Extremely long wait times for vaccine. I had to wait well over 1.5 hours past my appointment time. And there was an extensive wait for customers showing up for prescriptions. They asked everyone is it mandatory you get your meds tonight?I get the staffing shortage. But appointments are made for a reason...

Photo manager was super helpful and was able to print out my resume when ups was closed so I could make a good impression at my interview early the next morning. Super grateful for the service!

No speaker on drive thru! Staff had to put their head in the drawer to talk. Maybe why the service was so bad! Left without what I needed!

There seems to be an misunderstanding what the drive thru pickup line is. Every time I go to pickup a prescription there is someone in line who didnt place their order. So you wait 30 minutes. Why dont they be more respectful and ask the people not prepared to pull ahead or circle around. Just plan disregard for people who follow the instructions.

The staff at this store is amazing. Terri in the beauty department is always super friendly, informative and helpful. She takes the time to find the perfect products for my skin type. I highly recommend this Walgreens over others!

Usually this Walgreens operates as expected. Nothing too impressive nothing disappointing. Today however Chris and her team in the pharmacy allowed me to sit on hold for 34 minutes. No one touched base to let me know they were busy or anything. Chris even acknowledged that the line was just ringing and ringing. Like seriously?! How do you just let it ring for over a half hour?! All I was trying to do was see if my prescription was ready. It wasn’t and no it’s too late to call my doctor. Thanks for letting me go another day without my meds.

I am a physician, and I have to say the pharmacist here are the rudest I’ve ever encountered! I just got off the phone with them and I’ve never dealt with such a condescending female pharmacist in my life. I wish that we could just provide patient care without her feeling the need to try to talk down to me about what products they have there. How the heck should I know what they order, have in stock, or how much it would cost a patient. Sorry too busy using my brain capacity to help patients make medical decisions and order proper medication for them. I can only imagine how awful she must communicate to patients that are picking up prescriptions to help with their chronic medical problems. It’s completely disgraceful.

The site needs to have the hours updated. Pulled it up before making my way from the foothills &, apparently, theyre not open on Sundays like the site says! Waste of time!

Absolutely terrible store. I have tried calling the pharmacy for assistance multiple times, each time Im put on hold and then immediately disconnected. No way to reach any human personnel. Also, their freezers have been temporarily out of service for months.

Very Judgemental employees, Instead of Helping a customer whos car Wont work, Were Standing inside watching n judging customers coming into the store, Not Very Professional!!!

The first time I went to the pharmacy, the cashier was not knowledge and ignorant on her job. I thought I would give them another chance today to redeem themselves. I will never-ever buy another thing from Walgreens, everywhere even if my life depended on. I would die first. Save me the aggravation. Plus I believe she gave me a placebo, we will find out.

Decent Walgreens but prescriptions very expensive compared to other choices. Walgreen staff should take better care with proper hand hygiene and flu etc. shots.

Employees were not knowledgeable or helpful. Told me they did not have what I needed when in fact they did. I go to Walgreens to save time and had I not found the item it would have taken me half an hour to go elsewhere.

The pharmacists, especially Robin, are very kind and efficient. The store and its management is... not so great. It has a very poor selection of over the counter meds compared to CVS, and the prices are far higher. The hours are also very short, for management seems to like making it as difficult as possible for people to get their meds when they need them.

If you want to be harassed daily by their soliciting calls, this is your pharmacy. Management is rude and will not do as asked when you ask them to stop making these calls. I could hear the smirk on his face when I had to call back to ask them to stop. Harassing customers is not funny!!!!!!!!

Very seldom do they have the prescription I need and am forced to go elsewhere just hard to believe a supermarket pharmacy can carry the prescription but a full pharmacy can’t carry everyday common prescriptions. Disappointed
