Terrible customer service. Ive never left a place feeling so stupid and disregarded. Ive been to multiple apple stores and have never had an experience like this.. I should have read the reviews before booking my appointment.I spoke with two separate employees. The first person who greeted me at the door was so rude. She interrupted me multiple times in the midst of me trying to explain what I needed help with and was clearly annoyed that I was there. The gentleman who was helping me get my laptop turned on also seemed very annoyed that I was there. He ended up resetting my computer before I even had the chance to tell him I wasnt sure if it was backed up. In the end I walked out of there with more problems than I had at the beginning.
The staff at this store are rude, and unprofessional. We received the cold shoulder right away. We went in they told us we’d need an appointment the girl working reluctantly put us on the list. She told us we’d receive a text and email confirming our appointment. Never received a text or email, we went back 30 minutes early before our appointment a different gentleman also stand-offish didn’t seem to care we never got the confirmation text of our appointment but told us our appointment would be pushed back. Our appointment was at 4:30 we arrived at 4:00pm weren’t helped until 5:15pm only to be told to by a new known. If you have money or not dress to impress to be treated like a human being. Btw apple we went and bought a whole new iPhone just weren’t going to buy it at a store with such horrible customer service. This place is a mess.
FABULOUS SPEEDY service! Stopped by in a panic. iPhone wasn’t charging. Sprint/TMobile stores couldn’t help. Connor saw I was in distress and although they couldn’t replace my battery a few min before closing he offered an alternative of a (returnable) battery pack to tide me over. What a Godsend! I was treated like Royalty. Connor and other employees and even the amazing security guard. What an amazing group!!! FIVE STAR TEAM
Leave it to Apple to make a simple watch band exchange a nightmare. I have a Solo Loop that has started to tear after only a few months of use. I called to see if I needed an appointment to exchange it and I was told no. I drove 20 minutes to the store to be turned away. Since it was within the one year warranty, a Genius Bar technician needed to do the exchange. I was unable to make any of the appointments available for the weekend. Meanwhile, many sales reps were standing around. When you only train a staff member to do one job, it makes it near impossible to give good customer service. All I needed to do was exchange a band. Come on, Apple!
I went in today to buy an iwatch. When I asked for someone to help me they took my name and said someone would meet me at the watch table in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later someone finally came over. They seemed annoyed with me and proceeded to tell me I’d be better off ordering online because they’re sold out of everything. If you want to buy anything, just go to the website. Or find another location. That was the most uncomfortable I have ever been at an Apple store and the worst “service” I have ever received.
Massive disappointment! I’ve made a reservation to buy the newest ones. I showed up and waited for 5-10 minutes before the staff eventually came up to give me the short service by staying “so sorry we don’t have any of them available today. Not a single one that available to purchase. I’ve received a confirmation and reminder email that “don’t forget you have an appointment to buy your iPhone, see you soon etc. I understand if they ran out of stock but they should AT LEAST have a system that to let customers know that they don’t have show up and reschedule or something because there’s no iPhone to buy. What a waste of my time to drive there for half and hour. It’s unfortunately. As much as I love Apple but don’t think I want to support them anymore. The service and how they run it is so unprofessional.
Made an appointment at 3 and still waiting for someone to acknowledge me after I was directed to a table. People are just walking over and hanging out at the table not even caring that I’m sitting there patiently waiting for a tech to show up for my scheduled appointment. Just heard another customer say she has been waiting for a half hour now. Why does she or I have to hunt someone down to ask what’s going on? Extremely poor customer service. Even if you are understaffed or busy, acknowledging those waiting for you is the professional thing to do.
Quick, friendly service. The young lady explained everything and got everything straightened out in 10 min. Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time but a great and dependable (and efficient) store
Too “woke” for me!call ahead to shop because of Covid pre auctions, still wait in line, get chastised to wear a mask… Even though the CDC has said it is not required anymore for fully vaccinated adults, hold your hand through the entire store experience …Will not be shopping here or any Apple store with this same mindset.
They were super quick. I got what I needed very fast and was on my way.
Very friendly staff! Whether making a purchase or returning something they are always very helpful. I also love that this store isn’t as busy as many of the others. Great location!
Friendly, quick service to get an appointment within 15 minutes to explore technical details and pricing for iPhone upgrade. Tayma also had detailed knowledge to help me understand upgrade choices between iPad Pro and MacBook Pro for photography editing purposes. When I left 1/2 hour later I had the knowledge I need for this upgrade cycle, and I have my action list of what I need to do to secure data on my old devices before letting them go. Thanks, Tayma and Apple!
The Genius Bar was so helpful and fixed my phone right away. I am so pleased with the service.
I purchased a new iPhone and picked it up at this store. I asked their help to get my new phone started. After spending half hour, the guy in the store repeat same sequence actions on my new phone and ended up nothing works. They can even get my new phone to its Home Screen. The guy then asked me to remove all my photos on my old : it will speed it up. I asked him if that will lose all my 10 years of photos, he said no. I have iCloud set up but I believe the sync will cause iCloud remove photos as we delete from my phone. He keeps saying it will not lose my photo. I refused to do it. They sent me home without even get my phone started. I did research for half an hour and started my phone in 10 min. When I read that removing photos from my iPhone WILL delete my photos permanently from iCloud and everywhere. I am so upset and call the store manger to complain. Guess what he said, we are not suppose to help you to start your new phone.
Wonderful experience! Rich was incredible kind and helpful, he got my replacement on order and walked me through doing a restore when my new iPad comes in. I made an appointment through the online chat before hand and came in and was helped right away. In and out in under 15 min!
I went to the apple store. I have apple care on my phone. They diagnose the phone and tell me only the screen is broken. Im supposed to pay 29 to get the screen fixed I tell them I want to upgrade the phone. I figure they should add the 29 onto the price of a new phone and take my phone for the trade in. Switch the data...I pay and Im out the door. No. I have to wait almost 3 hours to get the phone fixed then I can trade it in. Could any company be anymore painful to deal with? Where do I complain?
Thanks Chris for helping me out. Truly appreciated. Service like this is what keeps people loyal to the brand.
Had a appointment at 11:55 and by 12:45 phone was fixed. Great turn around time . Awesome help .
We had Alex, he was fantastic, he was so kind and really helped us, if I were the manager I would really consider giving Alex a raise/promotion, he is so kind and helpful! 😁
I have never left a review but I felt like I needed to for this one. My phone died and wouldn’t turn back on. Got off work and showed up the store at 7:45. 15 minutes before closing. They diagnosed within 5 minutes and I left with a new phone. Joel was a great help and very quick helping me.
Looked at my device for exactly 2 minutes. Didn’t address the concern why I was there. Thought they had the immediate answer and wouldn’t budge. I guess he knows more than everybody with his six months of on the job experience. Told me to go to Verizon to get it fixed. I’m going to Verizon, but it will be to replace it with a new Note
Apple support over the phone is very good and they are always helpful. So glad I dont have to drive over there and I can just call their store for help.
So disappointed to watch this location go SO FAR down in service level. Worst Apple experience in over 15 years of working with Apple Aspen Grove as a general and business client. Business team is non-existent!!! Dont wast your time with their manager or business team. Even as general customer their service is awful. Super Sad!
Difficult to find in the plaza and it seems they set certain rules in place so if anything happens you almost always have to buy a new phone
I visited this location on 5/8/21 for an express replacement of my iPhone 12 Pro Max that has had a multitude of issues. This was my third time visiting an Apple Store so before going in, I attempted to call Apple Support to do the Express Replacement. They wanted to charge my card $1,299 to hold funds until they get back my broken phone in the mail. I pay for the express replacement service but that does not matter, they still require the charge to send me a new phone. The supervisor on the phone told me that I would have no hassle saying I wanted to replace it in the store, they are required to do so because I pay for the express replacement service. So I proceeded to the store- the genius bar employee I had at the store was extremely rude to me and acted like I as a customer did not matter. He belittled me saying theres nothing wrong with my phone. I use my phone for a second part time job and it requires the camera, which only functions 3/4 of the time. The other times I have to shut down apps, restart the phone to get it to work. But because he didnt see the issue, he would not replace the phone. There was also a long list of other things going on (hey siri not working, swipe down to search showing a blank screen, and more) I expressed that the Apple Support lied about what services Im permitted which he again belittled me in saying that they did not lie, you CHOSE not to accept their offer of replacement so it was not a lie. Rather than tell me they may have misinformed me, he decided to blatantly point the finger back at me and say it was all my fault. The supervisor on the phone told me explicitly they would replace it HASSLE FREE, which I asked about because I could foresee issues once I got to the store. After I expressed they lied again, the store employee then went to a manager, of which I could hear the entire conversation behind me, and he decided to make me sound like Im trying to cheat them. I have had an iPhone since the first iPhone, and he is accusing me behind me back very loudly of lying. He showed me his device that ran a scan of my phone and it said my phone was working just fine and explained again that he would not be replacing it and I was at fault for not wanting my credit card charged an additional $1,299 for however long for the Express replacement service over the phone. Having held an iPhone for way over ten years I have been to many stores with issues and have always felt they assisted with all of the matters I was having. I am very disappointed in the behavior and how this employee reacts with customers to provide customer service. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I would never be this rude to someone, I would try to find a resolution rather than belittle a customer so they can hear it, he needs some very serious lessons about his demeanor.
Go to best buy. To avoid shopping appointments and store m@$k policies. Keep your Cali BS in Cali.
If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for a screen repair. On my way to the store, I called to ensure that I would get my screen repaired same day, they assured me I would. I arrived for my appointment 12 minutes early. I was told I was not allowed to enter the store (due to COVID protocols which is insane) and would need to wait outside in the pouring rain. I could enter the store at less than 5 minutes to my appointment time. All while the staff stood there talking and joking with maybe 10 people in the store. Finally I was let in and they took 10-15 minutes looking over the phone and running diagnostics to confirm I needed a new screen. They told me I would need to leave my phone overnight due to the time - which was over 35 minutes after I arrived as they would not help me when I arrived.
Horrible experience with terrible customer service. The managers are apparently powerless to correct mistakes the employees make and just make excuses instead of helping the customer. I bought an iPhone 12 with Apple care and the logic board failed after one month. The employee “assisting” us was short and condescending and did not fully explain our options when trying to get the phone fixed. Because of his poor knowledge base and inability to properly communicate what was going on, we had to spend an exorbitant amount of time and effort trying to rectify his mistakes. What should have been as simple as “here’s my broken phone, thank you for my new phone” turned into a nightmare. We will not be returning to this location and may be finished with Apple for good as well.
I have previously only had great experiences with this store. However, I took my phone to a genius bar appointment to get something fixed and was not given adequate information causing 3-4 years of my pictures to be lost(that were supposed to be backed up on iCloud). When I went to the store the lady who spoke with me was rude and dismissive, later when I talked with general apple support(who told me the store did not tell me all the correct things to do) and was transferred back to the store they were completely unwilling to help me solve a problem they had started in the first place. I will not be returning to the store for any sort of service in the future, or any other apple store for that matter. There is no way I can entrust my data or devices to a place that doesnt even know their own products and is not willing to fix a problem they created.
Such a helpful team. From Mikey the security guard, to Joey at the front checking people in. Great experience. Let me return my phone a day late.Joey was extremely helpful. And knowledgeable stepped out of his normal.exoertise to assist the return and executed some key functions to make sure I got the photos from my vacation.Shout out to Topher as well!Good people. Great store. Best product
Drove across town to this location because I’ve previously gotten good service. Got treated rudely at the door by the person checking people in. Did an immediate about face. Not today satan.
Make an appointment re: voice mail greeting. appointment was @ 11:10, about to leave at 11:25 because of a no show on apples part. staff person said id have to go to my carrier. why didnt the person who made the appointment not know apple couldnt help? why did i have to wait 15 minutes later for an appointment only to be told id have to see my carrier!!! the only reason i gave one star was to post it.
I called to make sure they had the model of iphone I needed replaced under warranty. This young punke boy said he could not tell me if they had one in stock. I had to make an appt and Go through the entire process again. I had a case ID and he would not look. I asked him his name and I told him I wanted him to help me when I got to his store. He screamed at me and hung up. I have been dealing with this for a week and just spent 2 hours at the cherry creek location and they told me it could no be repaired it would be replaced for free under warranty. Then I get this punk man child that will not look so I do not drive 40 min to his location and find it is not there. SPOILED SELF ABSORBED BRAT.
I understand the need to make an appointment to reduce large crowds and promote social distancing. However, I had an appointment and purchased a new Mac Book Pro. After the sale I was advised that they couldn’t help with set up and/or help to link my other Apple devices.
Theres absolutely no reason to force people to get temperature checks and have masks while the entire state of Colorado is lifting covid19 restrictions. The appointment nonsense is very unacceptable because it gives the employees an excuse to be lazy rather than giving actual customer service. I waited over 20 minutes outside and an additional 30 minutes inside to be helped by an employee. This is a very liberal woke store that needs a serious revaluation on how they deliver customer service.
Useless. Utterly useless. I come because they sold me a defective iPad, they make me wait a FULL HOUR before checking their stock (which takes 10 seconds), finding out they don’t have a replacement, and essentially telling me I’m out of luck and need to go home and try online. They refuse to help. UTTERLY USELESS. DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.
Turned away when I went to pick up a Phone I ordered online. I made sure I was an authorized user with AT&T but the store was still unable to allow me to pick up my purchase even though it was made on my Apple ID with my credit card. I understand that this may be an AT&T policy but it’s pretty poor customer service from apple store to send a paying customer away with out trying to help complete the purchase.
Great COVID protocols, knowledgeable staff, friendly service.Trade in is super easy and very cost effective if youve taken good care of your devices!
I have no idea why this store is even “open”. I drove down thinking I could ask a simple question I had about charging issues I was having with the $160 AirPods my wife bought me for Christmas. I dutifully waited in line for 10 minutes before the door guard guy wandered down to ask if I was picking something up. I told him no, that I just needed to ask a question on an Apple product I had bought. He informed me I had to make an appointment. I said I just had a question to ask but he said “they don’t have time for that” and I should call an 800 number to make an appointment. I asked what all the other folks in line were waiting for and he said they had appointments. (Great business model to force people to make appointments and still make them stand out in line in the cold.)Their website does not state you have to make an appointment to grace their premises. So again, why is this store open? I recommend going to Amazon and buy Apple compatible equipment (Not the Apple name brand) without an appointment or the attitude from the Apple “geniuses”.
Dont buy apple products from their retail stores. The will make everything 200% harder.
So my AirPod pros randomly stopped working, it just stopped charging for no reason, they’re less than 5 months old. But I purchase the $60-$70 dollar AppleCare plan so all I have to do is go in and replace the headphones right...? Wrong, the apple store says they’re out of stock of the head phones even though I can clearly see multiple boxes on the shelve. They said, “those are brand new and for sale to customers, we can’t use them for AppleCare warranty replacements, you have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to send a replacement in the mail.” So now I have to go 2-3 weeks without something I use every single day. What was the point of the AppleCare...? The head phones are less than 5 months old so they’re still under the manufactures warranty. I basically bought the apple care for nothing. I’m getting really sick of apple, there way over priced and their customer service is garbage. If they keeps this up I will slowly switch everything to Microsoft. Apple isn’t worth the headache anymore.
Piers was great and knowledgeable. Helped with picking several products. Genius team is always helpful
Unbelievably POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Nothing but sorry, we cant do that right now. Can you come back later?Understaffed at lunchtime on a Tuesday during good weather.Management at this location needs replaced immediately.
Retail is open! Why arent they? There express pickup is a joke. There people outside were helpful, but it didnt matter. We had to call a 800 number to place an order, then were told it would be 2 hours before we could pick up (we were standing outside the store). After all that, they had the wrong item and we had to start all over. Ended up ordering the accesory from Amazon for 70% less in price. Delivered to my door the next morning. Again, there is no reason they were closed in the first place! (Probably a liberal California company)
Technician was very short and rude. He was if no help whatsoever
Just wanted to look around. It was cool.
Shockingly pleasant and stress free experience. I woke up to serious issues with my Iphone x today and made an appointment at the genius bar. When I showed up we realized my appointment was for Monday, in 3 days. Jena was sweet about my goof and also caring enough to notice that with my phones issues I wouldnt be able to call 911 and she got me an appointment in an hour. My genius was genious and Dominic had me set up on a new iphone and out the door within 15 minutes. The store seems to run like a well oiled machine and Ill definitely be heading back to aspen grove anytime I need some more help.
I have always gone to this location and have never had an issue. But this time around they were very rude. They also at first wouldn’t let me buy air tags. I had leave the store and come back before I could buy air tags
After contacting apple customer care several times and uploading x number of pictures howoriginal apple case scratched my new iphone 12,people on this location couldnt solve my issue, actually they stressed me so much.Supervisor was not helpful at all.
Never answer the phone.
Great service. A little bit of a wait. But ver knowledgeable staff
Requiring masks!! Such a drag.
Had appt for 1.30, arrived on the dot, was walked in and was done and had left the store within 10 mins. Very quick service.
My first visit to this store, and I was really impressed with how efficient the staff was. I made an appointment to have my iPhone looked at, and they had me in the store (post Covid-19 check) and working with Ian within 2 minutes. Ian was very helpful, ran some diagnostics, got me rebooted, and out the door all within about 10-15 minutes. Super efficient, which is very important to me, and very knowledgeable & helpful staff. This is where Ill buy my next iPhone!
Apple store was packed ... good service.
These are some of the worst run retail stores in America. Hard to believe it’s this bad for a company with such good products
The security at the door is friendlier than the shopping guide inside. This Apple employee is not as enthusiastic as a robot. If Apple does not have a good mobile phone system, I guess I will change my phone. For the dependence on Apple, I will choose to buy online instead of They will go to physical stores. I believe that if Apple has been doing physical stores with this kind of service attitude, they will not get new customers. Obviously Apple has always been winning the market with products, but poor service will make new customers choose other Products, my watches, computers and mobile phones are all Apple, and I will try other brands of electrical appliances in the future, because Apples service is so bad!
I had an appointment at 3:40 on Saturday, October 10, 2020, to replace my battery. When we checked in there was a long wait line inside the store where hardly any patrons were social distancing. I’m a terminal cancer patient and am hesitant to go into stores. However I thought with setting an appointment I would be able to been seen and have the issue taken care of quickly. The person that checked us in said it could take an hour to an hour and half to get my battery changed. With the number of people in line the wait could be longer. So what was the point of an appointment. The person checking us in was dismissive and gave several excuses. I would not recommend this store and am considering switching to an android phone. Apple does not seem to care about their customers.
Made an appointment and I have been waiting 15 minutes. Also- 2 employees are literally right behind me talking up random stuff. Not even helping guests. This is so freaking insane!!
Woke company makes you wear a mask to receive sub par service.
Don’t arrive early for your appointment. They refuse to check you in until the exact time of your appointment. I arrived 6 (SIX!) minutes early and was told to go wait in my car.
Easily the worst customer service of any Apple store I have been to. Took 3 trips to the store to purchase a phone.
I used to deliver here as a delivery driver.
Don’t be fooled, they say they close at 7:00, but will turn you away at the door. I was there to “look” at the new iPhone 12 at 6:30 and was not allowed to look at it. There was hardly anyone inside and was rudely told I was not able to look at a phone and was rudely told I was not allowed.Apple if you turn people away, then you are in fact closed and should update you hours accordingly.
Thanks for waiting my time. Need a specific dongle that only you sell due to your planned obsolescence usb c MacBook pro. Hoping to get advice from anyone at Apple nope. Sent me to best buy.
First, I just want to take the time to thank both of the employees that assisted me with some concerns and a general mess-up; more-so, I would like to thank the manager, Dominic, for such an incredible experience at this store. Dominic went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service for myself and the customers around me. He was empathetic, genuine, and quite generous. Apple is a company that I expect quite a bit from; being a long time Apple customer, I have realized that the consumer is of upmost priority in and out of the store. Dominic was responsive and evidentially friendly beyond words. After being treated poorly at the Cherry Creek store, I will most definitely be making the extra 30 minute haul to this store in the future. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for Apple products or support. Thank you all!
Beware of the Apple Business Team at this location. They push you into the Direct Capital / CIT financing scam. The store is fine for commercial customers but stay far away from anyone claiming to work for Apple Business Team. Total scammers.
Apple is one of my favorite products, and I spend thousands of dollars in the store for personal and business use. Unfortunately I have a medical exemption and cannot wear a face covering. I called the store before I drove an hour there in the snowy weather, just to make sure that I could show my medical paperwork, and still be allowed in the store to fix my phone issue. I was told that I would be allowed in, with my medical exemption, which goes along with the governors order for medical exemptions. However when I got to the store, standing in the cold with a five-year-old, they would not let me in. Not even to let her use the restroom. Incredibly disappointed in this Aspen Grove store and the rude management. I’ll go to the one in the mall next time. Also very disappointed in Apple corporate if this is their decision to not allow medical mask exemptions.
They always get you fixed up one way or another
Update: editing my review because Apple just stepped up and completely replaced my computer with a new Imac. Thanks for stepping up, Apple - the situation wasnt perfect but I think you did the best you could to solve it for me. Old review: My very expensive 2 year old Imac pro has been here for 10 days with absolutely no progress updates or even a diagnostics call so I know what is wrong with it. If I want to find out anything, I have to call, get transferred to Apple Support, then they call the store to find out progress, which so far, has been no progress. These calls on my part usually take over 30 minutes of my time. This is not the kind of support I expect from Apple, especially after having forked out for Apple Care +.
Great staff took care of what I needed done on my computer
Pretty good as far as Apple stores go staff are pretty courteous customer service is good wait times can be a little long though
I called for an appointment and was on hold for over an hour. I was then transferred to the main apple phone number and I was stuck with an automatic answering machine. I am just trying to schedule appointment for a broken screen that is it. I am not trying to talk to 50 people just to make an appointment. Complete waste of time!!!
I went in to get a repair, they said my appointment was cancelled. I checked the email when I got home and an appointment at a different time was cancelled, not the one I had showed up for. They wouldnt even let me in the store, then told me to contact them online for my repair. I have been waiting on the phone for over 30 mins trying to get a hold of someone who can help me! It would have been so much easier to just go in and talk to them. I am frustrated beyond belief, they may have computer skills, but lack in customer service skills 100%!!! My day that was supposed to be a 15 minute drop-off just turned into waiting on the phone... Wish they could have been more helpful!
Service is great, location is great. Apple Aspen Grove is taking COVID precautions very seriously at this store.
Pretty good service. Sticklers about masks
I have been going back to this apple store pretty frequently ever since I needed a new laptop. Every time I go, the apple employees are friendly and extremely helpful to me. They always help me with my needs for a new laptop to support programs like unity or fusion 360.
We ordered an new phone online. Something went wrong with the transaction of the online order. We needed to return the phone to the store and have the staff help to fix the transaction. The staff at the store were more than accommodating to resolve the issue. I was there for about an hour and a half. I was very please with the way the store manager and his staff helped us out. Including recovering all of the digital items that were already on the old phone. Thanks Apple for helping us out!
Leo the manager and Jacob the sales are the best. Ive had issues on the phone and actually really disappointed with Apple. My phone broke and we were there to replace it and the people online didnt set up our appointment like they told us. But Leo and Jacob both went above and beyond for us. Even though we have to wait a few more days to get our phone fixed they were able to get the parts ordered and even waived the fees. Thank you both for what you did for us even though it wasnt your fault someone else dropped the ball.
The apple store experience is not great. There is the typical chaos and confusion with so many store employees and consumers everywhere. We went there twice for a genius bar appointment for an issue with an iPhone. You are passed from one employee to another and once you sit down with a genius bar employee, the technicians arent as knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. We ended up having to go there twice and ended up not being able to fix the iphone. Im sure theyre fine for common issues. However, our experience is that everything is stressed and hectic due to the nature of technicians working with multiple people, and them running around everywhere to the back and among the various clients, as well as the lack of attention to more complicated issues.I would recommend folks consider apple stores, but also other places for diagnosing a complicated issue unless you have coverage with apple. We also have some sales experience here. The sales staff is fine. Just like any other apple store.
Definitely Covid cautious, but I only waited about 5 minutes. Good job Apple. 😎
I had to spend extensive time in this store today (by my own fault due to never backing up my phone!!) and almost every employee popped by to check and ask if they could help. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable!! I walked out with a loaner phone while awaiting a fix, just wanted to shout out all the employees that were working and were so kind today!!
I love Apple! I went into the store last night and Harrison? and his manager (?) helped me try to get an old iPhone of my sons unlocked so I can use it as a spare phone since my iPhone has having issues. While on phone calls, I havent been able to hear anyone almost at all, unless its on speaker phone (awkward in public places..) Anyhow, they did the unlock process since I had my sons Apple ID and p/w. BUT, they also deep cleaned my own iPhone, giving it a shot, to see if that helped with my issue. Guess what?! Its like a new phone! I had cleaned it myself with the air spray can thing, etc. But they used a special brush, and I can hear calls perfectly, without being on speaker! Whoo hoo! So although we got the old phone unlocked, I dont even need it now. What a blessing these guys were! Thank you so much!
I was there to pick up the latest iPhone and I got Pierce as the representative to help me. He was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He was able to answer all my questions and get me the product I wanted. Ask Pierce for help next time you guys are here!
Since my review from yesterday got taken down, I guess I’ll make another one. I had an appointment at 4o’clock at this location, and was told I wasn’t allowed to be in the store until five minutes before my appointment, because of the “covid occupancy limit” The store was completely packed, and they were allowing everyone that was in front of me and behind me into the store. You say that there’s an occupancy limit, but what about the 30 other people you let in the store after I HAD to go back to my car and had to wait to come in? Ridiculous
Only place in town for Apple gear and help..its partially open and they have guys under umbrellas that are practicing safe outside to help with what they can...for the time being.
I stopped into this store to get some help with my moms iPad. I was told I needed to make an appointment, but that I would be helped right away by doing so. Upon arriving at the store later that evening for the appointment, I waited 20 minutes to be helped. The store was practically empty. When I finally did get some assistance, that person kept running off. He didnt introduce himself or say more than a few words to me the entire time. Eventually someone else came to step in and apologized but after an hour of terrible service, it was a little too late. Save yourself the trouble and time, go anywhere else.
Brandon and Rachel were awesome. They were really helpful and made our time there enjoyable and personable. They didn’t stop working until my outcome was successful!
Showed up without an appointment. Got in to see a tech specialist in just a few minutes. They spent an hour trying to fix our issues. Finally got around the brokenness of my iPhone X. All good after that.
Theyre just that good! I have a 10 yr old mac book air that was having some irritating advertisements that I just couldnt get to stop popping up. No appointment, went to the genius bar and 5 minutes and they had it taken care of. Thanks guys! Excellent service, and free! Doesnt get better than that!
So, my iPhone stopped receiving texts from my iPhone friends and family. The first person I encountered at this Apple Store was Riley. He immediately began trouble shooting the problem, and never stopped. He tried three different strategies, and after an hour... fixed my phone! I highly recommended this store, and encourage you to ask for Riley... he was relentless in fixing my phone!!
Just what you would expect from Apple. Had an appointment with the genius bar. Typical busy night so they got to me 20 minutes behind schedule. My tech was very personable. He did a nice job explaining how we were going to handle my dilemma. So many problems being resolved around me and everyone was professional
Nice store with good service. I was helped immediately upon arrival. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and resolved my issues within a couple minutes. They have a good selection of products as well. Definitely a good place to go for purchase or help with Apple products.
Brought in an iPhone 6 with a known battery issue. We didnt know it at the time but upon diagnosis were told that the battery is swollen and they couldnt repair it there. We could pay $260 for a new phone but the Genius Bar employee didnt recommend throwing away money on old technology. Called Apple today and we have the option to send it in for $49 and they will take care of the battery and any other damage caused by the known issue is Apples responsibility to repair. Quite a different/better option! Not happy that we werent provided with all the options and basically felt pressured to replace a perfectly good device.
Best of luck trying to get someone on the phone. They advertise same day phone repair, this is not the case.
My Macbook experienced swelling of the battery - partially due to a self-inflicted issue caused by being plugged in for days on end due to the fact I stopped traveling for work and it was always on at home. Note to self on that one!Once I was inside and Nikila (sp?) starting looking at the issue, I knew I was in good hands. Nikila was absolutely amazing - she took time to explain the options, although quick and efficient, it was clear she was thorough and she provided great advice and next steps. While I have always had positive experiences whenever using the Genuis Bar, she did an exceptional job. Kudos!Too bad Apple doesnt provide the option to pick your Genuis of choice...
Booked a time slot for an express pick-up and still had to wait an hour in the express line in the freezing cold. They shouldnt over subscribe their time slots
