T-mobile required me to buy a new phone after they took over from Sprint. The new phone hasnt worked right since I got it. I have visited this store numerous times since. The best they would do is to turn off the 5G on the phone. Works better, but still not right. They refused to do more, and wont replace the phone.
Went there because my fairly new phone kept randomly shutting off or rebooting. After calling tech support and removing alot of my apps and doing a master reset it was clear it wasnt solving the problem. When I explained my problem to Cory at T-Mobile (where I purchased my phone)he immediately tried to get rid of me saying I should go to Best Buy and they could help me. (?) He then gave me a pamphlet on how to file an insurance claim. When I called insurance they told me I can only file a claim if my phone was damaged. I went back to T Mobile and told them my story again. Cory was there and immediately tried to get rid of me again. He seemed annoyed I was trying to get help. Said they couldnt help me as they are a mom and pop shop. After all that and calling tech again I found out this was a warranty issue and all I needed was an $5 replacement not a $50 insurance claim! All in all they dont want to help you and offer no correct information. I am going to report them to the owners.
These people act like they want to help but they just try to make me buy stuff. Miriam I think was her name she isnt very educated on this stuff I had to ask questions with the answer being a lot of talk about info that doesnt matter. Cody on the other hand is disrespectful when he was on the phone with customer care. Prolonged the situation and was mean to his own customer care people.

Cody was absolutely exceptional, after visiting multiple tmobile stores in one day, he absolutely exceeding my expectations and went above and beyond to address my issues and take care of me as a customer. I will only be coming to this tmobile location due to Codys exceptional customer service.
The two employees in here were very unprofessional and the least bit helpful. I was the only customer in the store and they wouldn’t even give me accurate pricing. While I was trying to look something up with my current provider, they were having a side conversation about someone’s ex-boyfriend. The blasting punk rock didn’t help the situation.
I have unfortunately had a couple of phone issues over the past few months and both times McKenna & Cody were fantastic!! Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable, but they also have such positive attitudes. Thank you for all of your help!!
I love T-Mobile as a service provider. My only complaints with them seems to involve their stores. The staff in most of the stores Ive visited seem to be uninterested in providing good customer service. This store is no exception.I visited this store this last weekend. I quickly got the impression that they just wanted me (and the other customers in the store) to leave as soon as possible. The team seemed more interested in hanging-out with each other and talking with their coworkers than helping their customers.I was looking for a Note20 5G Ultra. They told me that the note was discontinued, which is correct, but in fact T-Mobile still sells them. Someone else approached me and said that they have a one month wait to get any Samsung phones. This was not *entirely* true. A third staff member approached me and said told me that they think they just sold their last one the day before. Nobody actually checked and nobody offered to check nearby T-Mobile stores.I was left with the impression that they really didnt want to help me and the best thing I could do for them was just leave, which I did.Update: The manager (Ish) called and stated that they recently let go of some poor performing staff.
Ish the manager lied to my wife and I about our equipment costs and their promotions. Was told multiple times that our bill would remain the same with the smart watch promotion but low and behold our bill came and it was over a hundred dollars more expensive. We were scammed! Cancelled our service and went elsewhere.
I cant thank manager Ish and his team enough for all they did for us. We recently ported 6 lines over from Verizon and this team made it a fantastic experience! Not only did they upgrade 5 of our 6 phones to an amazing plan for a minimal cost, they went to great lengths to walk us through the process and ensure any questions we had were answered completely. Ish, McKenna and Cody did an amazing job getting all our info transferred over and our phones set up, and couldnt have been more professional and engaging. Plus, switching over to TMobile will save us over $100 per month on a completely unlimited plan - a huge bonus for us!Definitely recommend this team for handling your complex cellular needs!
Ruby was very helpful with helping my whole family get our new phones set up! She was very patient and did a great job relaying information to us. Overall really great service!

My brand new phone froze up while dealing with a personal medical emergency. I tried everything possible to no avail. I immediately took the phone in. Ruby and Jennifer listened to me. They understood that I needed this phone for my medical issues and they went above and beyond. And though they werent able to resolve the issue, they got me to the people that did. They were amazing and compassionate and kept me from having a break down. Ruby and Jennifer are the epitome of great customer service. Thank you both so much!

Do not go here, do not make the same mistake I did. Two visits to the store in a week with two bad experiences. They are an authorized dealer and not a corporate store. That means they will not honor what T-Mobile says nor do anything that does not generate revenue. So if you have a problem, they will not solve it. The employees WILL NOT tell you why they cannot solve the problem but they WILL give you attitude, show their ego, and tell you its not their fault when they cannot fix a problem that a corporate T-Mobile store can solve. The employees have a very lackadaisical approach and are unprofessional when dealing with customers.In comparison, I went to the T-Mobile store the following day on Wadsworth and Crestline. They took care of my problem within 5 minutes using empathy and humor.Side note: Most of their employees were not properly wearing masks and multiple employees took off their masks when talking to each other while I was in the store.
Swapping phones from Verizon to t mobile took over 2 hours. The staff were each helping 2-3 people at a time and their help to guide the phone transfer was never timely. If a new customer came they were helped before us and in the end the new phone didn’t activate properly. Will call apple to see if they can fix it but the phone didn’t work when we left the store

Came in here to use the 360 protection I have on my watches screen protector cause it cracked and the manger said oh sorry we don’t have those any more and I ask him well can you do the one you do have in stock seance I have the protection and I’m paying for it. And he tells me no sorry you will have to buy the new one and then you will have the protection. This was my main store with the old Management and team cause they were friendly and very nice. But this new manger has just lost my businesses for good.
So my best friend has been going through T Mobile for a couple years and I was going through sprint. I needed to get a new phone and she took me to her T mobile store and they helped me so much. Thank you so much Daniel and Ana for answering all my questions and helping me get into a better plan then I had before. You guys were so amazing and I’m so grateful. So in love with my new phone!
Every time I have come to the Mineral T-Mobile store I get excellent assistance. Yesterday I came in and Daniel went way above and beyond to help me get the best plan and phones for our family. His patience was amazing, he never rushed us with all our questions and made sure we were totally set up before we left the store. He offered to have us come back to get my other son set up. Definitely the store to come to for friendly excellent help!
Mirna and Diego were GREAT! In the past, switching carriers has been confusing and frustrating. This team made everything simple to understand and solidified our decision to join T-Mobile. Even after signing up, where there was a service interruption due to an error on the system that had nothing to do with the store, we returned and Mirna was able to fix it within minutes and get us back up and running. Thank you for such an amazing experience and an awesome start to our T-Mobile relationship!

Best experience I’ve ever had at any T Mobile. Walking into the store I was greeted by Nikol with a great smile and the warmest eyes. Diego was phenomenal!! He was given the run around with calling customer service but he kept a smile on the whole time on fixing my problem. Both Nikol and Diego were outstanding!
We came here because the lying salesperson at Highlands Ranch T mobile would not exchange our brand new unopened phones for different colors. This store was very helpful and accommodating even though the original purchase wasnt here. Ana helped us out and she was super patient and great. She help us do our switch from old to new which took some work and time. They completely earned our business!
Ive consistently had good experiences at this T-Mobile store. I like that it is rarely crowded. When I last chose to upgrade my phone, I spent more than an hour interacting with the display models deciding what I wanted. The employees checked with me consistently to see if I had any questions, but also gave me space to make my own evaluations and decision.
Walked in for help on my phone Daniel and Mirna were extremely knowledgeable, and are the best mobile experts to talk to for assistance. Would definitely reccomend and will be back for future help! They are amazing and patient!!!

After waiting 30 minutes just to be acknowledged, the first word out of their mouth was “no” before I had a chance to fully explain the situation, which was that after being screwed repeatedly I had been PROMISED a refund in certain terms by T-Mobile’s Twitter if I went into the store. They immediately refused and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. Manager was useless. The entire staff that was there November 21 afternoon is absolute garbage and should be replaced immediately.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and did everything we needed very proficiently. He was one of the best TMobile representatives I have ever worked with. Me and my husband were both very impressed with his costomer service. I will go back to this tmobile for any future questions or purchases just to make sure Daniel is the one helping us!

Unfortunately after promising that I get a bill credit for my Pixel phone, the employees there could not get it done. I have been in six times and been promised that it was taken care of. Having worked in wireless, I know false promises and how to avoid them. Theyve got to do better.

Waheed and Daniel were super awesome with getting my new service set up. They were very friendly, full of knowledge and awesome tips and tricks for my phone.Edit I was told I would recieve a $25 dollar credit for this good Google review. Three months later after multiple calls to the store, including a trip to the store, to receive said credit on my bill. I was promised a manger would be in touch to speak with me have not heard anything yet that was yesterday. I call and speak to another manger who knows nothing about this and basically cant so anything. All in all this is the first time Ive actually found a manager to be working there, then I find out they didnt call me as promised they just applied a 10 dollar credit to nexts months bill.What a joke

Went in to get my moms phone jumped but she had cracked it so they said that she had to call the insurance and do a deferred claim so we call the insurance and the lady tells us you can jump just go to the store so we tell the guy at the store and hes like yeah they shouldve sent you an email so show me and we can definitely do that then this other guy who was there and had nothing to do with it says no she cannot do that we have to have the serial number on the new one to do that and we were like theyre not sending a new one thats what the lady just said (which is what they did when I broke mine, just told me to go to the shop and trade it ) the guy said there was no way that they did that Ive never even heard of that and basically called me a liar so we left. Then I called back to find out his name and he answered and was like o oh where just in here right. There was just a misunderstanding and we can do it. No apology, nothing. We went to the one at south Glenn and they did it in a heart beat. The guy at the new store was awesome and the guy that originally helped us was super nice and was trying to help but the guy that jumped in who had no business jumping in was so rude. Well definitely keep giving our business to the south Glenn store theyre always so helpful

Staff is not good. Gave me a iPhone charger for a Samsung phone and would not swap me out for a Samsung. The people are very shady, dont tell prices unless you ask and then no one seems to know for sure.

This place is ridiculous, we went in after work because my moms phone just turned off and wouldnt turn back on and they told us we had to pay 50 to get a trash phone to borrow till they shipped us a new one in 2 weeks and he was very rude and didnt even try and fix the batteries.. he told us that the phone (we got 4 months ago) would break in the cold. and thats why it wasnt turning on. and we told him it was sitting on her desk INSIDE all day and the only time we were outside was to get into the car and the phone broke while inside the store. so do not go there they are horrible customer service and VERY rude.
My local T-mobile is so rocking. Came to Jump Upgrade my old Samsung Prime, came here and Birar was simply amazing. Informative, helpful, and friendly I chose the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge in silver. I picked also a case Tech 21, screen protector, and wireless charging station. All put on my monthly T-mobile bill, they switch youre information for you, everything. Quick and friendly anyone you get at this location will definitely treat you right. Ask for Birar though because hes such a great customer representative for T-mobile.
