My girlfriend loves the lotions and products here, I like the hand soaps

Todays experience here was over the top great. My daughter had her mind on one thing the clerk was immediately helpful and made her day. We found all we wanted and the store smelled amazing as expected. All the staff was very friendly and outstanding customer service.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Plus they have a great semi-annual sale.

My bank account absolutely hates it here. But I compromise and binge their sales. The staff was even kind enough to excuse my clumsiness.

Found it difficult to smell anything through a mask. It made buying lotion frustrating. Cant say I enjoyed my visit. They want you to spray on a card to smell anything, but I dont usually like the sprays. I like to smell the actual lotion. I ended up just picking a few things so we could get out of there. Not planning on going back until this stupid pandemic is over.

Ive been a Bath and Body Works fan (addict, more like it) for years and years. I was in withdrawal while the stores were closed for the pandemic, so Im so excited theyre open again! This location is always clean, very friendly staff, and theyre taking all precautions to keep customers safe while shopping...space to allow for proper distancing, hand sanitizer, limited number allowed inside at one time. Very happy to be shopping here again!

I was shopping for a family member and didnt know exactly what I wanted. The employees are very helpful and know what theyre talking about. If you can overcome the powerful smell, I would recommend! ;)

Ive always been a Bath & Body Works fan. Today I went to the one on Kipling and C470 in Littleton. The staff was great... that right balance of being available to help without feeling like they are looming.Covid-19 wise, they had great signage regarding social distances. Before entering, anti-bacterial gel was available and you could grab a classic Bath & Body Works paper bag. Made shopping easy Anns minimized touching multiple items.

Really like this store. I shop the big semi-annual sales and stock up with all the wonderful smelling, yummy products!

Clean place, nice people, will go back again. Every December for Christmas

The staff here is always polite, friendly and willing to help locate what I am looking for and the store is well-laid out, clean and of course smells amazing (you can even smell it from outside as you approach it!). It is my favorite B&BW location in the city even though there are larger ones available to visit just because of the staff that work there. They almost always have exactly what Im looking for (unless its an online exclusive) so theres no need to visit anywhere else!

Superior customer service from Julia & Jan!! Unfortunately my mom suddenly lost her eyesight in 2008 which has made any form of shopping extremely difficult & challenging. Then my dad has recently battled cancer twice, which has left him with very limited mobility. In the past I was close enough that I could help & take my mom shopping. However I recently moved nearly 1,700 miles away to the east coast. I suggested this store to my parents because I know that walking through a mall is very challenging for them & my dad gets tired easily which results in him being impatient with my mom. At this location they can pull up right in front of the store & easily access it. I was feeling guilty not being able to take my mom shopping now that I live far away. So I called the Manager, Julia, and explained the situation to her & that my parents would be arriving within the hour to shop. She was so thoughtful & considerate. She took the time to ask what items my mom would be shopping for, what scents she liked and even asked what my parents looked like & what names the preferred to answer to. She paid attention to details. After my parents finished shopping there my mom called to thank me for calling ahead. She said that both Julia & Jan were extremely helpful with their shopping. They even got my dad a chair to sit in while waiting. They stuck by her side & described each scent to her & helped her every step of the way! I know how challenging this can be trying to point out the obvious to someone who cant see the obvious. These ladies went above & beyond with exceptional customer service!!! Julia was even nice enough to assist my parents to their car & help carry their bags for them. My mom told me even though this store is further away, they will shop there going forward. I cant thank the amazing staff enough for their kindness & caring!!

Not only did the staff not mind my constant spraying of perfumes in the air, but when I had to check out more than 30 perfumes at the register the cashier was patient and polite. Their products are overall wonderful.
