I hate to leave a bad review but this Starbucks in particular does not have consistency. Last week I got a coffee that was cold and this week I got a coffee that literally tastes like it has blood in it it taste like iron! Its so bad I took one sip threw it away went to the Starbucks at Riverpoint and got a perfect cup of coffee Im never going back there

The workers here are golden. Angels really. All of them have always been super respectful, hard working and sweet to me. The girl with the curly hair and glasses is obviously a hard worker. She connects with customers on a personal basis. Same with the guy with reddish hair. Give them a raise!!

This is a great Starbucks location. The Baristas are friendly and genuinely happy to see you! If there happens to be a problem with your order (rare), theyre wonderful about fixing it. Love these guys and gals!

This Starbucks has poetry readings . Not officially, but if you start reading poems on the patio and dont bug anyone they dont stop you. Great staff!!!

Nice space with lots of room

My Dark coffee was lukewarm and My wifes blonde coffee was also lukewarm and tasted weak. I come to this store all the time. I was shocked by the poor quality.

Every time I drive through and in my Uber order a couple days ago, they mess up my order.One of the items a large/venti frap gave us a small. It even said venti on the cup receipt yet they got it wrong What’s up with you guys. You never get my orders right

Great baristas. Great store. As a fellow barista I give them four stars for their service. Sometimes when I order drinks with syrup they do not mix them.

For faster service you will need to go the drive -through route. Even if there are 20 cars in the drive-through line it will be faster than entering the building.

They are always friendly and get my drink right!I mobile order and they are always welcoming and go out of there way to say hi and acknowledge me.

Usually I like this starbucks, employees are very nice. I order the same drink everytime but today they charged me a dollar extra for the same thing and told me that theres an extra charge for the sweet cream foam on top. Everytime I order a nitro cold brew with sweet cream foam its been 5.30$. She charged me $6.30. Unhappy about this

Took over 15 minutes to make one frappuccino. Will not be visiting this location again way too long when youre on a schedule

I asked for and paid extra for extra carmel in my cup and did not get hardly any.

Hopefully this is the right location. I was in town for a business meeting and I received excellent service from Katelyn (maybe wrong spelling.) She talked to all the guests when they picked up orders. I came in two days in a row and she remembered me. Fantastic customer service. When I return, i will be coming to this location.

My favorite Starbucks crew in the state of Colorado. Always friendly, always on the spot. They know the craft enough to make good recommendations when whatever youre seeking isnt in the standard Starbucks book. Ive been consistently and pleasantly surprised by the results when I just ask them to make me something delicious.

Staff knows me by name although I haven’t been in there for 2-4 months. Always nice to see the same people especially the curvy brunette with glasses and dimples! Whew! I come in there probably twice a month now just to see her. Coffee is expensive (of course), that’s why I stick to the espresso’s. 😁

Says they close at 8:30p. Got there at 8:15p and the man behind the counter said he was closed. Please update the hours or inform your employees of the correct closing time.Sunday June 9th, 8:15pm

Friendly service, but they have no high chairs or booster seats and I have been in there about 10 times and not once were the bathrooms anything but filthy.

Staff was extremely rude when asked a question about how a particular drink was prepared. Drink was good

Wonderfully friendly staff! I came in to buy gifts for some nursing staff. One of the baristas was very helpful with packaging the gifts.

I stop almost every morning on my way to work. I have made comments many times to whoever may be at the window about how wonderful the service is and how friendly and perky they are in the morning. This morning was completely different and threw me off guard. First the lady who took my order at the drive thru was very short on the speaker no usual chippery voice or anything. I then get to the window to pay and I thought she was over all rude. She grabbed my card out of my fast and very rude like, no eye contact, or anything. Just over all extremely poor customer service. I did catch her name as her apron read Kiera. I’ve never experienced such rude and poor customer service at this location like I did this morning. Very disappointing.

Ive actually never been to this Starbucks, cuz Im not a big fan of them in general. But Google maps insists I have because Ive parked in the parking lot to go to King Soopers. So heres a 4-star freebie. Why not?

Love my home town Starbucks. I just cant go anywhere else. They know me by name and drink. They are all so l very nice and have such a pleasant vibe, that makes coming into tha tStarbucks comfortable. Its always clean and everyone just seems to be happy. Best place in Littleton!

Google hours are wrong. This location closes at 8:00p Monday-Thursday and again on Saturday. Friday closes at 9:00p, and Sunday closes at 7:00p. The employees there told me about it, and told me they feel bad about the hours being incorrect on google and have tried to fix them, but can’t do much about it just to inform corporate and google about the mistake! Hope this clears things up for everyone!

Dont know the difference between a regular macchiato and a caramel macchiato. Would have ordered a cup of sugar if thats what I was looking for. And thats how you tell he difference between a Starbucks that really knows coffee and one that doesnt.Also forgot about the simple drip coffee I ordered.

These guys are awesome. The tall bald guy in the glasses always has my drink rung up on his register when I walk in and is pleasant with me.

I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the baristas. They were greeting regulars by name which brings a genuine feel to corporate coffee.

I came here to use the WiFi and have a latte . But the WiFi wasn’t working at all . Asked if they could reboot it or something. But she said she couldn’t and that’s just how bad the WiFi is . My coffee tasted like straight syrup. Disappointed

Tied for my fave STAR in the Denver region (w/Broadway & Bates in Englewood) with one exception. They have one huge black male as a barista there who apparently has some self-esteem issues because he treats black customers like dirt. Screwing up orders, etcAvoid him, especially if youre a person of color, and and youll have a great STAR experience.

Got to love Starbucks in the morning or anytime is the right time for a hot Carmel Machioto with 4 extra shots of Expresso, will really give your morning the boost it needs but as an ex tweeker. Anytime is the right time for an extra booooooost lol
