I just had a customer service representative call back 3 times, insisting I give him my email and hold the unit after I said 40 miles was too far away. I specifically called for one location and he tried pushing another location on me multiple cities away. This guy called back three times, even after I said stop calling me. Surely this is not public storages idea of professionalism.

Meh. Fairly frequent thefts here. Management does little to remove snow; when I opened my storage unit door today, snow fell into my storage unit. No gutters on the storage buildings, so when one opens a unit and wants to move in or out of it, water and dirt drop all over the tenant from the roof.Doesnt feel secure; the gate stays open much longer than it needs to. Two or three vehicles could have come though after I put my code in today.Ill be glad to move my stuff when I am able to do so.

Just dont like the way they do business! Go to U-haul. Theyre much better!

I am a contractor who has rented several storage units throughout the years all over the Metro area. I am currently renting at the Bellevue Public Storage and I have never felt safer about my tools being in a storage unit. They have cameras all throughout and the manager walks the property all the time when I am there. All the staff are incredibly helpful, especially the manager and a worker named Reanne. I would highly recommend this storage if you needed anything you value to be stored.

Great experience with Public Storage. I was dreading having to rent space and deal with moving and on and on. So many places to chose from. We made reservations online and Kelly made it easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Paperwork was simple and I was ready to go in no time at all. The storage location was easy to find and the semi truck had plenty of room to maneuver. Really impressed with the service.

Ive been a customer here for a little over a year and honestly have no horror story to speak of, generally fair experience over all I guess, but I am very annoyed with the lack of flexibility or understanding in terms of payments. The rent is due the first, PERIOD. Sometimes my payday falls later in the month and most companies are willing to defer until that date presuming its within a reasonable time frame and they have communication. But not Public Storage. If the money isnt paid within 5 days, u are locked out of the facility and charged $20 dollars for late fees. And thats that. U have no access to ur unit until the rent and late fees are paid in full. Even if u get paid the 7th, does not matter. So again, like I said, its an ok facility and really I guess theyre just doing their job, but it would be nice to rent somewhere that has some understanding, especially for customers whos accounts have never gone unpaid and are always in good standing. U can clearly see a year long pattern of consistent payments, just a day or 2 late. Its tough times for everyone.

Great service and enjoyed the ride in golf cart. Got all set up with clean unit and situated all within 20 minutes of time. Liegia has great people skills. Very enjoyable to talk with. Lots of laughter and beautiful smile! Thank you and look forward to storing my belongings

Ive been told that you can store things here for a monthly fee.

They like to charge you for extra months even though the lady at the main office said no need to sign anything or do anything other than leave the empty unit unlocked ... Smdh...

I came in a couple of days ago to set up a unit, the staff was helpful. I had to back in today, and Liegia was so great! I came in early for a reservation, and she had everything ready for me. Made the process simple, and super friendly. Her and the other staff helped carry the boxes I bought to my car too, thanks for being awesome.

I cannot express how helpful and kind Robin and Kelly were to us! They made the entire renting process so smooth, and they would be the sole reason why we would rent from this specific location again. Public Storage is very lucky to have these two wonderful people as their employees!

The staff are really nice and helpful but a week after I got my storage space, someone broke into my unit and stole all of my stuff.Also, the first month is only $1 online deal is a scam. They charged me $80 for my first month and claimed it was for the second month.Well I have nothing to store now because someone stole it all due to poor security measures, so you wont get a second month from me.

I made a reservation online weeks in advance. I got an email to update my reservation that showed the location, move in date, time and rate. However, when I showed up to move in, the property manager told me that my reservation was cancelled. It was only possible to see this if one tried to modify the existing reservation from the link in the email that indicated when I was supposed to move in. I was told the system automatically cancelled my reservation though no one could tell me why nor could any human actually renew my reservation. The only option available was to re-reserve the unit at a higher rate! The property manager and district manager were unable to honor the reservation. Customer service never called back. Public Storage left me in a lurch. I ended up just walking away and renting another unit elsewhere without the fiasco.

Clean but getting expensive, will be looking for another one soon.

I underestimated my space needs when I reserved a unit online, but when I got there to check in, she helped us find the perfect size unit at a still-great price. She was friendly and helpful when she showed us around, and got us taken care of quickly. I love the location, too. Definitely recommend!

I LOVE the managers at this Public Storage. Michele and Liegia. They are so professional and yet so nice and friendly. Whenever I go in, whether to buy supplies or pay my bill, they are so welcoming. In fact I feel I’m visiting friends! Makes me want to go for coffee with them. Recently I bought tape and one of those complicated dispensers. When Michele saw me struggling with it she offered to load the tape for me! The place is well maintained and I feel safe when going to my unit and working there. Thanks Michele- you are the best!!!

I found this piece of heaven many months ago, and when I found a need for storage again, I knew there was no other place to go. I called a couple other locations, perhaps closer but the customer service, the friendliness, the great professional conduct, crossing all their ts and dotting all the Is reassured me again I made the best, really the only option in the Denver Metro Area for my storage needs! Call, you will never regret it, these ladies rock!! Perhaps their corporate office could afford them a copy machine, fax machine, or even email!!!! we are in 2018 now, ya know corporate people?!?!?!?Thanks ladies for all your help today!!

Staff is great.I am unable to pay my rent on time (Im sure like many other tenants). I went to the office on property, a very nice young gal sent an email to the district manager to see what we could do to get some leeway and still allow me into my unit. I was told that I would get a call or a email, which I did not, instead I received many emails and calls pushing me to make my payment. Public Storages policy during this state of emergency is business as usual. Since my unit is under value at this current time (which changes monthly) they were not willing to make any efforts to help me.WE ARE DEFINITELY NO ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

Liegia and her DM were so so very helpful in helping me settle the legal papers my storage units after the death of my husband.. I was able to get out and get into my new home in one weekend!! Thank you

We rented a 10x10 here and got an awesome deal. This isnt a 24 hour access facility, but is in a great location. Very helpful manager woman at the front desk. Highly recommend!

I came into a personal situation where I needed a place to store some things for a short amount if time I came in and mike was the person I worked with extremely nice guy. He helped me out in less then 15 mins.

Made a reservation online last night and got an immediate response this morning from Michele. Both Michele and Liegia were awesome helping us this morning and made the start of our moving process go extremely smoothly. Ok this specific location of public storage was awesome! I left my car there for some time and it was in the same condition as I left it in when I can back for it. Very safe! The checkout from the storage facility was so fast and easy its unreal. The workers were really nice and communicated well. I will use them again if I have to. Highly recommended.

A bit over priced compared to the size of the storage you get. This location especially is not a great place to store your things in my opinion. In the fact that in about a one year span I have had my storage broken into twice, I wish they had cameras to catch who did it. If they would do something more for security so this doesnt happen again and to other people would make me feel more at ease storing my belongings here.

I reserved my my storage space through the internet. When I went In Tanya was really nice and answered all of my questions. It was my first time so Tanya walked me through everything and really was thorough with here explanation. I rented a great size storage unit for my stuff which she herself took me to. I would recommend her and the the property to anyone. Tanya knows what shes doing and had great customer service skills.

Our unit was broken into. Our lock had been removed and replaced with another that was cut. No cameras in aisles of storage unit. Management seemed very unconcerned about the theft of our stuff. Feels like an inside job. I feel sick to my stomach that we trusted this place.

Tom was very helpful and great to work with. The process was easy and quick.

Robin was especially helpful to me and very proffessional as I had never been to that location... She answered all my questions.. Thank God because it was a very hard day for me before this experience I had with Robin..I give you guys an A plus

Not secure at all. Someone attempted to drill out my lock 6 days into using the place. Staff doesnt seem too concerned. Theres no door code required for inside units and theres no cameras whatsoever on half the unit buildings. Easy target. For 20 bucks more a month, you can get uhaul unit thats far more secure. I understand these things happen, but the lack of concern and dilly dallying to get someone to remove my damaged lock just isnt worth losing sleep over. Worst experience with a Public Storage ever.Update:Chris, the district manager, reached out to me to discuss the matter via phone. He was incredibly genuine and sincere in his apologies for how the situation was handled. Ill give the place 3 stars for his handling of the matter and working to make that right. I did move to another facility for my own piece of mind.

We came in around 5:15pm and the only employee there was Jack R. He was very helpful while trying to attend to 3 other people with signing leases, making payments, etc. We already looked at the place a day before and so it was a quick and easy process. He was very informative and helpful with setting up auto pay on our storage unit. I felt bad that he was left by himself with so many people coming in, but he handled it really well. I definitely recommend this Public storage location.

We are looking for a storage facility for some excess property & spoke with Jack at this location. He was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions & we WILL be using this facility as soon as we are ready to move our items. It was very nice to speak to someone with GREAT customer service skills & who seems to really enjoy working with his customers.

Just got a storage unit today. It was very quick and easy got a call within seconds of filling out the form on line. We were able to look at the unit and move in the same day. Bruce was very nice and helpful.

Tonya and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best rates around town. I highly recommend this public storage if you need storage space.

I recently rented a storage unit here.. the unit I originally came to look at had too small of an entrance.. the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful!! I cant remember his name but he was fabulous! He found me a better unit for less money!! This place is clean and has really great entrances and exits. This will be the second time Ive stored my things here.. I wouldnt go any place else!

Just rented a unit today and Robin was great. Fast easy process.

!!!NOT SAFE.!!! I had my trailer here less than a week and it was burglurized. Ripped apart my bench. Trashed the inside and took personal belongings. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE. There are holes all over the fence line and NO CAMERAS anywhere in the parking lot!?Codes can be given out to anyone.The staff was very understanding and very professional. Lot of sketchy folks wandering around this lot. BE WARNED!!

Plus that there are two gate locations so I dont have to turn off of Belleview. Jack R. was my service rep and very organized and polite. When he showed me the unit, I didnt quite grasp that I was to remove the lock cylinder in order to slide the locking mechanism. The first time I returned to the unit on my own, I thought the cylinder was to stay in place and could not open the door. I had to call for help, once the attendant (some one other than Jack) came out and showed me what to do, it made sense.

If you ever have any issues at the storage unit place just talked to the lady up front or any of the other employees or management and they will help you sort it out immediately. Customer service through the roof!

I had a storage unit at this location from March 2008 until this month. I am moving out of state, otherwise I would have kept my unit at this location. The staff has always been kind and helpful. The property has always been well kept. It is also nice to see some of the same employees through the past years.

It is a good storage facility. Secure, Clean, and helpful Management.Downside is the never ending steps in rent increases. I have 3 contract spaces and in the 2 years I have been here there have been 3 rent increases. I will be moving out soon because of this.There is also a continual push by employees for tenants to write reviews. I am a landlord/property manager for several office buildings across the country and have come to realize that in the business of tenant/property management the sound of excellence is the phone NOT ringing.

Excellent experience with this location! AJ was great too, very professional and friendly which made setting up the lease to store a car quick and easier than I expected. The facility is well maintained, seems pretty secure, and the gate is easily accessible with trailers/larger vehicles for sure.
