Such a great and friendly staff! Bailey is the nicest person Ive ever engaged with at a store. Super helpful and friendly. She was running around making sure everyone was taken care of. She knew the best candle scents to mask my stinky apartment!

The employees here are super nice and helpful. They always remind you that theyre there to help without making you feel like theyre stalking you. Also, they know their products. I was searching for a particular scent and there were only two bottles left. They knew right where they were, so I was able to get what I went for.

The staff working when I was there was super helpful for me and my gf. I was there around noon ish and they let us know about the deals and recommendations. Very nice!

Big candle selection, good deals, and rotating scents

Pretty much a guaranteed mall staple. This location is pretty big, with a candle room and a handsoap room attached to the front main room that has the signature fragrance family body care and lots of tables making it difficult to navigate lol. It was pretty crowded today, there was a B3G2 sale on body care, sale on wallflower refills, sale on pocket hand sanis. Theres always a sale on something! Which is great because it can get rather pricy. Got some stuff (body mist, lotion) for my purse, restocked on sanitizer, and got one of the moisturizing body washes - thatll be new, I usually get the shower gels here and I saw this new product line and thought it might be worth a go. Overall good shopping experience. Staff was nice and not overbearing. Got some good deals.

If you like to try different scents for body wash, cream, perfume and hand washes for reasonable prices, then its the right place! They also do have a variety of relaxing and sleep therapy bath salts and lotions which I liked a lot. They are really relaxing !

Written on June 12, 2020 THEY ARE OPEN !!!!Very impressed with this store safety protocol I haven’t ventured out to the mall or any stores besides groceries since corona virus hit so I was a bit apprehensive. But they are going above and beyond at this store!! There is a entry and exit aisle with hand sanitizer and an employee at each side, and a third outside Manning the line and I think also making sure everyone has a mask.. ( yes you might have To wait but your health or your loved ones health is worth it! And the wait wasn’t long) upon entering you grab a bag and place your items inside, the cashier then uses that bag to ring u out. Inside there are employees directing traffic as well as helping patrons find items, There is a cashier line set up that helps maintain the distance between patrons while checking out. The cashiers (4 or 5 cashiers were set up) are behind glass and after each patron another employee not the cashier ( this one is manning the cash out line making sure that patrons are maintaining the distance) cleans down the counter after each checkout before the next patron is allowed to step up to the cashier. I was very very impressed! They were coordinated and worked efficiently and quickly to get people checked out quickly! I’d recommend this place to anyone however if you are elderly or at risk population I’d say go early in the morning near opening because you still have to walk through the mall to get to them and I saw a lot of people walking around with out mask! Though most stores require a mask for entry. And yes they have hand sanitizer though there is a purchase limit I think it might be 8. Way to go B&BW! Thanks for considering your employees and your patrons health and safety appreciate you!!!!!

Great Covid processes in place

Kinda frustrating when we arrived at door to pick up one gift (2 minutes after 6pm) Dec. 23rd. Knew exactly what we wanted. Knocked on door 5 minutes while other shoppers finished shopping. Employee finally came to door to tell us they were closed. We explained we needed 1 thing, told them what it was, and finally they let us in and out to buy it. However it took us 10 minutes to finally get in to buy it in 1 minute. Rude. What ever happened to customer service.

Store was neatly organized and every stuffs were very nice and helpful except one cashier. I dont know her name but I was there around 12:30pm on 12/14/2016. She had blonde long curl hair I beleive. I bought 4 candles and 4 hand soaps so asked her if I can get extra shopping bag because these go to 4different people and she said she cant give bags as extras.. is this true??

Hard to find item

I am disabled. I was treated horribly. The gal threw the bag at me and didn’t even give me a legit receipt. I’m calling the company tomorrow morning. I was absolutely appalled.

The lady at the counter did not accept my coupons from RetailMeNot. I had politely requested repeatedly to give it a try but the lady was very adamant and refused.

When you say you will open at 10am, you should either open or update your voice call!

They added some new frangrences and typically have some sort of sale happening.

This isnt just for women, men can shop here too. It smells really good inside.

Every time I come in here I’m spoken to very rudely. It seems like I can never find an associate if I have a question and if I do find one, they’ll just point in a direction and won’t even show me what I’m looking for. When I brought in a return, the cashier seemed so bothered and annoyed by it. Very short with me and demanding.
