I have never written a review before, but am so disappointed and grieved over our experience with this company that I want to caution future customers! We were not given the hardware to install our door, despite having proof of purchase. All we were told is that the hardware would be mailed later on. In addition, the door is poor quality and is leaking sap out of one of the joints. The finish seems slapped on and inconsistent. And we had great difficulty getting a hold of anyone with questions about our door. We are now out $700 for a door that we dont even feel we can use. We are so disappointed that we dont even want to put it up.

Im very impressed by not only how good the door looks, but how easy it was to buy, how quickly they built it, and how quickly it got installed. It looks fantastic, especially since we have a funky area, which wouldnt have fit a standard door and door frame.

Use them often to build barn doors for solutions in my home renovation projects across Colorado. I’ve never done the same door twice and always fun to see my ideas come to life! Some of the spaces are super wonky and the team always has good solutions to help make it work.
