Best store experience! This is exactly what a business should be doing to develop relationships in the community and build repeat customers. Ive been in and out several times in the last few weeks as we are working on painting our condo and everyone has been so helpful and kind! I feel like family now when I walk in :) Keep up the good work!

Over the past several years I have been going into this ACE hardware store. Recently my 14year old son has been going with me. Instead of following me and watching me stare endlessly at nuts and bolts he walks around the store.Where he met Cat one of the stores fine representatives. She is very pleasant and attentive.The other day, after they were talking. He told her and several other people when he turned 16 he wanted to work at this ACE because they liked helping people and so did he.To the owners and the management team. Whatever you are doing keep it up. You team is great,.not many teenagers really want to work.

I’ve been to this store twice in the past four weeks and both times I was met by the same man in the paint department. Both times have been unpleasant. He was condescending and sarcastic towards me both times. I come in knowing exactly what I want. So when he approaches me and asks me what he can help me find, I tell him. This last time, he argued with me and told me I didnt need what I had asked for. He really dislikes the premium paint brand that they carry for some reason.Everyone else in this store has been respectful.There is a local paint store down the road who’s employees are knowledgeable and polite, I’d recommend you spend your dollars there instead.

This Ace is my go to hardware store! Everyone is super friendly and always available to help. I have an experienced a flat tire in front of their store and to the guys pitched in to help get me back on the road quick. Awesome staff!

I get in there and it takes me a long time to get out. They have the coolest stuff in here. Not just ACE stuff. But little companies with nic nack things 😁😁. Its a must go!!

Professional can always count ACE wherever you go. So far ACE has com to my rescue in Helena, MT, Casa,Grande AZ, and most recently Littleton CO. Strongly recommend them over the Box Stores. No I do not own stock in ACE.

My experience at this Ace Hardware was amazing. I actually got personal attention where I havent at Home Depot for years. Mike was extremely helpful and solved my Plumbing problem. I highly recommend them and I will be doing my shopping there from my Hardware needs now.

This is a review for the paint department not the whole store. I have had to return three times because they have mixed my paint wrong. I have a small project that should not take long but I have wasted at least two hours because of their mistakes. Also it takes them for ever to mix the paint. I will not be getting paint from here again.

I always can find what I am looking for at this store. The service is great and I absolutely love the gift shop! It has the most unique items.

My license plate fell off. The kind man brought the parts out to my car to make sure they fit, and bolted my plate back on right then and there! Cost me $1.05. I wish I needed more hardware. When I do, Im going back! Thank you!

If youre COVID conscious, avoid this place!Besides a number of the employees not heeding the distance requirement, they acknowledge and even tolerate maskless employees serving customers in spite of the big Masks Required sign on the door. I had to caution one employee to keep his distance; his reply: Hey, Ive had my shots so I dont care about you.. When I brought the maskless matter to the attention of the checkout person he told me that a few of their employees dont believe in masks.

Great place to find hard to find hardware items. I am continually amazed at what they stock permanently in this location. Very knowledgeable employees that are always ready to help you find what you are looking for as well! If one doesnt know or isnt sure, they ask another to help. Go here if you do not want to waste your time. Hint, the employees at the near by Lowes and Home Depot both shop here and send their customers here....

Not only can men go here, there is a section just for the dainty lady shopper. Annnd they have old fashioned candy too!

Ace is the place. It has a bit of everything. Staff is always very helpful. I can usually find my parts here.

They always have exactly what I need, just like on TV. And their staff actually helps you.

Ace is place for the Helpful Hardware store, unless they are closing in 10 minutes. I arrived knowing they were closing soon, but I knew exactly what I needed to grab. They stopped me and interrogated me about what I needed and why before pointing me to appropriate aisle stating rather annoyingly that they were closing in 10 minutes. I grabbed what I needed and checked out. While my husband was trying to give his rewards number to the cashier another team member was vacuuming right in front of us, so that with masks on, she couldnt hear us although my husband has a booming voice. I have worked retail. I understand the Sunday desire to get out of there. It was unnecessary to vacuum the front when customers would be messing it up anyway on their cattle rush out. Le sigh. All in all it made me long for the friendly people at my local Ace. I am grateful this was a one time trip. P.S. I made it out of there with time to spare.

Ive been to an Ace Hardware store in the past, yet have never received such outstanding service than this store! I just moved into the Ken Caryl Ranch area a couple of weeks ago. I needed nails, screws and such. Michael (bearded just in case there is more than one Michael) helped me find exactly what I needed every time I visited. Now 3 times! This store is close to where I live so the convenience aspect is nice. The store is clean and well organized. The employees, during the Covid19 event were going through were well protected and were cleaning carts and wiping down shelves. It was comforting seeing this service to protect their customers and themselves. Again, i wasnt a frequent shopper at Ace, but looking around the store, I got new ideas for my home. Looking forward to buying garden plants and making my living environment better. I am confident this Ace will help me accomplish my vision. Thanks Michael, thanks ACE!!! Ill be back! You have a dedicated shopper now!

Im in the middle of remodeling an 80s boat and live within walking distance. Been coming for years. Obviously have been in more often recently..... however I will not return to this location.The old man with the smart mouth is lucky I just continued to walk out and for his manager to be standing right there and not say anything!?!I dont care if they dont want to wear masks. I dont care if they all stood around and just and gossiped. I DO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great stuff here that I didnt expect to find. Only issue was too many orders chatting with each other to help ne. When I finally ask guy in paint for help, who had been chatting it up with fellow worker, while he wanted for paint cans to mix he said he was too busy helping others. After lingering for 10 minutes in the aisle waiting for him and then getting this response I decided to take my paint and stain elsewhere. Check in out same experience. . . No regards to me just the other cashiers. Wish I left the 2 overpriced items as they didnt appreciate the business.

Gave the store a call to find out if they had an item. It was like talking to a 17 year old stoner asking multiple times what I was looking for. Talked in such a slow low voice wasnt useful or helpful at all. When I asked to search for a product he immediately came back as if he didnt know and just said that they were out.

Incredible that these people dont take a deadly virus seriously, putting their employees and the public at risk. I was told that the manager has said masks are optional. Ive been in both HD and Lowes and all the employees were wearing masks. I hear employees wear masks at the Ace on Wadsworth and Jewell. Cant confirm, as I havent been in. Yet. Ill shop there instead of at this Ace. A pandemic is not a joke. Its not cool to go around potentially exposing people like this.

I visit Ace Hardware at least once a week. The reason I go there so frequently is its much easier then heading over and dealing with all the traffic on Wadsworth Boulevard. Further, Ace Hardware has everything I could ever imagine and even more. I never walk out of Ace Hardware without a little something extra that I hadnt planned to purchase. The staff is so friendly and readily available. My only concern is the amount of money Ill probably spend more there now since they took over all of the Sears brands of power tools. How long until theres a hot dog vendor outside?

Ace really is the place. Walmart, target? Nope. Wasted a full hour at each of them, found it at Ace in three minutes. This particular one is also super friendly, knowledgeable, and they happen to sell disc golf discs.

I have always shopped at this store because I like supporting small business owners, but during the pandemic of 2020 when the state has asked all stores to wear masks to protect their customers from their germs, I visited with my mask on and not ONE employee had a mask on. The manager and two others were standing 2 ft away from where you HAVE to enter to pay for your purchases. Both of the cashiers were without masks. I had to throw my items to the cashier to remain even 4 ft away from him. I will not return. Since I rarely go out, if I come up with this nasty virus in the next two weeks, I will be suing them. If I die, my husband will own that store.

Every time I go here it is a pleasure to shop. Sometimes I just wander and browse, I tinker a lot. Friendly and helpful employees.

Will not be shopping at this Ace after my most recent experience. I ordered some lawn products online and all showed in-stock. After waiting almost 2 days for my “ready to pickup” email, I went to the store. Upon my arrival, I was told that one of the products I ordered was out of stock now because they sold the one they had. I was promised that at it would be ordered and I would have it today. The next day, I received an email that my order was cancelled. I called this morning to confirm that I would have the product today. The customer service rep promised to call as soon as it was unloaded from the truck... I received no phone call today and instead, an email from PayPal notifying me that a refund was processing. Way to go Ace! You’ve lost my business!

The place is not bad. They are friendly and I generally find what I am looking for. They call me by my wifes name at check out, and I think thats hilarious.

I really like Ace Hardware. Being a plumber, when youre on a job and you need a specialty part I will usually find an Ace nearby. They will have the funky parts that Home Depot and Lowes dont carry. Their staff is always helpful and friendly.

You can always find the anything you need to fix whatever you want. Love it!!!!

Fantastic hardware store. I hardly even go to Home Depot or Lowes if I need a fastener. Ace has about every type of fastener you could need in steel, stainless, etc. etc. all nicely displayed in bins or boxes sold individually or more. The shop downstairs is also great for annual lawn mower tune-ups, repairs, or blade sharpening. Convenient location and friendly folks!

I have tried supporting Ace hardware multiple times in the past. They never have what I need or just not stocked up and always end up going to Home Depot. Not to mention Home Depot is like half the cost.

This is one of those ACEs that are a treasure trove of random parts, pieces and bolts you cant find anywhere else. I live only 2 blocks away from the Cole Mine & Pierce ACE and I skip that one to come here. This store has a congenial man (ex homedepot guy) who is literally the Rain Man of fasteners. He can look at the random bolt you brought in and Spout out the congenial size length and measurement of any random bolt you bring in, and then find the right nut to match within seconds. Its truly an amazing skill. Thanks for being in the neighborhood so long and hope to see you soon ACE hardware.

I really enjoyed my trip to the Ace Hardware Store today. They have plenty of workers here who are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. If you have any questions about how to do a job they will be happy to assist and give you a large amount of details in order to make sure you know what youre doing and get the job done right the first time.5/14/2021 I was in there again to pick up some parts to fix my sprinkler system. Mr. Don-T helped me with this project. Not only did he walk me through the process, he showed me what to do with the spare copper and various excess parts they had laying around in the back. After leaving the store, I knew 100% what I needed to do from that point. Now my sprinkler system works perfectly! You might get this kind of help at Home Depot, but you will almost certainly get this level of instruction each and every time you walk into Ace (if you ask for it). I will continue to shop here for all of my home building needs. Thanks guys!

Just like always with Ace. .. website said something was available at a store and it wasnt. Wasted my time again. Why cant you guys manage your inventory and website. I called the Kipling and Remington stores after Coal Mine didnt have it and they said they had the item and when I got there they didnt. I had to call a 4th store on mineral to find it. Unfortunately this has happened before and made Ace my last choice.
