Dr. Silver has been fabulous. She takes the time to explain my results, compare prior years images, and remind me of eye health issues I can run into with having a higher contact prescription. Edgar was super friendly and professional as well checking me in and starting my eye imaging. The staff at LensCrafters was amazing in helping me understand my benefits and ordering my first pair of transition lenses! Very excited for my glasses 👓

I had an awesome interaction with a gentleman named Nolan when I came into this LensCrafters. He was able to pick me out frames that I actually like for once! Not only that, I bought new frames for both of my sunglasses and got my old glasses updated too! I was concerned when my prescription changed significantly because I’m only in my 30s but Nolan actually reassured me that eyes change all the time and explained some of the common science behind it which gave me a big relief! I definitely recommend Nolan and this location!

I will never go anywhere else for my eyeglass needs. I am not a spring chicken and I have moved a lot so I have tried a fair share of places. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Nolan was very knowledgeable about what frames would suit my face shape. He listened to what I wanted and I was able to find the one on the second pair he suggested! He also gave his honest opinion. Not only that, he molded my old pair of glasses so that they fit better than they ever have. He is wicked good at his job. My husband also agreed that he was amazing as he watched the magic unfold. You simply cannot go wrong with his help. I am telling you, you will not regret getting frames from here. If I moved two hours away, I would still drive here to get my frames. If I moved out of state and only came back to Colorado once every two years to visit my family, I would still come here for glasses.

I went here for my annual eye exam, which I had not had since 2017. The team was very professional and kind. I did pay the extra $35 for imaging as I was attending a dinner that night and wanted to opt out of dilation. I have to knock off a star because I didn’t make it into the exam until almost 45 minutes after my appointment time. BUT Dr Kori Silver was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

Same like the last person’s review! My daughter place the order for her contact lenses trials! They told her few weeks! It had been few months! She came back after few weeks expecting to pick them up but they told her it will took longer! Another two weeks when by I came in with her it took them 45 minutes to gave us an answer! They told us Lenses will arrive in three days! Couple weeks went by we stop in today because she need them before school starts next week! They told me they have no ideas of the lense been ordered! This date in age with the advanced technology how would they not known when the products been ordered or not! I totally understand the delay of production with this Covid Era! But don’t keep on telling to keep coming back and wasting our time! I have been working in the service industry for 35 years and I thought I seen it all but this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 50 years of life!!! If you don’t have to come here please don’t!! There’s a lot other places in the Mall that for sure have better service!

I have poor vision and Dr. Silver has expertly guided me for several years. The testing is fast and easy and provides their team with great info in analyzing the health of my eyes and recommending the next steps as I age. I highly recommend Dr. Silver and her team.

Came in because my frames broke. Nolan was able to assist me right away and he did everything he could to try to fix my frames. Unfortunately, they weren’t fixable; however, Nolan provided absolutely amazing service and was able to help me find a new frame at a low cost in replacement for my current frames. Nolan took care of all of my needs and made me feel important. Because of Nolan, I will be handling all of my eyewear needs through LensCrafters.

3 1/2 weeks, no glasses. No return calls, no promise date. Would not recommend at all.Finally a Phone call after I posted (Coincidence?). No new promise date, just an offer of $50 off the bill but no timeline for the glasses. And Im supposed to fill out some dumb form? What part of this dont you people understand? Im calling other places tomorrow.4 weeks tomorrow since I placed the order. Still no promise date. No return calls.Called again today, 5 August. No update. They claim they cant talk to anyone at the lab? Going on 6 weeks now!!Went to Target Optical. Got them in 7 days!! Wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy.

This was my follow up visit. Dr. Silver was very genuine asking how the contacts were going, she tested my eyes and made an adjustment that I had ask for. The adjustment was perfect! I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and how she cares for her patients. You may not expect this in a mall store, I challenge you to visit Dr. Silver at LensCrafters at SW plaza mall to see for yourself..

They went above and beyond and got my daughter the glasses she needed same day! We worked with Nolan and he did a fantastic job of making sure everything fit and worked properly for my daughter and was patient and friendly the entire time! I broke my glasses earlier in the week and was having difficulty finding a place to get my eyes checked and some new frames. This lens crafters actually has an office attached which was very convenient. After having the eye exam I was assisted by Nolan. 10 out of 10 customer service all the way!!! Nolan was very knowledgeable in the various types of frames, lens, and, other services offered at the location. The frames were a bit pricey (what do you expect from Oakleys) but ultimately I chose to purchase them because the warranty which apparently crosses state lines. If I was not leaving the state in next few months I would absolutely come here again and recommend it to anyone. Very professional crew! I also saw a review that commented that the female doctor was rude. I disagree. She was very Matter of fact and professional. Doctors arent supposed to sugar coat stuff! Very polite to me. Would also see her again as well.

Had a great experience here. I broke my glasses over two years ago (!!) and was afraid to go back to the eye doctor. After visiting this LensCrafters, I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The entire staff was great, especially Matt G!

Worst vision company I have ever been to. First, they took me in for my eye appointment 30 min later than my appointment time. Then when I go to pay my bill, my total comes out to be $100. After going back & forth asking them why its that amount when my insurance company covers exams 100%, they tell me that they charge $35 for imaging due to Covid right now. No one tells you this at the time of your appointment. Then when going to pay for my glasses, the lady Carol who had an aggressive attitude the entire time and was very condescending, tells me my insurance doesnt cover glasses or contacts. I call my insurance company and they tell me lenscrafters is no in network. Carol then tells me after hearing the insurance agent on the phone saying that lenscrafters is not in network with vsp. This is after 30 min of going back & forth. To top that off, she starts complaining that she cant calculate the price cause shes been working all day and they close at 7. It was then 7:05 and I wanted to tell her its not my fault they took me in for my appointment 30 min late but I didnt say anything as I just wanted to get out of there. Shame cause I really liked the frames I chose but Im taking my service elsewhere. Oh and if you ask Carol to adjust your current eye glasses, her response was i can but if i break them im not responsible . Of the 20 years Ive been going to other vision places and never had a bad experience or even close to the awful one I had here.

Im very upset with this place. I spent over $500 for glasses and bought the insurance. They Assured me that I can get insurance in case lost or stolen. Well I had a bad accident and I come back to report. And they told me that my insurance is not good for anything. They will give you wrong information and you will overspend. Everyone is stuck up and rude. When I went in to get my eyes checked they didnt even do the contacts size. So I lost my glasses and I cant get contacts cause they are lazy. And they work so fast that they dont take care of your tire needs. I give you one star cause thats the lowest possible thing I can give.

Stephanie, who helped me pick out my new glasses was not only patient with my indecisiveness but took the time to give me her honest opinion which was SUPER helpful and honestly is one of the nicest person ive ever met. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new glasses and Im super happy. My Dr. Silver was amazing as well and was super nice! I absolutely will be coming back in the future!!

This LensCrafters is awesome! Everyone there was super Helpful! I had the pleasure of working with Angela who helped me get everything ready before my exam. She made sure I understood what was to expect from my exam and she even made sure to check my insurance! After the exam I met Aaron who helped me pick out some pretty awesome glasses. They talked to me about getting blue light lenses because I’m in front of the computer all the time and guess what they are awesome!

Very simple and easy to purchase glasses here! I went in with my prescription. Found Ray-Ban for a very very good price. The price for my glasses and lenses were at a great price and simply loved it! Got my glasses in less than 24 hours! I totally recommend it here. Everyone was amazing, super nice, and friendly.

I’m a 40 year old Colombian man who has horrible eye sight. I hate going to the eye doctor. These people make me smile .. they have great customer service and the cheapest & nicest shades.

Matt is the MOST unprofessional, condescending associate at LensCrafters. Doesn’t care about customer service or the customer! If I could give a negative rating I would!! Have been a customer at that particular LensCrafters for 20 plus years and will never set foot in that establishment ever again!! Rochelle tried to apologize for his behavior so I give her 5 stars for trying to rectify a horrible experience with a coworker. Avoid this establishment or at least Matt!!!!

Terrible customer service! I went to Lenscrafters because I thought that going to a chain would mean I would get my glasses in a short amount of time.They told me that the glasses I ordered would arrive in about 7-10 days.I finally got them just short of three weeks well past the estimated time they gave me. I am very disappointed that they dont have the courtesy to reach out to customers if they expect product to arrive well after their estimated time. At the very least, an apology would have been appreciated.

I have shopped with this store since they opened in Southwest Plaza and have always been happy with their product, help and service. On May 10, 2017, I dropped off my prescriptions and one pair of glasses which I picked up that afternoon, only to find my older L.C. frames might be falling apart and received a complimentary matching frames that they still had in stock, probably wearing my USAF Vet hat might have helped, thank you anyway. I probably would not have written this review but when axcessing my cell phone to call and see if my new lenses were ready I spotted a very negative review that appeared to be a personal vendetta against two employee’s and the manager. Oh by the way Michael was the associate that helped me and I was not aware he was the manager.

I find it incredible that this store has 4.2/5 stars. When I was shopping today may 1st about 2pm, I witnessed an associate named Angela talk down to another employee. The employee asked Hows your day going? The rude associate Angela replied, (sigh) if you have nothing to talk to me about work dont talk to me at all. This was witnessed by several other customers and I. We were literally in awe, jaws dropped. I was so appalled at the behavior of this asscociate especially during business hours and in front of shopping customers. I called the manger and he told me thats why shes cleaning glasses. I was even more astounded of the store mangers reply. He knew this happened and allowed her to stay anyway making employees and other customers uncomfortable. The managers name is apparently Michael. How he still had a management position is incredible to me. How he didnt send that disrespectful lady home is incredible to me. Im reporting this to HR. Lens Crafters will no longer have my business. If I couldve rated this store 0 stars I wouldve .

Kinda expensive but I will go back

This store ended me doing business with lenscrafters again. Very corporate run and its obvious, and not really a good thing in my opinion. First off, I went in 3 hrs before close on a weeknight, and was told that all the doctors had left. I was coming in because my previous glasses I bought from them had finally broke. It wasnt no more appointments, it was the doctors had left. What are you doing open 3+ hrs with no doctor. Not a huge deal so I set an appointment and come back the in a few days (a Sunday). I went in again to the same lady who helped me the 1st time...always rude, and got checked in for my appt. Doctor was nice and professional, and I went to pick out my glasses. The tech who helped me with that was very nice, however, yet again, its a weekend and we dont have the people here to fit the lenses. At this point im upset, i shouldve been told this especially since im a returning customer whos glasses are held together with tape. Finally another day or two, and my 3rd trip, I finally get my glasses.That was in march 18, its now november and my glasses broke. Caling trying to get help and they dont care because I didnt buy the warranty (which i understand) but what i really dont get is that they couldnt assist with contacts with my prescription on file. My old family doctor helped out in so many ways and never hassled. Not only is there a problem every time I go here or call in, they treat me like dirt when I show the slightest bit of frustration. Good luck. Retail is numbers so the company will be fine, but youve lost a customer and I advise anyone against shopping here. Not that I expect lenscrafters to care
