Best Customer service I have received.

Came in for a chicken sandwich unfortunately they didnt have any so i ended up grabbing something else other than that it was a good experience

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dirty store selling expired food. The lady that sits behind counter during the day is very rude. I witnessed her yelling at a teenager over a soda that made her start to cry and ran out of the store.

Worked the night shift here. Owner is very rude and doesnt know how to treat people. He then calls at a time he knows Ill be sleeping to tell me at the last minute not to come to work because he wont need me for a while since his old employee came back. I asked if he could just lay me off so that I can collect unemployment and he hung up and blocked me. This man doesnt deserve to run anything. He does this during a pandemic knowing how young I am living on my own.

Always stop by this 7-11 on my way home. The worse customer service. Always out of popular brand of cigarettes. When asked when are they going get them in the clerk always answers we dont have it.

Why is this able to be a Corporate 711 and not sell cigarettes or tobacco products somethings gotta give.

Poor attitude towards customers. Poor selection. The place is unsanitary and theres bugs behind the slurpee machine and flies flying around. The coffee is watered down, and they have the poorest selection of coffee I have seen in any store. They mix expired candy bars with new shipments, and pawn it off to the customer.Food is often undercooked, or has been sitting out for days and tastes like rubber.I picked up a magazine and was flipping through it while my sister was getting a coffee, and she had the nerve to say This is not a library. Either you buy or you go After spending hundreds of dollars at her store, she had the nerve to come at me with that line? We left and never came back. The heffer is so lazy, she doesnt even get off her chair when she is serving customers. Good riddance, When will 7 11 take this store back and kick them out ?

This is the 7-Eleven with the worst customer service. If u have a preference in food, they will ended up giving u what they want. If u ask for something, they will give u attitude. Specially the fat Indian lady always in a bad mood.

Great place to get drinks snacks and food, has everything you need, friendly staff and clean

Rude and arrogant. Could not care any less about customers. Their eyes go right to your wallet. You could drop dead in the store and im not certain theyd would even notice, except if your money fell out of your pocket.Slurpee machines are disgusting and more often broken than functional.Dont bother calling them, theyll just hang up on you.At the other convenience store on Main by our high school they actually greet you like a fellow human.
