Came in today for propane refill, saw two other people waiting and had recently rang the doorbell. Eventually the two ahead of me left and I went inside to see if propane refill was possible... Upon entry... No customers around and two guys playing on their phones. Asked about propane refill and one looks up and says they dont have anyone certified working today to run the unit. While understandable you could A. Answer the doorbell when multiple people are waiting and let them know that . B get off your phone C. Put a sign indicating no service.

Super helpful staff. Rental was easy, as was hookup and drop off. Price was very reasonable - much more than I was expecting.

Think twice about getting a hitch installed here.The good news is that the hitch prices are competitive. The bad news is that there is a reason. I had a trailer hitch installed on a 2016 Highlander by U-Haul at 4845 S. Santa Fe.It is standard to trim some of the plastic dirt guards under the car in order to install the hitch. When asked, the installer said he just removes them and throws them away. I requested that he trim them instead. He did, sort of, There is not much left. The other issue I have is with the wiring harness. Again, the standard practice is to run the harness to a mount on the hitch frame for easy access with an adapter if necessary. The U-Haul installer ran it into the back cargo area requiring me to run the wire out the back hatch when in use (See Attached Image). Functional? perhaps. Lazy, cheap and shoddy? yes. The last issue was with the Installation itself. It was mounted crooked. Not much but noticeably. I realize this wouldn’t be much of a problem when towing but it looks odd when a bike rack is mounted on the hitch. And really, how hard is it to mount it straight? I have rented trucks from them with out any problems. This is the first time I have had anything installed.My suggestion is that you Think twice about their installation if you are particular and quality conscious.On a side note. When I tried to call them to schedule the install, the phone # on Google was wrong. I had to get the right one from their web site. I mentioned it to the employees and the didn’t seem to care. I’m sure the manager (who wasn’t there) would. In any case, I corrected it in Google for them. Youre welcome U-Haul.

Getting a U-Haul can sometimes be a major pain, but the staff here was very friendly, helpful, and attentive even when busy.

Its a nice place with attentive staff... If you are there in person. They never pick up the phone. Its faster to drive there and actually see them.

I am sitting at this location as I write, 12/23/2019. I rented a trailer in CO Springs. The employee lied about the lights; THERE WERE NO LIGHTS...AT ALL!!!. I called Charles and Philip were literally waiting in the parking lot with test tools in hand when I arrived. They diagnosed the problem immediately, detached the fully loaded trailer and began working on getting me on the road. My vehicle was on the rack in less than 15 minutes. As a retired business owner, I have always said good customer service is free and one of the most valuable assets a company can hold. These guys and this company represents the model of good business practices. I saw this as a retired business owner and large business manager. Thank you for your dedication to the your customer base. You know who butters your bread!!!

I had some last-minute moving needs and the staff at this U-Haul location were exceptionally helpful. They helped me understand how best to pack my TV, dishes, large paintings, etc. Not only were they helpful in the store, but the entire staff helped me load up everything I needed into my car. I was beyond impressed with their customer service, great attitudes, and friendly demeanor.

Not 5 starts cuz I wasnt totally taken away by the place.Staff is friendly and helpful will answer all questions you have. The store is clean. Plenty of things to buy to help move if youre missing some items to make the move easier.

You wont find a better business to deal with. I had a wiring issue with my Jeep that I tow behind my motorhome and Devin, the General Manager, personally dealt with it despite it being a head scratcher. He perservered, when most would have given up, and finally found the problem. We were both very happy guys.

In and out, everyone was super helpful and flexible. I needed to pick up my truck early, they were happy to oblige.

Worst customer service of my life!!! The mobile pick up app has links that wouldnt do anything. Multiple calls to customer service. 1 attempt to pick up denied because of problem with a pic. I will never use UHaul again.

Called ahead, asked if they had a TV box for an 85 flat screen. Was told there were 8 in stock. Drove 20 minutes across town, show up and they dont even carry anything above 70.Complete waste of my time and fuel.

Told you guys not to scratch the car while installing a hitch and what do you do? You scratch the car, so heres a bad review.
