Dale just left my rental house, where I thought I had window issues and wanted to see about replacing all of them in-between tenants. Her report was that the windows were in great shape, and theres no need to replace them. She could have sold me windows, but instead, saved me tons of money and was completely honest. I couldnt be happier about this experience and kudos to Dales mother for raising such an honest person!!

Installed Western Wall sliding door for my home builder Creekstone Homes. The door has been defective from the start, from the locking mechanisms to how the door closes to the finish surrounding the door. Front range has had to come out twice, the second time they came out they gave serious attitude. They still haven’t fixed the door. I had the door manufacturer come out as well and their inspection report states the door was installed incorrectly and a construction defect is present. Front Ranges response was “ yeah that happens sometimes and your door is as good as it gets.” I guess my expectations for having a door that closes correctly and locks is too high for Front Range. Creekstone (my builder) said this problem is solely the responsibility of Front Range. If you have a choice avoid this at all costs.

Our builder recommended Front Range. We purchased the Andersen Windows. From the start Dale had an attitude. We had an issue with a missing window and they quickly said it was not their problem. It was more about how they handled it with a take it or leave it attitude. After 2 years I have a warranty issue. They said call Andersen, we just install. Again Dale’s customer service is horrible. I would not recommend them. There are other choices for Andersen windows in Denver area.

Phillip installed 6 sliding glass patio doors. Did a great job. He knows how to install for sure !!

Bought $7500.00 worth of Cascade Windows from Front Range Windows & Doors, this is what the windows look like after 7 years. FRWD refuses to lift a finger with the warranty and Cascade Windows sent me an email telling me to sign a waiver saying that I am responsible to pay for the installation of all the replacement windows, which is not part of the warranty. I deeply regret purchasing windows through Front Range Windows & Doors and deeply regret purchasing Cascade Windows.

Here was my experience trying to utilize them for a full window replacement in my house:1) Decided initial to go with a non-Milgard window. After spending weeks working to finalize that with Front Range Window and Door and getting to the point of signing to move forward, they then told me that window couldnt be utilized in one of my windows because of its measurements. They should have known this early in the process.2) Switched to Milgard windows. Asked for the agreement they would want me to sign so I could review. Sales person acted like I was speaking a foreign language. He had to draft the agreement himself!3) Asked for three references of happy replacement window customers of theirs and the sales person acted like I was asking for something extraordinary. Took weeks to get references. One of the references wasnt a consumer but another contractor.4) Asked them to make two additions to the agreement the sale person drafted, a fairly standard provision to sign a lien waiver upon receipt of full payment (they were using subs to do the install) and a maximum time frame for completion of work. Sales person told me those were OK.5) Signed the agreement and dropped it off. Next day I get a call from the sales person saying he spoke with the owner and they dont want to do the work because they dont feel they can provide me the level of service required.So, after 8 weeks of back and forth Im starting over. Likely for the best... not sure why I worked through so much struggle with them in the first place.Dont waste your time with them... go somewhere else!
