Its Harbor Freight .. what else is there to say about it. Great place to buy tools if you are lukewarm about whatever you are doing. If you find out you love it ... you can upgrade your tools as you see fit

Enexpensive tools, fair quality. I use them all the time. Convenient locations. Usually have a sale going on. Extended warranty available on some powered items. 90 day warranty on most powered items. Most hand tools have a lifetime warranty

You wont find better customer service ANYWHERE. Now, obviously prices are amazing, and quality control is getting better and better. Almost all of their tools work great if its super critical and youre concerned about breakage or injuring yourself or a mechanical device spring for a top notch item. However, these tools are more than adequate and Im running a high-end independent Harley-Davidson shop. I decided to pay for the Insiders track club because it will easily pay for itself in a year five or six times over

Their tools seem to be getting better and better. They were already a good bargain and I have some that I have been using for over 20 years. I have a Predator 3500 inverter generator that has been humming along for over 4 years now.

The shelf was empty but the cashier went out of his way to find one in the warehouse. Great job

It is your typical harbor freight. Trying to get someone to help me find something was kind of a challenge. And they took away the easy to grab coupon off the internet. But the prices are still fair and the store is clean.

Waited 15 minutes just to find out the item was not in stock at Lakewood store. Told a manager when I got to the Littleton location and was told mid sentence have a nice day, there was no one waiting to checkout. I was told my coupon was not valid any more even though not expired.

The store is clean and staff very helpful. Remains a great place to get deals on basic tools and equipment. Their nitrile gloves cant be beat. However I would still avoid more complex tools like battery power tools and large plug-ins like miter saws.

The young woman that helped me do some returns was amazing she needs a raise.

I went in to get something and the lady asked if she could help me find anything, and as I started describing it, when right next to her near the entrance, it was. I needed a magnetic blue power strip for my new blue tool box and on top of the same tool box, was a bunch of accecories that Ive been wanting and never knew I could get them in store. So I bought several besides the power strip.

Poor customer service. 3 cashiers, I go to get in a line. Cashier tells me there is a single line. So I go get in the single line. While Im waiting someone else gets in line for a cashier not in single line. While Im still waiting same cashier calls man who did not wait to her line. While dealing with other cashier I find out she is a manager of sorts who gives breaks to others. On top of that they sell me something that doesnt work and it is a major hassle to fix. I know HF is known for poor quality products, but the customer service appears to be worse.

The staff is friendly. I like the prices of the hand tools mainly. Super affordable to stock up your shop with good tools. Great prices on wood clamps (seems to be the one thing I run out of most or need more of) and vary in selection.

This is a great harbor freight. Staff is always helpful when you ask. Harbor F always has some decent prices. Got to be selective on a few items, but I dont need to have my livelihood to depend on the tools. But what Ive bought has worked well for me.

A tool store with a wide variety of heavy and lightweight tools and machines. Panned by purists for American tools, the quality tends to be better than youve been lead to believe. Theyre not a hardware store, but do have many obscure tool supplies.

My favorite Chinese toy store!

Its hard to make a review since just about everyone already knows the amazing deals here. Its like a farmers market of tools. Especially if you are up and coming in plumbing, electrical, etc. (Trade work of many kinds) them you can get some incredibly inexpensive things here to get you going.

They usually have what I need and who needs tools that out live you anyway! :-)

Great place for cheap tools. Some are actually outstanding for the price. I bought a really cool tool chest comparable to Snap-on in quality for 1/3 the price. But, be careful. You are getting what you are paying for most items.

This screwdriver costs less than any other in my kit and is by far the most utilitarian. Blue handle for Phillips, plus sign on the end of the handle, Harbor Freight has come a long way. Nice work

I just wanted to say a big kudos to this store. Yesterday I called to see if some parts were available and they were gracious enough to figure out that all three parts I needed were available. They were quite heavy parts and I told him I was sending my wife to come pick them up. They set everything aside with my wifes name on them. When she went in it was very easy for her to buy the parts and then they even carried them out to the vehicle and put them in the vehicle for her. Great job guys! Thanks a lot.

Its 5 star for service. 3 star because alot of this stuff should never be used by laborers or apprentices even. Warn people, they dont know. Only a Professional will make most of these chinese made tools last longer than intended. Great place for professionals in a pinch. Great place for beginners(hobbyists), if You have the money. Not soo great for those who lack experience and knowledge to do work loadouts. Home Depot is better for the Apprentices. Tools are more forgiving. However, Harbor Freight has great tools in certain categories and options. Again, only a pro would know. And that, by practice. But dont be dissuaded; See for Yourself.

Some good items, inexpensive tools, not the most durable. it depends on what you buy you really have to shop Hard look clothes check prices everywhere. their coupons are really good for getting some free things and big discounts so keep your eye out for their coupons. I got 24 double a batteries for nothing when I purchased something else that I got a 25% off on so I feel pretty good about what I bought today.

The guy was helpful helping me find what I needed but after ringing me up for a large item he just says, have a good day... would have been 5 stars if I didnt need to ask for help out with something that I OBVIOUSLY needed help loading.

Try going to one of the bigger department stores and finding a bench grinder or a lathe. Home Depot and Lowes both kind of pale in comparison to the tool selection that harbor freight offers. Higher quality than I had expected from imported tools.

Thus is a great place for discount tool purchases. You wont get craftsman quality but you dont need that for everything.This particular location is convenient. If youre looking for something specific from their website, this location usually has it in stock. This is the second closest harbor freight for me but I usually shop here because if I go to the closest one I will have to drive here anyway when the first place doesnt have what I need.Recommended.

When a store has weekly blow out sales and more coupons than tools it becomes a bad customer/staff interaction. Also the manager never helps when the lines get long at this location. Other than that its a good store.

So this is a place that when I pull up I tell my self get what I came for or; paint brushes roller covers, drill bits that are decent but not great, but creeper then that big place! And no matter what I walk out with 5 other tools or items some I use some I lose some I break . Ether way I chalk it up as an experience every time . So if you build, fix, or tinker it’s worth a visit or ten, !

Harbor Freight employees at this location have been very helpful and welcoming. If a product is heavy, they will offer to help load it in your vehicle. This reminds me of ma and pa type shops where the workers are family and truly stand behind the company. This is one of my go-to tool stores.

They offer lower cost options for most DIY projects. Your not buying the high end brand names but the stuff they have works well for what you pay. If you buy any power tools get the warranty. They give you a brand new one if it breaks! Friendly and helpful staff.

I bought a press for 300 dollars including a protection plan. Im glad I did because my press did not work coming out of the box. When I bled the line, AIR came out of it and I discovered it was bone dry.It really makes me wonder about a supplier if they are unable to properly maintain fluid levels in a device that operates solely on the manipulation of pressure using that fluid.Either they were slammed or uninterested, but they were superbly curt.

Always a good go to. Anytime I have issues with purchased products, they refund it no questions asked. It can be hit or miss on what you buy, but they always have free products wuth3a valid purchase. Ive managed to get a bunch of free movers blankets that act as fantastic camping pads.

Tons of merchandise missing. Looked like they were going out of business. Had about 25% of what a normally stocked store would have. Several people like me, walked in, wandered around, and then left. Not purchasing anything. The store off Hampton is larger and had a full store of merchandise. Go there instead!

Can’t order online and pick up in store during a pandemic. Staff not helpful with the situation, straight up said no. Will take my money elsewhere
