does anyone bother to tell you its closed? NO. Theres no big sign to alert you. Just no customer service. Why go there when I can go to another Kroger...or Tom Thumb where the lighting is good and employees are nice.

I was in the Little Elm Kroger yesterday when I witnessed the store manager and the red headed customer service clerk seemed to be ganging up on one of the employees in front of customers. I almost felt the need to call the police but I didnt, probably should have. After witnessing the incident I will never shop at this store.I will be sending a letter to Corporate as well.Someone needs to be looking at the store manager cuz this behavior isnt right.

WORST PICKUP SERVICE EVER!!! Good luck if you even try this locations curbside pickup- they will give you expired goods, tell you they are running hours and hours late even when you placed the order a day ahead, make you drive up a second- even third time because they’ve forgotten several of your items (that you’ve already paid for), all to get home and find out they STILL didn’t make it right and are missing things in your order or what they’ve given you is expired or damaged. I’ve called and the young girl answering the phones at the pickup service was so incredibly rude and extremely unapologetic. CheckList used to be super convenient and spot on but the last few months it has gone way way way downhill. Not sure if they have different people working back there or what but they definitely need to get it together. A shame too because we spend a ton of money here.

Lisa self checkout host is very slow. Makes us wait everytime we are in line there.

Pick up order produce at its worst. Three times received produce specially fruits that were not edible. Worst experience. Berries are either crushed completely or have fungus. Disgusting service for pick up orders.

Store is dirty, every aisle. 15 min in checkout or more, 3 cashiers, 1 set of self checkout open. It is a Friday I guess people around here dont prepare for the weekend on Friday.

For pick up, none of the coupons were applied to my order nor was my order ready on time. When I gave the person my coupons he did not know anything about scanning the coupons and just stated they are applied differently now. When I called to address the issue, the lady on the phone didnt know what I was talking about either and responded with I will get a final receipt later. I waited for about an 1hr before checking the app and noticed it said order completed. I called back up to the store to customer service where a woman who I recognized, said they couldnt do anything then transferred me back to the pick up dept where the phone rang and rang. I called back to customer service to try to speak to a manager where I was immediately put on on hold and then hung up on. Awful! Called back and got a manager that verified the coupons hadnt been applied and they were sitting on a desk. I was reassured that they would be applied and they never were. I didnt even receive a final receipt as told reflecting the new total. It was a good amount of coupons and of course many of them were discounts depending on how the quantity of what you bought. SO I essentially spent more money than needed. Im beginning to not be a fan of this store either.

Raspberries were rotted. Someone needs to QA the fruits and vegetables area.

I absolutely love their cheese shop. I love all my cheese and they have a very nice selection of fine cheeses to choose from.

If I go during the work day I love it here. I can always find great deals along with other goodies I probably don’t need. When I go after work it gets very busy, as do most stores, but I can still get in and out rather quickly. The staff if nice. One lady in particular works getting together pick up items and in the midst finds time to point me in the right direction for something. I love that she knows what aisle number things are on! It’s helps us both rather quickly. I’m so glad I found this location.I do wonder what other Kroger thing they’re building on the corner.

The litte elm location is unbelievable unhelpful. Sat on call for 15 min with phone ringing and noone picked up. Finally gave up. Wanted to add potatoes to my online order, which Im attempting one more time after 2 very below average results at the beginning of pandemic (1/2 items the items were not in my order and the produce was very sad).I used to love this store, but this will be the last time unless Im desperate

Beware don’t buy any clothing from this store…they have a policy of not honoring returns of you don’t have a receipt…what a scam…

Very nice store. Better than just a grocery store- they carry clothes, toys, etc. Plus they have a decent clearance section as well. Wish my local Kroger affiliate was as nice as this store.

One of the best grocery stores in the area! Solid employees, and good stock, sometimes its busy, so try to avoid on sunday all day or Saturday evening, but other than those days, go here!

Seems like they are always out of stock of the simple items I look for when I shop. Always have to go to another Kroger.

Idk what has happened to this location they used to be the best now they are the worst !!!!! The store it self has taken out most sugar free or no sugar added products. There are hundreds of thousands of diabetes we depend on these items. Recently I have switched to doing most of my shopping on click list trying to stay safe. The click list staff is constantly swapping sugar free for full sugar items then you have to spend over an hour in line to try and exchange while customers not Wearing masks just walk around like nothings wrong while workers don’t say anything to them.

Awful produce and spoiled seafood. Horrible customer service. After the third time in a row of bad produce I stopped shopping there and have taken my business elsewhere. My husbands final straw was the spoiled seafood. We even spoke with a manager with hopes to resolve but horrible service.

These 4 stars are for Erin in Grocery Pick-Up. She took care of me with empathy, concern, and compassion. I had to come back to the store to exchange an item. I was thinking of all the things I would say when I got there. I didn’t have to say anything however because Erin came to the car ready to make things right. She went above and beyond and earned this honest review. I will keep coming because everyone makes mistakes but not everyone will make the honest attempt to correct it. It wasn’t even her fault but she represented the store well. Thank you Erin!

It is a crazy place later in the day. Customers act like there is not pandemic and they will be on top of you. Best go early morning. The people in this area are uneducated and have bad manners.

This Kroger order pick up is awesome. Hell of a lot better than Walmart for sure. And every time my wife orders from here the staff that we deal with is top notch. Never any hassle from them and they are very polite and they just dealt with our very large thanksgiving order to lol. And one more thing... there sushi is bangin. Love getting sushi from here.

33years of grocery expertise, very confusing layout. Also product stock is unpredictable. Recommend the Kroger off Main St. This location does well in a pinch, but a true grocery enthusiast will be disappointed.

Click list is the worst here. We waited over an hour during our window time as other cars came and went. When I complained, no offer was made to make it right. I will not be back.

Halo It is the grossest ice cream I have ever tasted, it has a weird texture, the taste is only sugar and greasy and, does not contain natural fruits, and the worst high calorie, the worst product, $ 5.00 wasted.

PICK UP ORDERS BEWARE!Ive been ordering my groceries here for pick up for over a year and until the pandemic, things were great. I realize stores are going to be out of things, again due to shortages, but they seem to be out of almost everything when you order online. I dont know if their sub policy has changed or what the deal is, but over half my order was not available the past 3 times Ive ordered, and Im ordering basic items like onions and noodles. I live closer to Tom Thumb and always have to make another trip there to get what I need, so Ive made the decision today to stop wasting time with Kroger and will be giving all of my business to Tom Thumb.Beyond disappointed, but the savings at Kroger are nonexistent when theyre fulfilling less than half of an order and have limitations on virtually everything.

Pick up orders are continually getting worse. Multiple mistakes, missed items, and stating out of stock when actually in stock. Today severely damaged items, and missing items in bags. I have attempted to contact management to resolve and was unable to speak to one after a 30min hold. If you plan on giving them your business, do not use click list!

Deli services some of them are not very nice to customer .they give wrong order .if you told them to change it thye are not very happy & say it is the right order. ..bad service

Horrible pickup experience... My wife placed a pickup order for 8 PM and received a voicemail around 6 PM stating that the order would be ready the next day. Had to call back (waited forever for someone to pick up) and were told that we could pick up any time after 7 AM. The next morning at 8:30 I went to pick up the order as the app said it was ready and was told it would be 20 or 30 minutes. 35 minutes later I called in again and they couldnt tell me how much longer it would be; again the app said the order was ready. The supervisor of the pickup department did call my wife to apologize at 10 and then they brought out the order - - an hour and a half after I got there, 3 hours after we were told it would be ready and 14 hours after it was scheduled.

Dont Use Instacart, im literally missing over $100 worth of items and all they can tell me is that Kroger is not responsible..... I will never shop at Krogers again and I will let every person I know not to do it as well! Worst customer experience ever.... I tried to ask for a phone number and they said theyre not associated with them and have no contact information..... Needless to say Im livid and out $100 of groceries!!

Its pretty concerning that noone there enforces the mask required policy. There were a lot of people there not wearing any face covering at all, including a few employees.

Theres a real lack of safety compliance going on here, aside from the pharmacy. Witnessed employees wearing insufficient masks, wearing masks improperly, and violating social distance guidelines. For my own safety, I wont be shopping here again.

I most often utilize the Click-it option provided at this store. I have never been disappointed. This morning was no exception. In spite of these difficult times, I was greeted by cheerful young man who took the time to smile and chat as he carefully placed my items in my car.

Sign says one price, pump says another. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I wanted to get out of my house earlier because it gets depressing being in the house all day. We needed some stuff from Kroger anyway. I told my husband I wanted to change it up and go to a different Kroger for a change of scenery and to laugh and have fun. He said ok which one. I said let’s go to “Our Kroger” because both used to shop at this Kroger Market place a lot before we actually met. That’s why we call it “Our Kroger” As my husband pushed me up to the register in my wheel chair to checkout, the cashier looked at me and said, long time no see. I had no clue who he was and I asked him if he knew me. He said yes, I always remember my customers faces and that he had worked their for years and remembers I used to shop their all the time. I had no makeup on and looked awful so I was surprised he noticed me at all. I was in shock and told him my story because I’m dying and I’m only 34 with 3 young children, he got so emotional because he truly cared. He had to pause and came around to hold my hands and pray for me and my family. Then he said he was going to cover our groceries and we said no no, we can’t let you do that. Then the woman behind us in line gave the cashier her card and said charge my card. I got it. She paid for our entire grocery bill and then came and hugged me and told me to enjoy my babies while I can. My husband and I couldn’t believe it. There was so much God all over the place in this experience that my husband and I will cherish forever. To the generous woman who paid for our groceries tonight, thank you. To the cashier who had to pause because he was so upset over my truth, thank you for holding my hands and praying over me and my family. All the employees were so kind and helpful. This location will forever be Our Kroger.

Very clean and organized.

Went to the Starbucks a couple of times and had different people. I had thus one girl earlier today not sure of her name but she was really friendly and nice but I went back later that day and this different guy was their that I have had a couple encounters with. they haven’t been so positive. he has a poor attitude. not friendly at all towards me. very rude and disrespectful with his tone. rolls his eyes and things I ask for doesn’t wanna really do his job. he even threw a straw at me. when I was getting me drink he just threw the straw at me. which is so rude because you are a adult and a worker and should have at least enough sense to hand the straw to me. very disappointed and will not be going here again. my cashier was zabrina

This is my favorite grocery store. The staff are always helpful and patient. They almost always have what I need, but when I need something they don’t have they help me find it or order it for me. The “Little Elmers” who work at this Kroger’s are like family. They really care!

Good staff, no issues with the customer service. However, this store is consistently out of stock of key name brands. Additionally, on two separate occasions I have purchased items only to come home and realize they were expired. So it’s either poor inventory management or poor general management as it relates to the most critical aspect of shopping- having what you need, when you need it.

The workers are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t know how to have respect for others. They are very lazy and don’t wanna do anything. Gave me expired ice cream. Wouldn’t let me take it back. On top of that everytime I tried to call about it they lady hung up in my face several times in the middle of me talking and wouldn’t answer. Went up there and they did the same thing. The worker rolled her eyes. Wouldn’t let me talk. Didn’t even wanna do her job. Very disrespectful. Definitely won’t be going back here.

No matter what you need you will find it in Kroger Market. Fresh bread, bakery and a large variety of choices at their deli. There is something for everyone in this store. It is amazing what you can buy and find in this store. Its a grocery and a department store all in one. They have a great variety of gifts, clothes and just about anything you might need.

Online shoppers beware. Ive been ordering online for almost 2 years and this is by far the worst location for getting groceries. Produce is usually not fresh or squashed because of bagging. Meat either expires same day or next day when I receive it. Several times Ive had to go in the store to get an item they claim is out of stock, only to find it on the shelf. Waste of time. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Finally found it by calling customer service somewhere hidden on the corner. After checkin online and 10 min wait I decided to call and no one answered 3 times in a row.At the end going home without my order. Extremely disappointed and cant believe this happened.

The bad guy with bad services on here. He threw me the straw first and then slipped the cofee I ordered with a very impolite attitude. I was angry and felt really unfair, so put both: coffee cup and straw in the trash. I chose this service to have a relaxing morning for the holidays, but I regret coming here, paying $ 5.14 and bringing nothing but very upset

I go here for lunch sometimes, and its always good food. If only Id ever get acknowledge when standing at the deli/bistro area Id come more often but seems like the workers make a point to turn their backs to you and try and ignore you, then act like you are asking the world of them when they have to take .5 seconds to stop what they are doing to put your chicken inside a container. I am sure they waste a lot of food every day because of this so I hope this review brings it to the manager/owners attention. Good food, extremely rude customer service. Today I stood there for 10 minutes,and ultimately had to put my salad back so that I could buy sushi at starbucks. Oh and they never ring you up, they just rudely tell you to check out at starbucks as if it doesnt only take 2 minutes.

Ive never shopped at a store that was this badly unorganized before. Seemed like you could never find anyone to help either. Nothing was stocked and when I needed something cut for me in the meat market is was close at 7pm on a Sunday. I typically really enjoy my experience at Kroger but this one wasnt at all.

Very busy and lots going on with this place. It seemed well stocked, clean and accessible. I went in for some teas and found them where youd expect by the coffee. ADDITIONALLY, they have a natural/organic section and they had plenty more to choose from all well organized and displayed. First time visiting this place and was nicely surprised.

Still my favorite Kroger EVER!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always very welcoming. Its conveniently located and provides a marketplace with clothes, shoes, socks, accessories, housewares, decor, laundry section, automotive section, and bathroom section. The bathroom section provides towels, toothbrush holders, soap dishes, trash cans and many other items. There is a place to help you get your house organized and a huge pet aisle. They have a Fred Meyer jeweler and I havent visited it but, it looks very nice and its very convenient. This Kroger also provides a sushi bar and a mimosa station across from the in-store Starbucks. We get our prescriptions filled there and the pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful.

Don’t buy from the prepared food section. The chicken noodle soup is gross and bitter. I don’t know if they use old celery or bad seasoning but it made the soup taste bitter. It used to be good but after giving them several chances I think they don’t care about quality. The tortilla from their bakery wasn’t fresh, was dry and stiff. The pre-cut fruits in containers get old and mushy fast. The whole strawberries get moldy within 2 days. The mangoes looked fine on the outside but on the inside they had black spots all over. They only have two brands of whole chicken in sticky plastic. No fresh whole chicken in the meat counter. They cannot even compete with the high quality and low prices of HEB or Central Market. Most of the staff are friendly but just don’t go to Customer Service if you need help. I purchased items from a discount bin but it rang up wrong at the register. I went to Customer Service and the employee told me she doesn’t know anything. How does that help me? If she doesn’t know anything then why is she working there? Talking to a rock would have been more productive. Don’t bother using the website to order for pickup or delivery. A waste of time! The website is super glitchy and it won’t allow payment to be added at checkout. I received an email that offered free delivery for a first time delivery, but there’s no option to add that. Delivery is $10. I had to walk around the store 10 times before I can find anything. Every time I look for mangoes it’s in a different spot. The employee didn’t even know where it was. Or if I’m looking for nuts it’s in 3 different spots. Self checkout is supposed to be fast, but apparently not here. The self checkout always seems to need help from an employee, because it doesn’t like that I scanned a water bottle and didn’t put it in a bag, or the item was too light so it couldn’t detect any weight. They also started charging fifty cents to take cash out.

The shopping cart sanitation is a joke. Having everyone squirt their cart with the same spray bottle is pointless.

Can I give no stars?? Customer service is horrible. The pharmacy is great, but the Kroger itself needs help. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone and then was hung up on by the person who finally answered because she thought my question was stupid.I just wanted to know if the water was working before we drove our bottles up there! Not happy.

Brand new location, well stocked, ample parking and fast check-out lanes. This is a Marketplace location, meaning they offer more than the traditional grocery store. Additional offerings include housewares, clothing, garden items and more. Nice to have a convenient location this far north.

This is my go to place for groceries. Everyone is so helpful, even if you are looking for decorative things, they will work to get you what you need and at the best price. I didnt get the names of the ladies that went out of their way to help me last week(I am pretty sure one of them was on her break, but jumped right in), but they were so great and cheerful. Thank again!

Store is clean, associates friendly & helpful and I love their bakery section. It would be great if the dairy deli could match the surrounding cities. I have to go there to get what they dont provide.

Very friendly employees, well kept store. Easy to find help from staff. Excellent check out speed, plenty of open lines and self checkout stations. The grab and go deli products are very handy, along with the sushi setup.

I have been going to Kroger for 15 Years I have always recommended other to go to Kroger, however for the first time ever I used their pharmacy in Little Elm . My son came down with the flu 2 weeks prior and I filled my prescription at walgreens for $8.00. Kroger told me it was $58.00. Taking advantage of people and charging $50.00 is crazy and I will never go back to Kroger .

Awful customer service from a Rude Manager. The cashier did not know how to input my E gift card for purchase. He called the Key person on duty; and she told me Kroger does not accept E gift card [which is hard to believe since Kroger sells gift cards]. The cashier was never told Kroger doesnt accept gift cards; in fact Key person tried inputting card and then stated Kroger doesnt accept E gift cards. This was suspicious so I requested to speak with manager. Manager came and was very rude, he did not greet me or ask what was the issue. He just stood there looking at me, so I started speaking and explained I had an e gift card. He immediately stated He was not going to lose his job for accepting a gift card. He was very rude, unaccommodating, and offered no refer to store policy. I mentioned that I wasnt looking for anyone to lose their job but to utilize the gift card. He restated Kroger doesnt accept E gift cards and walked off. At this point, I asked for my paper coupons returned and left store. This occurred last night around 815ish pm. I was further told the Manager was not the store manager whose name is Francisco. This was utterly frustrating, disappointing and a waste of my time and energy.

They have a pretty good selection of organic food, and I like the people who work there. But I am often concerned with the way they treat the employees. I go here because its close not for the best customer service available.

Helpful and great staff, but...1- Shopping right before lunchtime and having only one lane open with 4 customers waiting their turns, leaving other to use the self checkout option is a big no-no for a store like Kroger.2- Some fruits and vegetables got mold within 24 hours of purchase and it happened 3 times in a row.3- Products selection is limited compared to other national chains, even on basic items.Bottom line, Im going to Aldi across the street, at least, Im not overpaying to feed corporate greed...

This Kroger is actually big enough to have a great selection in groceries as well as the clothing and household goods they have started to carry. A lot of the new krogers are still the same size but they cut back on selections in groceries to make room for the clothing etc. Not a good experience

My employer ordered 13 sheet cakes for the holidays for our employees. Not only were they ready on time, but they looked amazing as well. Cake delivery = happy employees

Dear Kroger,I like your store, or at least I used to. I even worked as a bag boy at Kroger back where I grew up. I was excited when I moved to Little Elm to have a big new Signature Kroger store down the street.Times have changed.When you first built the store I was impressed by the wide aisles and the friendly staff. But now every time I go to the the store I can barely move around.Between the store pick up buggies, the in aisle displays, and the pallets of unstocked items littering the aisles I feel like I need to be a Ninja Warrior to navigate your store.Please hire more stockers, dont put pallets in your aisles, find some other way to display your merchandise, and train your pick up buggie employees to not park their giant carts diagonally across the aisles.Sincerly,Cliff

Im still learning where everything is after the remodel. But I like the new layout. The deli section has some good options and the sushi is pretty good.

This is my home Kroger. Great store. Always has what I am looking for. Can usually get in and out pretty quickly. Wine and beer selection is pretty stellar.

I used to absolutely love this Kroger when I first moved to Little Elm, but it has gone downhill fairly quickly. While the employees are still nice and friendly (especially the cashiers and deli counter associates) - the produce section looks as though they are selling last years harvest. Previously, most of the produce was kept cool, but they then decided to put 75% of the produce in bins which has caused an influx of gnats and rotten produce. I only go to this location now if I absolutely dont have time to go elsewhere or if Ive already picked up my produce elsewhere.
