The mattress is fantastic. Comfortable beyond what I expected. The sheets are very nice also. They should be about 6 or so wider. Even on low dryer heat they do tend to shrink a bit. Other than that, GREAT!

I am very hesitant to purchase major things like furniture, mattresses, etc. off line, sight unseen. I like to look at, touch, examine, and make my decision based on first-hand knowledge. I can say I am more than delighted with the quality of the mattress that I received for my Class C motor home that had to have a radius corner cut on one of the bottom corners. The mattress is of super quality. The cover is wonderful and well made with a zipper that allows it to be taken off and washed. This company is one of the best weve ever worked with as far as home improvement projects. From the time we inquired of a quote for custom twin mattresses for our day bed & trundle to the time we received the same was less than two weeks. I want to say that I was very skeptical of the claims that this company made, so I read all the reviews and still was unsure. Then a neighbor at our campground purchased one of your mattresses and I just couldnt believe how great it was. I purchased the 5.5 Elation mattress with Organic cotton. It came in the time frame quoted to us and was packaged extremely professionally. It weighed 45 lbs and fits our camper frame perfectly with rounded corners at the bottom. The fact that the company will customize any mattress to work in hard to fit spaces is a real plus for those that need it. Now let me tell you how I slept. I had been having horrible back aches in the morning and suspected it was the manufacturers mattress. I have been living in my camper for over 2 years and have never been that comfortable on the mattress provided when I purchased it brand new in 2017. The first morning I woke up after sleeping on this new mattress was amazing. I no longer had any aches in my back, neck or shoulders. It was the best nights sleep I had in 2 years. I wanted to love them, the beginning of my experience was great. The prices are reasonable and ordering and shipping is fast and easy.My mattress is a full two inches smaller than what I ordered, both length and width. Its for an RV and is almost entirely surrounded by walls, so there are huge gaps. Its also hard as a rock, but that may be my personal preference. I ordered a mattress pad, thinking this could solve both problems.I did not want the mattress replaced, as moving, packing and returning the current one would be a huge chore. I asked for a discount on the mattress pad. I sent my salesman crystal clear photos of the measurements, and even a video because I couldnt fit the length with a tape measure in one photo. He said that the photos were not clear enough to determine if the mattress was made incorrectly. They gave me a slight discount, about the same as any of their promotions.My mattress pad took over two weeks to make, and I got different excuses as to why (social distancing at the factory, and cotton covers backordered). I put it on and let it expand, and its even SMALLER than the mattress.Im giving two stars because the ordering process was great, the prices are fair, and the mattress pad is comfortable. If they could figure out how to measure, this would be a five star review.Update: I finally got them to make me a new mattress and mattress pad after a lot of runaround. They kept asking for more info, more pictures, and I decided that they were just never going to replace it and gave up for a few months. I couldnt deal with my mattress being too small so really got on their case to replace mine. They did, and its the EXACT same size as the first one, and the mattress pad is a little smaller. I dont understand what the problem is with them and measuring, but there must not be a single ruler at their shop. Im not going through the hassle of trying to get them to replace it AGAIN so Im just going to buy a new mattress from somewhere else.

Love this company for many reasons but to list a few it’s that they have excellent hands on customer service, amazing return policy, and they use super high quality and safe “ingredients” in their mattresses. I don’t want to be breathing in chemicals all night while I sleep, right? Love how the mattress is also wrapped in organic cotton. And most importantly, my mattress is super comfy. I’m a happy sleeper now after getting rid of my name brand mattress that barely lasted 2 years.

Not many companies are doing custom inner spring mattresses, and most are 2X or 3X the price, so I was prepared for mediocre and difficult. But the tips on contacting Airstream for blueprints and the ordering process were much easier than other options, and the mattress is fantastic. The price must be all about efficiency, because they certainly didnt skimp on quality.

We purchased an RV and needed to replace a mattress. It had an odd shape so we were haya difficult time locating one. We recently ordered a PARK MEADOW RV MATTRESS for our motorcoach and requested if it was possible to receive the mattress before we left for our vacation within 2 weeks. Mattress Insider is a dream come true! Ive had my bed for 16 months now. I would have written the review sooner, but, well, Ive been sleeping really well. :) I have numerous injuries from car accidents so my back and neck are REALLY picky about what I sleep on. I am also heavier than...I need to be. :) Prior to my last bed (Serta firm with pillow top, flippable) that I had for 17 years, the bed hunt was tough...and that was when I was a bit younger and my body more accepting. There was another mattress company that extended a trial to 6 months to see if I could get used to their bed. (Nice of them, but it was a fail. I did love my Serta though!) The Mattress Insider professional met me at their showroom, and we were able to come up with an incredibly custom bed that has really been life changing. How the heck to you compress these things without special equipment ? You are stuck with your purchase ... even with 100+ days no questions asked return offers.Well, I called MattressInsider to get some answers. The person was very friendly and knew his stuff. Turns out, lucky Canadians we are, they have a distributor right in Canada. No customs. No delays. Better yet, price was lower then on the US web site (although still in $US).11 days later, which is within their regular delivery time line of 10-15 days, a knock on the front door... There is our Deluxe Sofa Mattress with Gel Memory Foam !Box says 98 lbs, but felt more like 50, if not less ... How can a 4.5 thick queen mattrress fit in such a box ?Brought the box to the sofa-bed... Carefully opened it... the mattress was not even filling 2/3 of the box !!! Ive been had, right ?Took the thing out of the box. Took the shrink wrap off wondering what have we bought. There was this bit of skinny material, vacuum packed, not even near width, length or thickness of a queen mattress.Carefully, I pierced a section of the vacuum pack which had no mattress. Immediately, I do mean, right away, air could be heard rushing into the bag... The mattress, skinny thing it was so far, began to ... grow !Quickly, tearing the width of the bag, my wife and I had the mattress out of its tight wrap. It was already nearly 5 thick ! Measuring width and length, it was a full 60 by 72 - it was an instant queen size mattress.Sitting on it, I felt the one bar from the underlying metal framework. Wait, we stretch onto the mattress, weight distributed rather then being just our butts, it felt good; quite good in fact.Our sofa-bed is decades old. The metal framework will need some fixing. I can clearly see the springs being in a somewhat stretched position, webing saging, just as we stand looking at it. It does need fixing. This Deluxe Sofa Mattress with Gel Memory Foam is actually making up for some of it ... Wow !!! Cant wait to figure a way to fix the framework / springs. I might just try a piece of 1/2 (or less) plywood as a quick fix.As we let the mattress settle, we are wondering if we will be able to fold it in sofa mode ... It is nearly 5 thick. Bit more than 4.5 specs. The old spring mattress - passed its prime, was less but could be folded in even with two -yes two - toppers and a few layers of bed sheets and the protector... The Deluxe Sofa Mattress with Gel Memory Foam should be fine. As I sit on edge of sofa-bed, yes... it will squeeze just fine.Ok. Had to give it a try. It folds ! Took a bit of forcing ... to be honest, but it folds. Seems the frame rubs a bit. A bit of time will help. We just have to be careful.There is no strong odours, in or out of the packaging ...Yes there is a bit of an odour, like anything new.Of course, time will tell how this mattress lives up to its claims. We only had it for about an hour thus far. But I am on it ever since !!Will I get up ?I dont know. 🤦‍♂️🤔A great purchase indeed. Highly recommend service and product.

We wanted to upgrade the cab-over bed area in our Travel Lite 840SBRX truck camper. It is designed for a short queen mattress which is 60 x 74 inches. I wanted to create a moisture barrier to protect the wooden platform in the cab-over. I found the Hypervent Aire-Flow material highly recommended by other truck campers in YouTube videos so I ordered a segment 12 feet long and cut it across the middle leaving me two sections 72 inches long. I trimmed the sides to form a perfect platform for the short queen mattress. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out.As for dealing with Mattress Insider for the first time, I was quite pleased by how smooth and effortless the entire process was. The online order was easy to configure. I immediately received a confirmation email with some basic shipping information along with a notice that I would receive another email when the product shipped. Not only did I receive the email but I also got a phone call letting me know the product had shipped and when I could expect it. Their estimate was conservative in that it actually arrived a day or so earlier. I love doing online business with companies who simply know what theyre doing and how to do it.Having already left this review, I cannot seem to find the link to Write a Review to add an additional review for another experience with this company so I am just editing this one as follows .....This second review is also, unequivocally a 5 Star Review also. We recently purchased a California King mattress for our residence. As it turned out, it was too soft for our liking and caused lower back pain as I prefer a much firmer mattress. I followed her directions provided in an email, provided her the required documentation and my full purchase price was refunded to me exactly as was described in their policy. Alls well that ends well~!The company sent me replacement mattresses as the first ones were the wrong size. I had to pay extra for the replacement but it was worth it, overall.When ordering, make sure to insist that the outer beads do not stick out too far. The second batch of mattresses arrived with nearly flush edges, thus allowing for mattresses to butt up to each other without gap.Lesson learned~!

I moved into a 200sqft tinyhome in Feb. of 2019, and quickly found that a traditional mattress wouldn’t do well in my loft bedroom space. Enter: Jonathan. Jonathan gave me a call, and we talked through the measurements (including how much headspace I needed, since the roof is quite short up there), and compiled all my preferences to make a custom mattress.Truthfully, I wasn’t sure how he could pinpoint my cushion/firmness preference over the phone. But he did a great job of talking me through it, and erring on the side of more form, because I could always add more cushion if I needed to.About a week later, my new mattress showed up, rolled up and ready for my tiny space. It was a bit of a trick to get it up to my loft space on my own, but I figured it out. And have LOVED sleeping on that mattress every night that I’m home.I travel a lot for dance competitions, and having a bed that supports adequate recovery for my body was very important to me. I’m very happy with my experience with Jonathan and Mattress Insider. 👌

We visited the store in Littleton to try out our mattress preference to upgrade our RV mattress. Jeremy was helpful and made suggestions but let us make our own decisions. We purchased a Olympic Queen pocket coil mattress for our RV. This was in July and we received it earlier than promised. It met our expectations as we were unsure of how much support we might need.After 5 months we decided we wanted to add the 2 Brookside Memory foam topper to add just a little more support. Again the ordering was seamless, the delivery was updated with tracking and we have enjoyed our added support for the last two nights.Great company to deal with, loved the fact we could look and try out the product (if you want to visit Littleton, CO) and we could get a little larger Olympic Queen -- 66 X 80 since we were downsizing from a King.PS We also purchased their HyperVent product to put under our previous mattress as we experienced moisture our first winter in our RV. We watched the videos, decided it would solve our problem and purchased. We are still using it as a 2nd layer of protection from moisture.

We had bought this mattress before for a travel trailer, sold trailer with the new mattress in it, brought brand new trailer with horrible mattress in it, decided to purchase another like the one before from this company because it was so comfortable.

Jeremy sold us a coil spring matress for our RV. Its fantastic ! He didnt preasure us and showed, talked to us about everything they had. Now looking for another to replace our bedroom matress. Thanks Jeremy !

Ordered 10ft of material but it was cut short. Customer service by Jeremy Tramontana was poor and I feel that the company is misleading and short changing customers.
